We had a wonderful stay! Carolina was incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. The check-in instructions were thorough, clear, and easy to follow, which made arrival stress free.The property is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. One of the things we appreciated most was how dog friendly it was, making it easy for our Great Dane to enjoy his stay as well!Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 10/10 highly recommend!

The house was clean and in a good location. Backyard and pool were great. Host was great to work with. Second time we’ve stayed at this property and will stay again if there’s an opportunity. Pet friendly.

The hostess, Carolina, is exceptional. She is very responsive, proactive, and informative. We have stayed here for several years and have enjoyed all of our stays very much.

The host didn't seem concerned or care very much for the many problems and broken / non working appliances, furniture, light fixtures and the filthy conditions of floors upon arriving - I had to wash them as they turned my socks black, the couch was ripped, the coffee table my son had to fix by tightening bolts as it was ready collapse. The grill was a disgusting filthy mess and the insides so rusted that the grates are caving in. The cushions on the lounge chairs are in shredded. the lights over the pool do not work unless you physically plug an unplug them in. Supposed to be on a timer but That didn't work. The hot water heater broke so that was replaced then the water refill for the refridgerator broke that was addressed. We stayed at the place 2 years ago and it was lovely. Now it is a complete mess. The property was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio as well as relaxing inside with the fireplace.Carolina provided us with several suggestions for restaurants and hikes in the area, which were very helpful.We hope to stay here again. Our son and family live close by and we really like the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix.
