This place was perfect for our girls trip with our dogs. Spacious inside and great outdoor area that is remote and perfect for enjoying. Fireplace inside was great since was not exactly fire outside weather. Would recommend and stay again! Love the deck spaces too, especially for star gazing.

We LOVED our stay at this cabin. The kitchen is equipped with most everything you will need to cook. They have plenty firewood on hand. All of the furniture is super comfortable and clean. The fireplace outside is perfect to make some smores. There’s a laundry room onsite. The grill is ready to use. We ran out of propane and when we notified the owners, we were promptly delivered a propane tank! The fire stick on the TV was a nice addition as well. My only complaint is that the ladder for the bunk bed is not drilled on—which makes it unsafe for my 5 & 6 yo. The door on the second floor doesn’t seem to lock. Some might complain there’s not enough lighting but I feel it made for great ambiance. I would definitely book this cabin again and reccommend it to family and friends.

We absolutely loved the cabin and my young kids thought it was the coolest place to stay. The cabin is large giving us plenty of space. It has a nice outdoor dining and grilling area. The location was perfect for making multiple same day trips to pictured rocks national park and day trips to Marquette and NewBerry. Highly recommend staying.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice cabin but the ceiling fan didn't work and it was very humid in there. Had to go buy a circulation fan. It had a deck off the second floor bedroom but it was all rotten wood and not safe. Also it was infested w bats under the wood siding and there was bat guano all over the deck. The water stunk really bad. It had a nice view of a lake down the hill but everything was so overgrown you could not see it and there was no path to get to it. I thought it was overpriced. They say $174/night but then hit you up w all these maintenance fees ends of closer to $400/night. It was very secluded and relaxing however in the little time we actually spent there.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did have a few frustrations. Theres a pretty strong odor, guessing it's the water. Great fireplace but we didn't leave anything to get it started. We had a long day and went to the store for steaks and the grill seemed to have a gas leak and we couldn't get it working so had to bake the steaks. All that being said it's a great location and for the price its fair. Great value. I left early and woud not use again.

Me, my Dad, and a friend stayed here for a 3 nights and had a blast…very comfortable place and perfect spot for snowmobiles. It’s right down the road from a trail entrance and it’s away from other houses. Will definitely be staying again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is new to the rental world and has a few little growing pains but overall, was an excellent place to stay. Very clean, pretty well equipped overall and the wood burner was very effective. A few things that need attention are the lack of hangers in any closets, no dresser or drawers for clothes-lived out of the suitcase & no shelves or drawers in the restrooms for toiletries. As is typical in the area, the well water has a distinct odor so the cabin would benefit greatly by adding a water softener. The parking area is large and pretty easily navigated with a trailer and the plowing of the drive is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedding and towels are a nice quality and comfortable. The bedrooms need night stands on each side as many people require CPAP machines and it would be nice to have a close place for phones, tissues etc. near the bed. Trail heads 7 and 8 are proximate to the cabin although the feeders do not get grooming attention and are very bumpy but easily accessed. We would stay here again, it is a nice, private and clean cabin that addresses most of your vacation needs.

We loved this property for a short getaway. Very peaceful! We enjoyed cozying up in front of the fire stove and playing cards and battleship. We would definitely stay again! The only downside to this property was the sulfur aroma from the water, which we would assume is fed from a well in a location this remote.

It was clean and perfectly set up! We had everything we needed for our stay and loved the set up of the space! The loft was perfect and a great space to hide out in. The living area was a great gathering space for us to end the day. The kitchen space provided multiple family meals and game time! We cannot wait to return to this space and enjoy all the U.P. has to offer. Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!

You definitely won't be disappointed! We did the Pictured Rocks Boat Tour during our stay, which I would also recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very open concept with a lot of space. Nice deck on front and back. Property was quiet and peaceful. TV could be bigger and some storage containers would have been nice to store leftovers in. Upstairs loft has no dresser yet there is a ton of space up there to have one. A light above the mirror in loft would be a great addition, lighting isn't the best. Overall good experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice cabin but the ceiling fan didn't work and it was very humid in there. Had to go buy a circulation fan. It had a deck off the second floor bedroom but it was all rotten wood and not safe. Also it was infested w bats under the wood siding and there was bat guano all over the deck. The water stunk really bad. It had a nice view of a lake down the hill but everything was so overgrown you could not see it and there was no path to get to it. I thought it was overpriced. They say $174/night but then hit you up w all these maintenance fees ends of closer to $400/night. It was very secluded and relaxing however in the little time we actually spent there.

