Viele fanden das Haus sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, obwohl einige kleinere Reinigungsfehler, ungleichmäßige Temperaturen und einige Wartungsprobleme meldeten. The location was great! There is still lots of construction but overall not noisy. The house itself was very clean and spacious with all the basic amenities. And the hot tub and rooftop was a bonus!! The only complaint we have is that although the listing states it sleeps 10 we were 9 and were charged 50 for an air mattress and 150 for the 9th person. So the listing was a bit misleading. We also had to set it up and call a few times for sheets. The host was very responsive beforehand and during the stay and friendly. There is a great luggage storage place nearby which we utilized for the day upon check out. Overall we had a great stay!

We had a great time staying at this property. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds comfortable. The hot tub was a valuable addition. Location was great a we could walk most places. We'll be back!

Communication was a quick response to questions. Lovely house, great amenities. King beds were great, spa was great. Wanted to use karaoke machine on several nights but it was broken and host did not fix. Some things like dishwasher soap, laundry soap and paper towels were not provided like it was noted in ad. Had a great time overall, would rent again!

Home is beautiful & decorated nicely. Location is good, if you can walk a bit over a mile, it’s walkable to Broadway bars. Far enough away from the noise of Broadway but close enough for a short drive or long walk to museums & bars. There is loud construction going on next to the building of these townhomes. So if you’re a light sleeper you won’t be sleeping in on weekdays. Loved having a garage to be able to park especially during the rain. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

This property was perfect for the 4 couples. Having our own bedroom/bathroom combos were amazing. The space. The rooftop. The proximity to everything. It was fantastic. The only criticism is trying to find the garage entrance was tough. Dropping a pin for us to follow versus the address would have been better. We will totally be staying there again.

Great trip with 4 couples, walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Amazing rooftop patio, and very nice bedrooms and living room. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect size for our family. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the elevator it was very helpful! A few suggestions would be having scissors available, the ice machine did not produce enough ice, lack of security on the front gate there was a missing lock, supply more trash cans the cans were full when we arrived (but thankful we were not charged), we would of loved having a Christmas tree during our stay since it was the holiday! Overall it was a wonderful property and we would be glad to rent it again! Thank you so much!!

This place had everything we needed and was very spacious. Traveled with eight people and it was perfect! Only trouble was the uber/lyft drivers seem to struggle with the location. Other than that, I would highly recommend this unit. The hot tub on the roof was perfect to watch the snow coming down! The beds were very comfortable! Loved having the decks on each floor. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful townhome with gorgeous design! Everything was new! Kitchen was amazing and offered everything you could imagine - Bathrooms were sleek and modern with walk in showers (all 4 of them) and rooftop was perfect with swing, hot tub and fire table - we could only use the rooftop at night though because too hot during the day, but was a great place to spend time when the sun went down! Walking distance to many things and roughly a 10 min lyft to everything Nashville has to offer. Elevator was a plus for heavy luggage and groceries too - Customer service was tops too when I needed help and they responded within minutes! - Overall love, love, loved this home and would definitely stay here again!

We were 4 adult couples. Everyone having their own king-size bed and bathroom made this house absolutely perfect. The decor is very cute. I am a take the stairs kind of girl, but this house has an elevator, which makes it convenient when you need to lug your luggage to the third floor. About a 10 minute walk to Broadway.

The property was clean and comfortable. The amenities were great. We had a couple of questions which were addressed in a timely manner. It is a very walkable area as well. We struggled a little bit though with finding our place. The complex could be more clearly marked as its rather large, even with the directions that were provided.

Beautiful condo. Loved all the space for socializing. Comfortable beds and furniture for our group of six. Plenty of bathrooms. The stove top was greasy when we arrived. We never cooked anything but bagels in the toaster. The bathroom baseboards were filthy. The ac intake was very dirty. One of the quilts in the third floor bedroom was dirty.

Wow! Beautiful, clean, wonderful location, beautifully designed and appointed. We had 3 couples and it was fantastic. Thank you to the owners. Loved the details on the portal of how far away things were etc. A few suggestions….need a full length mirror in the master closet and top level bedroom area. The pretty rugs to step out of the shower need cleaning so they are white when guests arrive. Love love love it all. Highly recommend.

The house was lovely and spacious. We had five staying but It could easily accommodate 8 adults. The hot tub was clean as well as most of the house. It could use an overall deep clean as far as baseboards, lighting, and throw rugs but nothing that is a show stopper. I would recommend this house to anyone for a nice place to stay and location to downtown Nashville.

The property was spacious and clean. Each couple had their own en-suite bathroom so we weren't having to share. The property was close to several restaurants so you can walk to them which makes it great for not having to find a parking spot. And while there is construction next door its not disruptive to this property.

