The cottage was adorable. It was vintage on the outside but modern on the inside. Ultra clean, comfortable and close to everything. We only used our car on one occasion and walked everywhere. We will definitely go bsck for another stay there.

This cute cottage is exactly as described! Super clean, fresh modern decor and appliances, and stocked with everything you’ll need. Huge backyard with new landscaping was beautiful. It’s close to the historic district so we were able to walk to shops, restaurants and a nearby park. You could walk to the sponge docks but it was so hot/humid we opted to drive there. We felt comfortable and safe. We spent two days going to Fred Howard Park for the beach. Loved that it’s small and family friendly. Also recommend the Odyssey Dolphin Cruise at sunset - better temperatures and lovely views!

Our house was clean, well appointed, charming, and perfectly situated! With traffic during snowbird season so busy and crowded it was delightful to be able to walk to so many interesting places - restaurants, visitors center, museums, and parks. I highly recommend this rental.

The outside look does not do the inside justice. It’s perfect. Two living rooms, large dining, full kitchen, two bedrooms , one with en suite bathroom. Other one uses bathroom in hall. Unfortunately only one tv in living room, tv in bedroom didn’t work for us. ( batteries needed for remote?) full backyard, fence enclosed. Near sponge docks and restaurants.

Loved our stay at the little bungalow! Had plenty of space in the living room/kitchen and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans you may need which was a really nice touch! The outdoor space was great for enjoying morning coffee and we were able to walk to so many places from the front door. Loved it!

We walked everywhere to eat, shop and listen to music. It is close to Spring Bayou for manatee watching and dog walking. Also it's a few blocks to the trolley if you want to use that for beach travel south. Fenced in yard, private and well kept. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Well maintained in and out. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice office area with printer for remote work. Host very responsive. Returning for sure.

This is a coastal inspired gem. So cozy with the high ceilings and coastal colors with white tonal paint it makes you feel like your walking into a beachy summer breeze on the ocean! I love this house! To top it off you are located in the old historic district and not far from the waterfront shopping and restaurant district. You can walk anywhere from here. Lots to see and do! The home is well appointed but the best part about it all is your guest host Sophia! She is wonderful and always there if you need her. Tarpon Springs is an old and new exciting place to visit and this is one of the best places to stay we have found in this area!

We enjoy everything about this property. Within walking distance to so many activities, shopping, resturants and a few blocks to the lovely bayou to watch the manatees. Short drive to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and great fenced yard for our dogs with gas grill and patio furniture. Well maintained and stocked home with an office nook perfect for work. Responsive and helpful host for any questions although we really didn't need anything as they do such a great job in preparation of a stay. We are repeat guests and are planning another stay.
