This condo/townhouse was perfect for a girls' getaway! we each got our own beds and the layout was fantastic! There were a couple of issues that the owner dealt with quickly & efficiently. We were disappointed that the pool & hot tub weren't open, as the note about that was at the very bottom of the description. It had still shown up when I narrowed my list down to include hot tub & pool. I would remove those while they are not available. Beds were comfortable and clean! Ben (the owner) is great to communicate with and you can tell he cares.

We spent 2 nights in this unit. Kitchen had everything we needed. The two bedrooms came in handy. This is pretty much the closest property to Banff National Park as well as Louise and Sunshine ski hills without staying within the park. Need to drive into Canmore for anything as this area is only for nature walks. The hot tub was out of service as it was being fixed.

This was a perfect getaway for our family. Only disappointment was the advertising at Expedia said there would be a pool, but the owner said we couldn’t access it. Should only advertise what’s available!

Convenient location between Banff and Canmore. Quiet location except for some highway noise. The two story with two small bedrooms was big enough for 3 or 4. Some minor dings, consistent with a rental. Parking was good for oversized vehicle. Communications with the owners was very good.

Came for week with daughter for travel and ski. Place was perfect. Laundry, well equipped kitchen, easy check in and ease of parking. Process was easy and perfect for skiing in Banff and lake louise

Cozy digs with all your basic needs met, perfectly located right outside Banff National Park and a quick drive into downtown Canmore. We were disappointed that the pool wasnt working but that is apparently privately owned so nothing coukd be done about that. Communications with Ben were timely and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Easy access to highway, super easy access instructions and townhouse was clean with all necessary appointments. Property exterior is dated but interior was good. if you want a great place to land after a hike, safe lodging and a warm bed, this could be perfect. Nothing walkable of interest in the area. Definitely need a car to get to hiking locations or restaurants.

Property was very clean and accommodating, just as described, and the host family was very prompt and clear with communication, and very helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it for anyone in the Canmore and Banff areas.

The chalet was right before the gates to Banff National Park. Close enough to access all the park amenities but far enough to avoid the Banff chaos. The chalet is very charming with a fireplace and a balcony that has view of both sides of the mountain range. Our host was very generous with the chalet supplies from shampoo,conditioner and body wash to coffee and tea and various other essentials like salt, sugar etc.The place was very beautiful but upon closer inspection it appeared a bit tired in places like ceiling stains and worn light switches. We did run into a couple problems with a broken bed leg and no hot water but our host was quick to respond to our queries and did his best to remedy our situation. He was very apologetic and seemed to really want to help. Overall I highly recommend this chalet as it's charm outweighs any negative factors. A real nice mountain retreat.

This was the perfect location and amount of space for us for the week! We appreciated Ben's communication which made the check in process very easy. The location was perfect to get into the park quickly and also was close to the city of Canmore. The condo was equipped with everything we could need and was clean and kept well. Would book this same place if we were to return.

Very comfortable for our group (3 adults and 3 teens). We appreciated the good quality mattresses, even on the sofa bed. The property is immediately outside the Banff park entry, so it was convenient for enjoying skiing and other outdoor activities in Banff and Lake Louise. The property owner is helpful and promptly responsive. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it highly.

Beautiful location minutes from Banff National Park and all the ski resorts within. Lots of good restaurants within 30 minutes and a great view of the mountains. The townhome was comfortable and the gas fireplace was a lifesaver with the cold weather.

Nice setting likes the 2 storeys but the whole unit was very warm and the thermostat would not come down. There were only a few paper towel sheets and one kitchen towel. no brush, rag or sponge for dishes.

Two friends of mine and I stayed in this nice place for 5 nights in the middle of March. Exactly as described in the Ad, the unit is new and cozy, and with everything we needed. Check-in process was very smooth. Host Ben Li is very responsive to our requests and helpful. The location is also fantastic. It's about a couple of minutes drive to the Banff National Park, 10 minutes to Banff Town and Canmore, where you can find plenty of restaurants and do your shopping. I will recommend this place for families and small group of friends to stay.

The communication with the host was wonderful. Ben was very nice to let me changed the date on a short notice due to family issues. The only thing was missing was that there was no cooking oil in the unit with a whole kitchen. When we arrived very late and was going to cook some late snacks, but we couldn't. A little bottle of cooking oil or even a PAM would be very convenient. Over all it's very nice place to stay.

Check-in process was very smooth. Host Ben Li is very responsive to our requests and helpful. The location is also fantastic. It's about a couple of minutes drive to the Banff National Park, 10 minutes to Banff Town and Canmore, where you can find plenty of restaurants and do your shopping. I will recommend this place for families and small group of friends to stay.
Two friends of mine and I stayed in this nice place for 5 nights in the middle of March. Exactly as described in the Ad, the unit is new and cozy, and with everything we needed. Very nice and comfortable house. Close to Banff gate and a short drive to Canmore. Everything we needed in the house. Everywhere clean and tidy. Stayed 3 nights.

Easy access to highway, super easy access instructions and townhouse was clean with all necessary appointments. Property exterior is dated but interior was good. if you want a great place to land after a hike, safe lodging and a warm bed, this could be perfect. Nothing walkable of interest in the area. Definitely need a car to get to hiking locations or restaurants.

We spent 2 nights in this unit. Kitchen had everything we needed. The two bedrooms came in handy. This is pretty much the closest property to Banff National Park as well as Louise and Sunshine ski hills without staying within the park. Need to drive into Canmore for anything as this area is only for nature walks. The hot tub was out of service as it was being fixed.

Beautiful location minutes from Banff National Park and all the ski resorts within. Lots of good restaurants within 30 minutes and a great view of the mountains. The townhome was comfortable and the gas fireplace was a lifesaver with the cold weather.

Convenient location between Banff and Canmore. Quiet location except for some highway noise. The two story with two small bedrooms was big enough for 3 or 4. Some minor dings, consistent with a rental. Parking was good for oversized vehicle. Communications with the owners was very good.

We were 2 couples. I told the other couple they could use upstairs bathroom. My spouse and I used downstairs bathroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs which meant we used stairs at night. I believe this should be clarified. Our bathroom (downstairs) was small. The sink was on a pedestal and had no counter space so our bathroom toiletries were carried up and down from our bedroom.I also can’t imagine accommodating 6 people in the unit.Joanne
