HOSPITALITYEXPERT 2BR Townhouse #2 MoBay, Sleeps 6 - Pool, Beach & Private Chef

The property was very clean and was found as pictured. I purchased a Birthday package to be completed on arrival. The decorations were very nicely done! The Birthday package included a personalized cake. Instead of one decorated cake, we ended up getting 3 mini cakes. We ordered a vanilla cake but received half vanilla and half chocolate. We were unable to eat the cake and shared it with staff.The pool on the property was very nice! as pictured It was like having our own private pool!We found the included pass to Tropical Bliss a beach club a great amenity!All of our interactions with staff (drivers, house keeping, chef etc) was great and very friendly. When texting with questions/needs to the general office, our contact was very responsive.I pre-paid for chef services for two nights. The dinner and experience was top notch. The challenge came in the preparation and involvement needed from us to make everything happen. We changed our planned activities for the day to be available for delivery of groceries, and to give the chef entry to the property. I asked for a refund for the second night of chef services due to my needed involvement. We were told it was non-refundable as per their policy even though I gave adequate notice. The management group lost “good will” from me in not refunding 50.While a nice place and great people, due to issues with the management processes (including check-in signup), I would not stay with this group again.