First of all i waited for 2 hours and a half outside in the cold calling the manager trying to get the house key. After all that we entered the house and it had no curtains. The water smelled like fish in the sink and on the bathroom. When we took a shower there was no hair dryer, also the oven didn’t work. The lights were over dimmed,

The cabin was very clean and secluded. The beds were very comfortable and the cabin was a perfect fit for our family of five. The cabin is a short drive to the town of Munising and close to the lake shore and the hiking trails. Check in and out was very easy and we had a great stay. Highly recommend!

The cabin was spacious and the location is very private. There were plenty of towels and the bed was comfy. I wish we had more time to explore the area around the cabin. A beautiful 15 minute drive to Munising. Will come back.

We LOVED our stay at this cabin. The kitchen is equipped with most everything you will need to cook. They have plenty firewood on hand. All of the furniture is super comfortable and clean. The fireplace outside is perfect to make some smores. There’s a laundry room onsite. The grill is ready to use. We ran out of propane and when we notified the owners, we were promptly delivered a propane tank! The fire stick on the TV was a nice addition as well. My only complaint is that the ladder for the bunk bed is not drilled on—which makes it unsafe for my 5 & 6 yo. The door on the second floor doesn’t seem to lock. Some might complain there’s not enough lighting but I feel it made for great ambiance. I would definitely book this cabin again and reccommend it to family and friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is new to the rental world and has a few little growing pains but overall, was an excellent place to stay. Very clean, pretty well equipped overall and the wood burner was very effective. A few things that need attention are the lack of hangers in any closets, no dresser or drawers for clothes-lived out of the suitcase & no shelves or drawers in the restrooms for toiletries. As is typical in the area, the well water has a distinct odor so the cabin would benefit greatly by adding a water softener. The parking area is large and pretty easily navigated with a trailer and the plowing of the drive is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedding and towels are a nice quality and comfortable. The bedrooms need night stands on each side as many people require CPAP machines and it would be nice to have a close place for phones, tissues etc. near the bed. Trail heads 7 and 8 are proximate to the cabin although the feeders do not get grooming attention and are very bumpy but easily accessed. We would stay here again, it is a nice, private and clean cabin that addresses most of your vacation needs.

It was a very quiet, secluded area near Munising where we had our activities planned. Easy drive to Munising. Adequate space for our family. Definitely a place to unplug and enjoy the great outdoors. The only thing I didn't think of, and worth mentioning is that it is obviously on a well since it is so secluded. If you are not a fan of well waters would recommend planning for that.

Me, my Dad, and a friend stayed here for a 3 nights and had a blast…very comfortable place and perfect spot for snowmobiles. It’s right down the road from a trail entrance and it’s away from other houses. Will definitely be staying again!

We absolutely loved the cabin and my young kids thought it was the coolest place to stay. The cabin is large giving us plenty of space. It has a nice outdoor dining and grilling area. The location was perfect for making multiple same day trips to pictured rocks national park and day trips to Marquette and NewBerry. Highly recommend staying.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did have a few frustrations. Theres a pretty strong odor, guessing it's the water. Great fireplace but we didn't leave anything to get it started. We had a long day and went to the store for steaks and the grill seemed to have a gas leak and we couldn't get it working so had to bake the steaks. All that being said it's a great location and for the price its fair. Great value. I left early and woud not use again.

It was clean and perfectly set up! We had everything we needed for our stay and loved the set up of the space! The loft was perfect and a great space to hide out in. The living area was a great gathering space for us to end the day. The kitchen space provided multiple family meals and game time! We cannot wait to return to this space and enjoy all the U.P. has to offer. Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!

The living area was a great gathering space for us to end the day. The kitchen space provided multiple family meals and game time! We cannot wait to return to this space and enjoy all the U.P. has to offer. Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is new to the rental world and has a few little growing pains but overall, was an excellent place to stay. Very clean, pretty well equipped overall and the wood burner was very effective. A few things that need attention are the lack of hangers in any closets, no dresser or drawers for clothes-lived out of the suitcase & no shelves or drawers in the restrooms for toiletries. As is typical in the area, the well water has a distinct odor so the cabin would benefit greatly by adding a water softener. The parking area is large and pretty easily navigated with a trailer and the plowing of the drive is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedding and towels are a nice quality and comfortable. The bedrooms need night stands on each side as many people require CPAP machines and it would be nice to have a close place for phones, tissues etc. near the bed. Trail heads 7 and 8 are proximate to the cabin although the feeders do not get grooming attention and are very bumpy but easily accessed. We would stay here again, it is a nice, private and clean cabin that addresses most of your vacation needs.

Had a great time here snowmobiling. We were able to ride right to the trail from the cabin. Definitely would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a good location and relatively clean with exception of a squirrel that got in from the antic. The power was out for two of the four nights of our stay and there were no flashlights or backup power sources (no water or heat) and the property manager never responded to an inquiry about a discount for not being able to use any amenities for half of our stay.
