Little Italy Spacious 2 Bedroom Condo Free Parking

We had a great time in this beautiful unit!! Walked out the front door to great restaurants, bakery and gelato! I highly recommend this unit. Be sure to let them know in advance if you plan to use the sofa bed.

My family was visiting from the US with my baby nephew and they had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Beautiful clean and spacious with great amenities, very comfortable and ideal location in Little Italy near lots of restaurants, cafes, parks etc. The balcony was lovely and the parking was great inside the building. Host was very communicative and provided detailed instructions and was responsive to any questions we had, highly recommend!

Overall, very clean, spacious and conveniently located property in Montreal. The web listing was very accurate and addition of car garage was a super handy since we drove to Montreal. Only negative part was there was no hand soap nor laundry detergent on arrival.

No clear directions on parking location, check out details, key/remote retrieval, and that there was a different code for front and back doors, prior to arrival. One morning got blocked in parking garage for approx.15 minutes by two men who stated they were the "landlord's", who had an "emergency" with an appt person loosing their key. There was no apology once they came out and there was no need to be blocking door, if they just pulled up a bit. Hosts were on there way to assist quickly. Confusion with internet and TV password (portal and card on fridge did not match) and TV/internet kept disconnecting requiring daily manual entry tp reconnect. Very quiet in apartment and extremely clean and modern! Beds were amazingly comfortable! Awesome bath fixtures! Coffee pot was expresso with pods, hot water pot, and a French press coffee maker(need to bring your own coffee). Very close to Little Italy which was very cool! Vices and Versa was a great restaurant recommendation, with great live jazz and an amazing staff (esp. Caroline)!
