My husband and I stayed in this beautiful vrbo for our wedding weekend! It was the perfect place to peacefully relax after all the festivities. We enjoyed the walk down to the lake to enjoy our morning coffee, swam in the pool, had dinner on the patio dining table and made a cozy fire in the evening! The house was secluded and it was a nice romantic getaway! If we are ever back in the area for another long weekend, we will absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The recent house renovations were done well and the furniture was all very comfortable. Having a pool, grill and screened porch were great bonuses. We didn't use it but there's a great fire pit area and a decent sized yard to play catch/yard games. The path to the dock was a bit longer than expected but not too bad. And being able to fish off the dock and use the kayaks made it worth the walk. The owners were also extremely responsive to the couple questions we had and were very helpful. We'd definitely go back again!

We had a wonderful stay. Kids loved the pool and the bunk beds! Plenty of supplies for our group of 7 ladies. If we venture back to Georgia, we would definitely stay here again. Houses nearby, but you wouldn't know it. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the walk to the water.

What a Great Lake House! The house is very comfortable and well stocked. We utilized the dock as we brought our boat with us and there are many convenient launch areas around the house…as well as great places to eat on Lake Lanier. The pool area is a great place to relax with friends and family. We highly recommend this house for your next vacation on Lake Lanier!

What a place to unwind! The house was so calming and had the comforts of home. A fantastic yard, front porch, screened in porch. This is a perfect place to relax- take a dip in the pool- then enjoy the evening by the fire pit. Perfect for family or just a quiet getaway. I have to be honest once we got there we had no desire to venture off we just enjoyed the serenity of the home. So secluded but yet convenient to stores and restaurants. I can’t say enough about Julia and her husband. They took care of every detailed and where beyond helpful and hospitable. We are planning a fall trip to stay at their lake house. I could only image how beautiful it will be in the fall.

We were in the area for a wedding and the place was wonderful to entertain until then. Lake was great for the dogs and the pool was great for the humans. Very well stocked kitchen for a rental too! Owners couldn’t have been nicer to deal with.

Not only did our kiddo have fun as well as us.. But the dogs had a blast as well! We will be back for sure! Highly recommend this place! Also, Alex and Julie are quick to answer any of your questions! They also thought of EVERYTHING.. If you forgot something don’t worry I’m sure it will be there! Make sure to take a stroll down to the lake, you won't regret!

The house and the property are fantastic for a family and dogs. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The property has fun pool, a great open grass area to play ,explore in the woods or the trail to the lake, and then the private dock in a quite cove. The home provided a great mix of feeling in the mountains and the ability to jump, fish right on the quite cove off the lake, and we were able to rent a boat near by and easily dock the boat overnight with no issues. I would recommend this amazing home to anyone with family and kids who want to explore and enjoy the Lake. Thank you Julie and Alex for letting us stay!

This is a gorgeous property with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to unwind. Julie was informative and responsive. Her instructions were spot on and there were no issues or hiccups during the stay. The house was very clean and is quite charming. We utilized the pool, the fire pit and the private dock as well. The kayaks provided by the host were a bonus and my teenage son said this was one of his favorite activities on the trip. If you are looking for a beautiful home to relax with multiple amenities, look no further! This is the perfect place! If we ever return to the area, we would love to rent this property again.

The property and house is clean and beautiful. They had fun toys and pool floats for the kids and a nice fire pit. Walking to the lake was a little difficult after it rained because of how steep and muddy it was. Overall, we very much enjoyed the trip!

We were just there during the nights to sleep because we were gone racing during the day. 20 minutes from Road Atlanta. The beds are very comfortable. Very clean. I did like waking up and looking out the back door down the hill.

We were very pleased with our stay. Host was great & provided welcome snacks and even had coffee & filters available. House was very clean & comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen (even though we never used anything except coffee pot). Even saw a few deer in the morning. We will definitely stay there again next time we come to town.

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful home in Georgia. We are Georgia residents ourselves and were having some work done to our own home. The owner was very responsive and helpful in assisting us extend our stay an extra night while the workers finished our house. This VRBO was secluded and peaceful! Just what my husband and I needed. The WiFi worked amazing! My husband and I both work remotely and good WiFi is important for us. The home had everything we needed to feel right at home. All appliances, furniture and fixtures were basically brand new! And the owner has the best smelling candles ever! My favorite part of each night was winding down and lighting one of her heavenly candles! I even took a picture of the brand of candle for my own home! Next time we have repairs and need to be out of our own home, I look forward to renting this home and the peacefulness that comes with it!

