Great location, very comfortable and quiet. if every back in Pensacola, would stay here. Close to restaurants, beaches and shopping.Host replies back very quickly and is very helpful.

Host is great with communication. The unit itself is on the older side and does need some maintenance done. It’s pretty clean and is situated in a good central location. The beds are really on the soft side, so if you prefer a firm mattress, be prepared. The living room furniture is also pretty well broken in. Soft and cushy to say the least.The experience working with the host was very good and he is very responsive! We appreciate that very much.

We had a wonderful stay. I love the location of this unit, as well as the walkability to nearby businesses. Very safe and friendly area. We had everything we needed. I loved the in unit laundry, A/C and hot water. Great water pressure, too. Thanks again.
