The house needed a deep clean and several small repairs throughout. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us and the host made themselves available.

Very nice house in quiet suburb of Sacramento. We were here for a business trip and it was close to get to downtown area. The beds were very comfortable. House is very roomy and amenities are nice. We didn't eat here but the kitchen would be nice to cook in. I wish we could've spent more time here, it was mostly just for sleeping since we were gone most of the day and evening for work. It would be great for a family. The price was great and was a much cheaper option than hotel rooms for 4 colleagues travelling together. 5 stars

Professionally managed house in a great neighborhood. Very roomy and clean!

This was the perfect place for me to bring my elderly parents and young adult children so we could visit with relatives. The shower in the master bathroom was perfect for my elderly parents. I had brought a shower chair for them, but I really didn’t need to as the shower has a small built in seat. The formal dining room was so nice. I wish we had, had an occasion to use it, but we ate out for our meals. The kitchen and living room were gorgeous too. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Communication with the owners was very good. They answered all of my questions quickly. The entire house was very clean. I would recommend this place. Oh and while there are 3 steps to get to the front door, there is also a direct/ non-step option to get to the front door from the side that connects with the driveway. This was perfect for my dad who uses a walker. All he had to do was manuever the door jam (per usually with any house). My daughter and I took a walk around the neighborhood. It was so peaceful and well manicured. We walked to the open field near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
