Our stay was perfect. Comfortable for 22..our 23rd guest brought a blowup mattress so they weren’t in the traffic flow. When something needed attending to they were spot on it. However there was no heads-up that the pool guy was coming. He came and went without warning or notice. Good thing no one was in the pool …. If you get my concern. Furnishing are well used and tired.

Great family reunion!Pool was nice. It was well heated and clean.Had a problem with one of the dishwashers. It was taken care of very quickly by management.

We loved the inside of Timberlodge, exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and accommodating. However the outside was very disappointing. Dirty, dusty, spider webs all over the decks and front porch. The gazebo was in very bad condition. You sent someone to clean it, but it was beyond their control. The furniture was terrible, the cushions were filthy and rotted. It need power washed and treated for spiders. It is too bad we couldn't enjoy sitting there as we spent lots of time at the water.The cleaners said they would report it and I sent a text after they cleaned but never heard back from you.