We had some friends travel five hundred miles from the coast for the weekend. It was well worth the drive. The house is well kept and beds are very comfortable. It is close to downtown Gainesville which has some amazing restaurants. It rained, but had a lot of good college football. The hosts offered to alter our stay because of the weather. They are very kind. The lake is a good distance from the lake is my only thing I had a problem with. I would recommend this experience.

It is close to downtown Gainesville which has some amazing restaurants. It rained, but had a lot of good college football. The hosts offered to alter our stay because of the weather. They are very kind. The lake is a good distance from the lake is my only thing I had a problem with. I would recommend this experience.

The hosts were great! Checked to make sure everything was great. Always responsive. Pet friendly there was even food and water bowls for pets. Beautiful property we loved our stay!

We visited the area for our niece’s graduation. This house is obviously loved by the owners! It is beautifully decorated! The hosts very exceptional at communicating and provided their numbers if we needed anything. The property look just like the listing. We didn’t make it to the lake or the pool, but plan to visit again!

This is a gorgeous property with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to unwind. Julie was informative and responsive. Her instructions were spot on and there were no issues or hiccups during the stay. The house was very clean and is quite charming. We utilized the pool, the fire pit and the private dock as well. The kayaks provided by the host were a bonus and my teenage son said this was one of his favorite activities on the trip. If you are looking for a beautiful home to relax with multiple amenities, look no further! This is the perfect place! If we ever return to the area, we would love to rent this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The recent house renovations were done well and the furniture was all very comfortable. Having a pool, grill and screened porch were great bonuses. We didn't use it but there's a great fire pit area and a decent sized yard to play catch/yard games. The path to the dock was a bit longer than expected but not too bad. And being able to fish off the dock and use the kayaks made it worth the walk. The owners were also extremely responsive to the couple questions we had and were very helpful. We'd definitely go back again!

We were just there during the nights to sleep because we were gone racing during the day. 20 minutes from Road Atlanta. The beds are very comfortable. Very clean. I did like waking up and looking out the back door down the hill.

Booked this for some down time and to be close to/attend a service at Free Chapel in Gainsville. The house, hosts (owners), and area were all wonderful. The walk down to the water/dock was worth the trip back up the hill!

What a place to unwind! The house was so calming and had the comforts of home. A fantastic yard, front porch, screened in porch. This is a perfect place to relax- take a dip in the pool- then enjoy the evening by the fire pit. Perfect for family or just a quiet getaway. I have to be honest once we got there we had no desire to venture off we just enjoyed the serenity of the home. So secluded but yet convenient to stores and restaurants. I can’t say enough about Julia and her husband. They took care of every detailed and where beyond helpful and hospitable. We are planning a fall trip to stay at their lake house. I could only image how beautiful it will be in the fall.

We had some friends travel five hundred miles from the coast for the weekend. It was well worth the drive. The house is well kept and beds are very comfortable. It was a very nice house and with it being next to the lake was remote, which made the whole thing feel like it was just ours. I also grew up very close to here so it was nice to feel like I was back home

This was a very relaxing stay and a really pretty property i really enjoyed staying here i would definitely recommended booking this house for your future trips the kyaks were so fun and making smores out by the fire pit was a memory ill never forget

The Perfect Setup for Little Ones Traveling with two toddlers and two infants is usually a logistical challenge, but this house made it incredibly easy. It is exceptionally well-thought-out and fully stocked with every "baby gear" necessity you could imagine—baby gates, playpens, cribs, sound machines, and even a dedicated playroom. The bunk beds were a hit, and we felt completely at ease knowing the environment was designed with child safety in mind.Comfort & LayoutThe layout is ideal for groups. Having King beds in both rooms with bathrooms attached or very close by made for a very comfortable stay. The home was impeccably prepared with all the essentials needed for a seamless trip.Outdoor & AmenitiesThe outdoor space is a dream. The walk to the lake is easy and manageable (not too steep!), and the host left us perfectly prepped for a beautiful night by the fire under the stars. A huge plus for parents: the sauna and pool are on a separate deck with a gated staircase, so we didn't have to worry about the kids wandering into those areas.Final VerdictThough we didn't bring our dogs this time, it’s clear the home is just as welcoming for pets as it is for kids. This was a perfect "last-minute" find that felt like it was planned just for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had a very relaxing time just a short walk from Lake Lanier. The house was well decorated and stocked with what we needed. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The house was in a very good location to explore around scenic Georgia. We saw several antebellum houses, beautiful waterfalls and nearby college towns. We visited Athens and not so far away Clemson. We were very grateful to have such a great home base to visit and explore the beautiful peach state. Our hosts did a great job to make us feel so welcome!

Geat House!!! Great Location!! The house was very nice, and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the deer come into the yard every day. The owners were very nice and very responsive. I highly recommend this property and would definitely go back again.
