It was a nice little place for me and my husband. We really enjoyed ourselves while there. We were buying a house so didn’t get to really enjoy all the area had to offer. Very close to Gulf Breeze and very easy to get from one place to the other.

Our host was wonderful! She was amazing to work with and helped us with any small issues we had! Would definitely stay here again anytime!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in & out was seamless.We were in Pensacola for a week of fishing. It was cold and rainy and the wind was fierce so a lot of fishing was not to be done. We had a lot of fun and found Olde East Hill Grille and Maria's Seafood Market. They're in the same building and very close to where we stayed. The host is awesome. We had a situation and needed to stay an additional night. She was able to set us up and we were able to stay in the same house.

It served its purpose for a place to stay but not cozy. Older home that needs more renovation in our opinion to be a vacation rental. Location is great, close to everything downtown.

host very friendly, the property is very basic, but I knew that before coming. I needed a place to stay while getting an apartment near here and this was very affordable, clean, and in a great neighborhood
