Great property and location close to many Niagara activities. The host was terrific and the house was a great balance of modern updates with historic charm. The outdoor space is a highlight you won't forget. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a long weekend hanging out with friends at this property. It was great to have a full kitchen and large table to have breakfast and dinner at. We also used the large outdoors table and gas grill, followed by sitting around a fire. The grounds are park like. The location was perfect for us, about 15 minutes from Niagara On the Lake and from the falls. Many wineries nearby also. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The house is absolutely gorgeous. The backyard garden was a favorite for morning coffee and an afternoon rest. The upstairs did get a little warmer at night but they left fans in all the closets, and that helped. Thanks for the use of your beautiful rental.

This old house has a lot of history, very nice backyard too. It’s well situated between the falls and the vineyards. As mentioned by other people, it is situated on a busy road. We live in the country and are used to sleeping in a quiet environment so we brought some earplugs and we slept fine. My kids and my parents slept without earplugs without problem. Comfortable mattresses. Brand new or well cleaned BBQ. And we had a bottle of wine waiting for us on the dining table. Very good experience.

We enjoyed the historic home and great location. The road noise specifically motorcycles took a while to get used to when trying to sleep.It did quiet down about 11 PM and restarted at 7 AM. We don’t live by a busy road so it woke up my younger son. White noise helped some. The rest of us got used to it after a couple days. Back yard was beautiful and we enjoyed making a fire in the fire pit. Kid loved throwing football in side yard.

The house and back yard were enjoyable. The traffic noise due to rerouted construction was a little loud during the day. This would be a temporary issue. The location was perfect for visiting the Niagara area. Also, the owner had an excellent NY bottle of wine for us at arrival. Everything you would need for a long stay was supplied.

This property is very "central" to many different activities. The home is very comfortable to stay in. We had 5 ladies spend 2 nights and everyone was pleased with their stay. I saw a few reviews complain about traffic, personally i didnt think it was that worrisome. Neighbourhood is very quiet. Would definetly stay here again, especially during nicer weather to take advantage of the back yard! A suggestion/comment - dont shut the "master bedroom" door all tbe way, as we did get locked in the room at 3am, thankfully i was able to think on my feet and used a credit card to open. The rest of the time we just shut the door lightly and put something to keep it from opening.

We would come back in a heartbeat! Such a lovely, clean house with lovely hosts and a beautiful garden area. Super convenient to get to Niagara Falls and back. The Falls can be so busy so it’s nice to have a quiet space to come back to. Niagara on the Lake was a wonderful bonus and not too far either. This is a special place for sure!

We stayed here with our family all 6 of us, for our vacation getaway!! Everything/amenities you need is at this house!! Very clean, check in was simple, location was great to all major spots, would definitely stay here again! Very friendly/attentive owners to make our stay!!

What a lovely little house! The decor was a very charming mix of farmhouse and modern. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The main bathroom is gorgeous and very spacious. Our only wish was we'd come a few weeks later to see all the gardens with spring blooms!

We loved every squeaky step on the gorgeous old hardwood floors! Loved the little touches (a curio cabinet filled with artifacts found onsite) and the thoughtful (and fun!) decor. Super close to Niagara on the Lake - a must visit for a casual stroll in a beautiful, quaint town.

Just a quick trip to the Niagara falls region with our adult kids. Beautiful and thoughtful renovation - both inside and out. Numerous areas to enjoy. Tastefully decorated and a great location for easy access to the falls or Niagara on the Lake. The hosts provided nice recommendations as well.

This was hands down the best VRBO I have booked and I have booked several. Everything is exactly as described by the hosts. Plus they provided many extras that aren't often included - toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The home is beautifully renovated and my family of four found it very relaxing and comfortable. The rich history of the home and beautiful landscaping made our stay all the better. Thank you!

Loved out stay as this super charming cozy amazing property. Everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful interiors and exteriors. We absolutely enjoyed staying in this beautifully restored estate! The amount of love and care that went into restoring this place was evident the moment we pulled up. Darren gave us a tour and the backstory of the property when we arrived. With all the new development going up in the area this place could have easily been lost to history if it was not for them. The location was perfect! Quick trips to area restaurants and easy access to Niagara Falls Park attractions. The only downside was the length of our stay. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying the curated garden!

