Stylish Family/Pet Friendly Cottage in Coveted Clark Park with Fenced In Yard

Perfectly delightful cottage with easy access to the university, shops, and restaurants. The property has been thoughtfully updated with modern comforts and yet retains all its original charm. The whole space is bright and inviting and relaxing. Very clean, nice towels, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. Lovely, quiet neighborhood, perfect for an evening stroll. A great stop on our college tour.

Perfect house for our college tour trip. The house is in a nice leafy street in a quiet part of town, and is well-located for UIUC and downtown. We enjoyed the garden during warmer weather. The house was very clean and well-furnished. Excellent communication with our host Erica. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked with essentials and the house had everything my son and I needed (including a basement when the tornado sirens went off!).

Everything was great! Comfy beds, nice dishes and glasses, small but functional bathroom! And a great location!

We have stayed here before and it is a wonderful house & location. Close to U of I stadiums for sporting events. A great walkable neighborhood. Fenced in yard is so nice. House is always clean, comfortable and the kitchen is great. The host is quick to answer and resolve any questions. After driving, the welcome snacks are such a nice treat. We will be back, love this place. Thanks!!
