Small but cozy studio, great lanai with flowering trees that provide privacy. Very comfortable bed. The property is perfect for families, 5 minute walk to a great swimming beach.

We didn’t know it was American spring break so it was kids screaming at the pool from 9am to 9 pm for the first week then some yahoos moved in next door for the second week and we got to listen to them loud talking, arguing and having sex…no so pleasant.

This place was perfect for my husband and I. I dont like crowds or typical tourist locations. This was a smaller resort with just the right amount of ammenities ... small grocery store 1/2 mile down the road, several nice local resturants, coffee shop, places to rent equipent if needed, and a very short walk to Napili Bay, 2 pools and hot tub. Loved it!
