Spacious common areas with games and a large table. This house was a great place for our family to stay for Thanksgiving.

This house was the best I’ve stayed in. It was super clean and comfortable. We visited wineries in the area and it was nicely located. Very peaceful setting. Welcome flowers and basket was a wonderful touch. Thank you!

Exceptionally clean, older, spacious home out in the country…. Maybe 6-8 miles from town. We never saw the park like setting / trails as pictured, but did see a sign for trails on the way to town one day. All spacious bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom on both levels which was perfect for three women. There are a LOT of windows downstairs, some with no coverings and the rest …. all with sheer coverings, which is fine …. except at night, it gave us an uneasy feeling, like being in a fishbowl effect. We met the owner, Larry one day and told him our concern with the sheers, so hopefully that will change for any future ladies that book there. Also included was the a hefty cleaning fee, but unlike other short term rental stays, we had to pull all the linens and take all the trash to the outside receptacle. All in all, it would be a great place for families, however, the three of us ladies were more comfortable at our next short term rental in downtown Seneca Falls. Side note FYI: we were there for the a concert at a Geneva event center. Our U*** ride to the event was 52 and the U*** home was 92.

I stayed with my family for a recent wedding down the road in Geneva, NY. Check in process was simple. The property is completely as advertised and was super clean. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and detailed. The area is beautiful farm country and very quiet and peaceful. Great stay.
