It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Lee had everything we need'ed for the beach It is bigger inside than it looks when you pull up. Very clean in and out The only down fall is I have lallergies most plac s don't bother me but if you have allergies I will tell you bring something for them. Other than that it's perfect. We had 9 people.

House was perfect, very clean and well maintained. Loved all the extra touches and had everything you need, incase you forgot something. Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning. Also, it was perfect location to stay before out cruise out of Port Canaveral only about a 15 min drive to port.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the very well appointed hidden gem. The owner had decorated for the holidays and had so many extras throughout the house, which made it really fun. The house was clean, updated and had very comfortable beds. We will be back.

This was perfect for our small vacation on Merritt Island. It was so close to everything! Whether you needed something at the grocery store, the local Starbucks or midnight snack at a fast food joint, it was within a short walk and less than a minute drive. However, the house was pleasantly equipped with all the subtle details and necessities one could possibly think of. From extra shampoo, body wash, to hair gel and even butter! Most places are completely bare so you have to go out and buy EVERYTHING (even salt and pepper) to cook anything, but they even had spices which made it nice. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet! Short distance to beaches, Kennedy Space Center and so much more. Would definitely recommend this place.

Virtually every detail was well thought out at Lee’s property. Very comfy beds and seating. You can tell Lee put a lot of thought and care into this property. I can say anything negative about her selections or her communication. The area was central to our needs on the mainland and at the beach. We were happy with that as well. The only thing I would point out is that the home is in a bit of a mixed use area, business’ are next door and across the st. That said we would absolutely rent this property again with no hesitation! Lee was awesome to work with!

Couldn’t have asked for better hosts and accommodations. We had everything we needed and more. Lee and Michael know how to make you comfortable and at ease with easy check in and check out. I wish we could have stayed longer because they really do provide everything you could possibly need from toiletries to beach accessories. We thought we were going to have to buy a cooler but they even provided that!

The location worked great for us as it was very easy to get to the beach, Kennedy Space Center, restaurants and shopping. The house fit our needs perfectly and we were all impressed with how thoughtfully it was outfitted. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and cooler for our beach days. The back yard was so nice to just relax in after a long day of "touristing".

"We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless! All the rooms were very nice and was exactly as described. Great location in a quiet area but in walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Before we even opened the door, we could hear the dead/dying battery alarm on one of the smoke detectors. We were unable to find batteries to replace them. Doesn’t seem like anyone came the property before our stay. The floors, guest bathroom, and stove were dirty. All the closets had too much stuff in it to hangs up clothes (we were there for a wedding) or place shoes. There was an open bucket of Tide pods on the floor in the laundry area! Luckily my mom noticed and picked it up before my toddler was brought in. There was no AC in the 3rd bedroom in the back of the house. Could only find bathroom towel for the house in the master bedroom and there were bleach stains and holes in those towels.

Before we even opened the door, we could hear the dead/dying battery alarm on one of the smoke detectors. We were unable to find batteries to replace them. Doesn’t seem like anyone came the property before our stay. The floors, guest bathroom, and stove were dirty. All the closets had too much stuff in it to hangs up clothes (we were there for a wedding) or place shoes. There was an open bucket of Tide pods on the floor in the laundry area! Luckily my mom noticed and picked it up before my toddler was brought in. There was no AC in the 3rd bedroom in the back of the house. Could only find bathroom towel for the house in the master bedroom and there were bleach stains and holes in those towels.

The house was spotless! All the appliances were newer and worked great. Plenty of towels! We truly enjoyed the stay. Host was great at communicating! It was only 10 minutes to our event.
