The property is as described. Even though the apartment is located next to the pool it was very quiet and we had everything we needed for our stay. We used the garage parking which felt very secure. We also highly recommend JoyRide, conveniently located next door, to tour the city. Money well spent all the way around. Would definitely stay again.

We had a trip to Nashville for my daughter’s softball tournament and this was the perfect place. The apartment was clean and had the necessities we needed for the week. A locked parking garage is a plus, we enjoyed the swimming pool, close to great shopping and Broadway! If heading back to Nashville would definitely stay again!!

We had a 5 night stay for first timers in Nashville. Check-in was easy, parking garage was great for unloading luggage- close to elevators. Condo was beautiful and clean when we arrived. Very spacious for 2 people- shower and bathroom very large, bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Kitchen was hreat for preparing meals and living space cozy. Porch area facing pool area was great for morning coffee. We did use pool 2 days and it was very nice- clean and relaxing. Neighborhood was good, quest- no issues. We drove/ubered most places so can’t comment on walking distance to things. It’s located close to all neighborhoods around Nashville- we spent time in many areas so it was great location for us. We had a fantastic experience in Nashville with this condo unit! I stayed there with my family (kids ages 10, 12, & 13) and my husband. We were no more than 15-20 minutes away from anything we wanted. Kids enjoyed the pool while we were able to cook supper and sit on the patio chairs with a bevy and watch them. Unit was clean. Communication was great! 5 stars all around! Thank you!!

Beautiful place exactly as pictured! The bed was so comfortable! The apartment was quiet and close to Vanderbilt and downtown. We had a car and the parking was convenient. The property and condo were beautiful! Communication was excellent! Everything went very smooth from check in to check out. I personally did not sleep on the pull out couch mattress, but was told it was uncomfortable, so that was the only complaint. We would definitely recommend this condo though! Such a beautiful property!

We have stayed in Nashville several times but this was the best our VRBO was perfectly clean. Access to the place was a breeze. So close to Broadway Street. Restaurants and other attractions. Communication with the owner was always instant, even gave good suggestions for what to do in town . We will definitely stay here again

This was the perfect location for a trip to Nashville! The property manager was extremely accommodating. The check in process was fast and efficient, and they worked with us to check in a little bit early upon arrival so we weren’t stuck with our bags downtown. Highly recommended!

We had a trip to Nashville for my daughter’s softball tournament and this was the perfect place. The apartment was clean and had the necessities we needed for the week. A locked parking garage is a plus, we enjoyed the swimming pool, close to great shopping and Broadway! If heading back to Nashville would definitely stay again!!

First time in Nashville and the place was great. You could walk to Broadway (~1.8 Miles) and the Gulch (~.7 miles). Joyride is right next to the building, so easy to get a ride if you don't want to walk. There is also a little bar next to the building where Joyride is. Great location, clean, and host kept in constant contact to see if I needed anything. Highly recommend.

first time to Nashville, and will definitely stay here again! Easy to park and free parking and easy access to The Gulch area and quick to 12 south area. Great central location for all the things we wanted to do! Clean and plenty of room for our family of 4

Beautiful place exactly as pictured! The bed was so comfortable! The apartment was quiet and close to Vanderbilt and downtown. We had a car and the parking was convenient. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville!

We really enjoyed our time in Nashville. The location was perfect for us as it is a very short Uber ride to broadway and far enough to be a quiet end to the day. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for our Nashville trip! Easy access, clean, nice amenities, easy street parking, and lots of restaurants in walking distance (and if you’re up for it, walking to Broadway is doable.) It was right around the corner from the Green Light Bar that had great food and was the pickup location for our Ghost Tour. The host provided all the details we needed in a message and they were prompt to respond when I had a question. Would definitely recommend!!

very convenient location close to the Gulch area and downtown Nashville. Very nice place the condo was in a great location in building. close to elevator, parking, gym and pool.Very nicely stocked and equipped for making a meal. It is just Nice as the pictures show. Great size for the 2 of us. Definitely would stay again.Thank you we really enjoyed our visit.

We have been staying at vrbo locations for the past month. This location was wonderful! We felt safe. It was very clean. It was bright and cheery. Communication was perfect! I even screwed up my dates as I had been on the road for so many days I lost track and they were able to give us an extra night on the fly with no issues. It offered of the ammenities we needed and then some.Parking was simple and easy. We never needed the garage. Street parking was ample. The host was very kind. Location was perfect distance from all of the key places to see and do.
