Everything on the inside of this property was clean and well maintained. The building and grounds could use some upkeep. We were bummed that the beach access was not ready for our trip but that was our of the owners hands. The view from the balcony was amazing! Listened to the waves in the bedrooms. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, beach towels and stocked items like paper towels, coffee, and laundry soap. Mark was a pleasure to work with! He even mailed back a personal item we left by mistake. I would most definitely book this condo again!

There was no functioning pool (a blue tarp in it) no access to the beach, no end tables or lamps in the living room ( one ceiling light) and noise from 8:00 am til 5:00 pm each day. The building was being renovated both outside and inside. Jackhammering noise never stopped during the day.

The building was clean and neat with good parking availability. The unit was spacious and nicely decorated. Even though we were on the street side of the building, we could see part of the beach from our balcony. We had a great week!

Be aware of some construction being done on the property. The noise wasn’t much of an issue, but there is no direct access to the beach or places on site to lounge in the sun. It is about a 5 minute walk to get to a beach entrance. This is a pretty residential neighborhood so there are not a lot of restaurants or things to do within walking distance. Also, this part of the beach has rocks/coral at the shore line so you need to choose a spot to swim carefully. the unit was clean and comfortable and has a great view! The unit owner/manger was easy to deal with - no issues. It meet all of our expectations. We just felt that the location didn’t offer much to do. So it really depends on what you want to do for recreation.

Excellent property with amazing beach/ocean view! The back patio is a north facing view but I highly recommend. It was stocked with towels for all and it was very clean! There is a parking spot in the garage so it helps keep your vehicle from getting too salty. Parking a car shouldn't be a problem but it's tough for an extended SUV... there is plenty of outside parking though. I would absolutely stay again in the future!

Overall, a nice place. But lot's of glitches. Bathroom No slip mat in the tub and floor of tub was very slick Exhaust fan is not exhausting. Looked inside with Flashlight and could see material plugging exhaust duct. Sink plug would stick in closed position - needed fork to open plug up Need Kleenex box in Bath Kitchen Only one hand towel and one dishcloth Need Kleenex box in Kitchen Living room Fitted sheets do not fit the bed. (neither bed) Cannot get sliding shades back far enough to have full window view. Have 3 tracks but only two used Cannot pull out Futon without moving furniture which is prohibited LG "Clicker" had no batteries and therefore inop Was not told of reserved parking until reading Welcome Book. Should have been told in prearrival literature so could park car upon arrival instead of parking across the street (4 lanes) - - only to then find we had reserved parking and had to move car. Contrary to SouthCoast literature, construction was a big deal. Construction rigs used 1/3 of the parking lot slots. Crews were spraying, sanding, repairing stucco on the front side so cars ending up being covered with crap. The days we were there was concrete sawing & chipping - both very noisy. Also had 2 diesel rigs running in the back.

I felt the listing was misleading. We didn’t mind the construction noise or dust but did mind having to get in our car and drive down the highway to get onto the beach. I don’t see why beach access at the side and back of the property was not allowed because construction was occurring on floors 5 and 6. Very disappointed in having no beach access. Cleanliness was excellent and staff were extremely responsive in answering questions and helping us figure out the lockbox codes checking in and out ( which I have never encountered before at a property.) Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Would be a nice place to return to if we could have access to the beach,

Overall, a great stay. A few things that were easily sorted out with the property management. It was noisy early in the morning as there was work being done- this was specifically stated before we booked. Great updated feel to the place, little things could be better, but overall great choice. For the discounted rate- I definitely recommend. Hopefully the lights in the hallway get addressed soon.

Stayed 2 nights here with my husband, our 2 kids and my parents, so full house and it was absolutely perfect. Lots of room for all 6 of us. Kids shared the bed in the couch. We just made it back up into a couch every morning. We picked this location because we wanted something right on the ocean and it delivered. The balcony view is breathtaking and you have view of the ocean in every room. We slept with the window cracked open so we could hear the waves all night. Short walk to the beach, i understand the direct access will be finished soon, but in the mean time it a very easy 5 minute walk or you can drive if you have a lot of beach stuff to bring down. The building is very quiet and clean. Mark's instructions for check in and check out are very clear and easy to follow. We will definitely be recommending this condo to our friends and family and will be staying here again on a next visit.

We enjoyed our time at the beach. Coffee in the morning watching the waves was so relaxing. The proximity to the beach couldn't be beat. The unit was clean and comfortable. Met all our needs. We will definitely be back.

This condo was perfect place to stay with our friends before we headed out on a cruise. The view is beautiful, kitchen and bath fully stocked and the view is awesome. Very very clean. Exactly what we were looking for. Owner communication was excellent. Would most definitely recommend this cute little ocean condo.

I had a great stay , I would say the floors could have been cleaned better , and there was construction going on within the building and my direct beach access was closed off , this was not listed when booking . But overall my stay was good had a beautiful view from the balcony and I would come back

The view was great, so would stay again for the location. Even with the construction going on and no beach access adjacent to the property beach access is literally 0.2 miles away, which was a plus. The downside of this property was no TV or fan in the master bedroom the AC is not as reliable, and even though the floors are faux wood planks the floor was very dirty, I regret not bringing a swiffer sweeper. The rug in the master needs to be cleaned there was not much circulation over than that we had a great time.

