Very eclectic house. Lots of room and beds for our large family. We even had a graduation party in the back yard. We had such a great time. We were able to walk to restaurants. The house is very close to Tech.

Large house with lots of rooms. Great location. House looks a little rough on the outside, but inside is much better. No soap or shampoo in house and there are only 2 bathrooms (not 3 like the listing says). Whole house is in some disrepair. Great house for a bunch of guys to crash. Not sure ladies would enjoy it as much.

Great location for a Texas Tech game. Easy walk to the stadium and restaurants/bars. Everything in the house was comfortable and easy. We had a great time. Thanks Dylan!