We came for a University graduation trip for our 22 year old daughter who wanted some rest and relaxation close to nature. This property is beautiful. The home is decorated with so much character and history. The garden is beautiful and relaxing. It is located close to the falls, Niagara-on-the lake and anything else you would like to do in the area. The hosts are so kind and helpful. We would love to come back again.

We had a great stay. The owners manage the property themselves and take a lot of pride in it. They were VERY responsive to any questions we had. It was perfect for our family, and very convenient to both the falls and Niagara on the Lake. It's located on the corner of two sort of busy roads, but when in the beautiful back yard garden, you don't even notice, and it's one of the things that makes it convenient. Thanks to the owners for all of the help with our questions about the area.

We came for a University graduation trip for our 22 year old daughter who wanted some rest and relaxation close to nature. This property is beautiful. The home is decorated with so much character and history. The garden is beautiful and relaxing. It is located close to the falls, Niagara-on-the lake and anything else you would like to do in the area. The hosts are so kind and helpful. We would love to come back again.

We enjoyed the historic home and great location. The road noise specifically motorcycles took a while to get used to when trying to sleep.It did quiet down about 11 PM and restarted at 7 AM. We don’t live by a busy road so it woke up my younger son. White noise helped some. The rest of us got used to it after a couple days. Back yard was beautiful and we enjoyed making a fire in the fire pit. Kid loved throwing football in side yard.

We had a great stay. The owners manage the property themselves and take a lot of pride in it. They were VERY responsive to any questions we had. It was perfect for our family, and very convenient to both the falls and Niagara on the Lake. It's located on the corner of two sort of busy roads, but when in the beautiful back yard garden, you don't even notice, and it's one of the things that makes it convenient. Thanks to the owners for all of the help with our questions about the area.

We would come back in a heartbeat! Such a lovely, clean house with lovely hosts and a beautiful garden area. Super convenient to get to Niagara Falls and back. The Falls can be so busy so it’s nice to have a quiet space to come back to. Niagara on the Lake was a wonderful bonus and not too far either. This is a special place for sure!

We stayed here with our family all 6 of us, for our vacation getaway!! Everything/amenities you need is at this house!! Very clean, check in was simple, location was great to all major spots, would definitely stay here again! Very friendly/attentive owners to make our stay!!

The house and back yard were enjoyable. The traffic noise due to rerouted construction was a little loud during the day. This would be a temporary issue. The location was perfect for visiting the Niagara area. Also, the owner had an excellent NY bottle of wine for us at arrival. Everything you would need for a long stay was supplied.

Les chambres étaient en excellente conditions ainsi que les draps et oreillers. La cuisine était propre par contre il manquait de casserole pour cuisiner surtout pour les oeufs et bacon. Vous devriez jeter la casserole pour les oeufs qu'il y a dans la cuisinière...l'entrée et les stationnements étaient excellent et facile d'accès. Le jardin était magnifique. Chose étrange le bassin d,eau n,a pas été fonctionnel...seulement au moment de notre arrivée??? Notre séjour a été magnifique. Nous y retournerons assurément.

A very old house with lots of character. Modern updates. Beautiful garden yard. Easy to find. Beds could use new mattresses would be only thing I found. We utilized entire house, cooked meals used washer & dryer. Overall we totally enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous historical home with modern touches. The host answered all questions promptly. The space was clean and inviting. Great kitchen and living space. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Parking and wifi available. Also has laundry. Great home for our family. Kids had access to games and a lovely backyard/garden. Everything needed provided. Quick and easy access to Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls Area. Overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

This home is perfection!! They literally have thought of everything. From the wine and chocolates when you arrive to the amazing art, comfy beds, and plenty of pillows and throw blankets in the couches for movie night.The home is located minutes to the falls but you don’t feel at all like you are in a tourist area. There is also incredible hiking and local restaurants just minutes away. Highly recommend!
