I have stayed in this property before and chose to return because of the value, location, historic nature of the property, and the helpfulness and responsiveness of the host. The property was just as I remembered from last year and perfect for my purposes: visiting family, seeing a show at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater, exploring Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach, and having a good workspace to make sure I stayed caught up and in touch with my colleagues. I will be back!

Great stay at a cute place. Very convenient to all things on Front Street. Nice to have a reserved parking spot and we walked to shops, restaurants and bars. The room was clean and comfortable. We would visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was super clean and comfortable and perfectly appointed, with just enough decor/furniture/supplies/treats for our stay. Highly recommend this place!