Could not change thermostats. Very hot and humid in apartment. Luckily there was one small fan for the bedroom but still was constantly damp. Stated ocean views yes on other side of building i faced the. Noisy road. One of the worst places i have eber stayed. Shower in main bathroom leaked all over th floor. Left a day early.

Everything on the inside of this property was clean and well maintained. The building and grounds could use some upkeep. We were bummed that the beach access was not ready for our trip but that was our of the owners hands. The view from the balcony was amazing! Listened to the waves in the bedrooms. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, beach towels and stocked items like paper towels, coffee, and laundry soap. Mark was a pleasure to work with! He even mailed back a personal item we left by mistake. I would most definitely book this condo again!

I paid good money for 6 nights for this condo and had hot water 2 of those days. We were in town for my sons baseball trip and none of us could take a shower for 4 of those days. Local management gave little to no direction and offered a very minimal discountfor my troubles.. I also reported the only bed in the condo was broke and couldn’t be slept on and got no response to it. My spouse, my son, and I had to sleep on the sleeper sofa. To go on vacation. And spend that kind of money and have to rough it is completely unacceptable. I have used VRBO many times over the years and I have never had a problem until this trip. I checked out 3 days ago and still haven’t got a response to their resolution. I am contacting my lawyer to get a full refund. I have pictures of the bed and saved all correspondence with the local team…

We found the building the property was in to be run down and had quite a bit of construction going on but the rest of the place was great. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great and the home was well kept. I wouldn’t say this property is kid friendly but it was great for what we needed. The check in and check out was straight forward and the host was very proactive and responsive. I did love the location and that I could just sit and listen to the ocean while watching tv or drinking morning coffee!

Mark was very nice and helped when there was issue with original booking, had to move to another condo! It ended up being great! Room very clean and a great space, it had everything we needed. Will definitely use Mark again!!

The views!! At first I was hesitant about renting a north facing property, but I have been converted! Love that we could enjoy the balcony all day because you will get warm morning sun and evening sun, but during the hottest part of the day it’s shaded. Instructions to get into the property were clear and worked perfectly. Mark was super quick to respond. We didn’t have any troubles at all. Property was as described, plenty of pots, pans, and utensils if you’re planning to cook. Nice quiet building with quiet fellow renters. Fantastic beach access right out in front of the building. We would definitely book again!

Stayed 2 nights here with my husband, our 2 kids and my parents, so full house and it was absolutely perfect. Lots of room for all 6 of us. Kids shared the bed in the couch. We just made it back up into a couch every morning. We picked this location because we wanted something right on the ocean and it delivered. The balcony view is breathtaking and you have view of the ocean in every room. We slept with the window cracked open so we could hear the waves all night. Short walk to the beach, i understand the direct access will be finished soon, but in the mean time it a very easy 5 minute walk or you can drive if you have a lot of beach stuff to bring down. The building is very quiet and clean. Mark's instructions for check in and check out are very clear and easy to follow. We will definitely be recommending this condo to our friends and family and will be staying here again on a next visit.

We enjoyed our time at the beach. Coffee in the morning watching the waves was so relaxing. The proximity to the beach couldn't be beat. The unit was clean and comfortable. Met all our needs. We will definitely be back.

Be aware of some construction being done on the property. The noise wasn’t much of an issue, but there is no direct access to the beach or places on site to lounge in the sun. It is about a 5 minute walk to get to a beach entrance. This is a pretty residential neighborhood so there are not a lot of restaurants or things to do within walking distance. Also, this part of the beach has rocks/coral at the shore line so you need to choose a spot to swim carefully. the unit was clean and comfortable and has a great view! The unit owner/manger was easy to deal with - no issues. It meet all of our expectations. We just felt that the location didn’t offer much to do. So it really depends on what you want to do for recreation.

This was a beautiful, well stocked, spacious condo! We were only there for two nights, but could see sooo much storage available for a longer stay.The balcony was just what I needed to get my elderly mother a wonderful, comfortable ocean view. We sat out there for hours, but she would stay til it was dark. There is no pool there at this time. It is under construction. Luckily, for this trip it didn't matter. A convenience store and plaza with restaurants are right across the street.Overall, a great bang for the buck!

I felt the listing was misleading. We didn’t mind the construction noise or dust but did mind having to get in our car and drive down the highway to get onto the beach. I don’t see why beach access at the side and back of the property was not allowed because construction was occurring on floors 5 and 6. Very disappointed in having no beach access. Cleanliness was excellent and staff were extremely responsive in answering questions and helping us figure out the lockbox codes checking in and out ( which I have never encountered before at a property.) Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Would be a nice place to return to if we could have access to the beach,

The view was great, so would stay again for the location. Even with the construction going on and no beach access adjacent to the property beach access is literally 0.2 miles away, which was a plus. The downside of this property was no TV or fan in the master bedroom the AC is not as reliable, and even though the floors are faux wood planks the floor was very dirty, I regret not bringing a swiffer sweeper. The rug in the master needs to be cleaned there was not much circulation over than that we had a great time.