Pros: location great. Plenty of room in the Vrbo. Cons: poor communication with host/company( not prompt); heater wasn’t working and took 6 hrs to get fixed from when we tried to contact host. Place was not cleaned well, dirty utensils, hair and marks on floor, stains on pillow. Felt like they nickel and dime you. When questioned the extra 99$ fee for damages, they said we have white towels that may get damaged. The towels were black Overall for the price should work on the little things to assure customer comfortable and happy. Would not stay hear and avoid the goodnight host company

The overall layout & accommodations were great. The place was picked up "clean" but beyond that, it was disgustingly dirty. The baseboards & floors had "debri" on them, not sure if they've ever even been cleaned. The rug to our shower was gross at best, because it was mainly white you could see how dirty it was, didn't even want to think about the darker rugs throughout the house. Kitchenware had to be cleaned before use as they were dirty as well, food, lipstick, grease. Also had to clean off the kitchen table & had to call about the hot tub so we could use it (water was cloudy). These are just the items we could see, tried NOT to think about the decorative pillows & linens. For how disgusting the place was, I would not stay here again, nor recommend to friends/family. Also, the front keypad did not work, as well as trying to even locate the driveway was ridiculous.

Great location, beds are very comfortable!! Miner things like Kitchen disposal didn't work, also kitchen could use a lot more cooking utensils but roof top is amazing and overall perfect for our trip.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, comfortable place. Location and layout of house were perfect. Very cute Nashville decor. Communication with property manager was prompt and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, well-equipped, and clean property.1. Directions - only apply to people driving their own car; difficult to follow when coming by Uber or Lyft.2. Air Conditioning - not balanced; 2nd floor BR hot while 1st floor BR freezing cold. Requests to address were ignored.3. Issues - The shade in 4th BR on 3rd floor did not open up keeping the room dark. The door did not close without forcing it. Repeated calls to fix the problem were ignored.No one had the courtesy to return calls and fix the problems over the weekend and we were there only for the weekend. Our special occasion of 60th year Reunion was spoiled by this experience.Following are comments from the person staying in the 4th BR on 3rd floor:"I was lodged on the top floor in the left room. I found that the shades could not be opened. The room door would close only by forcefully pulling. We sent a text message on Friday which was not replied to by anyone. I called on Saturday and spoke to a lady who hemmed and hawed and had the gall to say she wasn’t sure if she could find anyone through the weekend . I reminded her that we were there only for the weekend. My friend also called and spoke to someone about air conditioning. We didn’t hear a peep from anyone for the rest of our stay. We are not only disappointed but angry. Not only were you able to fix the problems but you lacked the simple courtesy to to respond in a timely manner. This is TOTALLY unacceptable."

This place had everything we needed and was very spacious. Traveled with eight people and it was perfect! Only trouble was the uber/lyft drivers seem to struggle with the location. Other than that, I would highly recommend this unit. The hot tub on the roof was perfect to watch the snow coming down! The beds were very comfortable! Loved having the decks on each floor. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful townhome with gorgeous design! Everything was new! Kitchen was amazing and offered everything you could imagine - Bathrooms were sleek and modern with walk in showers (all 4 of them) and rooftop was perfect with swing, hot tub and fire table - we could only use the rooftop at night though because too hot during the day, but was a great place to spend time when the sun went down! Walking distance to many things and roughly a 10 min lyft to everything Nashville has to offer. Elevator was a plus for heavy luggage and groceries too - Customer service was tops too when I needed help and they responded within minutes! - Overall love, love, loved this home and would definitely stay here again!

We were 4 adult couples. Everyone having their own king-size bed and bathroom made this house absolutely perfect. The decor is very cute. I am a take the stairs kind of girl, but this house has an elevator, which makes it convenient when you need to lug your luggage to the third floor. About a 10 minute walk to Broadway.

The location was great! There is still lots of construction but overall not noisy. The house itself was very clean and spacious with all the basic amenities. And the hot tub and rooftop was a bonus!! The only complaint we have is that although the listing states it sleeps 10 we were 9 and were charged 50 for an air mattress and 150 for the 9th person. So the listing was a bit misleading. We also had to set it up and call a few times for sheets. The host was very responsive beforehand and during the stay and friendly. There is a great luggage storage place nearby which we utilized for the day upon check out. Overall we had a great stay!

The place was great. Only issues were you had to stand in front of the oven door to cook the handle to the front door was broken and the ironing board was broken. They brought us a small table top the next day and just left it in the garage. They also allowed 1 towel/washcloth per person. We asked for extra but no.

We stayed here for a girls weekend getaway and bachelorette, it was perfect distance to everything. We were able to walk to the Gulch and then a quick and cheap Uber to Broadway. We also had our parents with us one day and provided enough space to be separate. Definitely plan to book again next year. Hosts were very responsive and prompt with requests.

Communication was a quick response to questions. Lovely house, great amenities. King beds were great, spa was great. Wanted to use karaoke machine on several nights but it was broken and host did not fix. Some things like dishwasher soap, laundry soap and paper towels were not provided like it was noted in ad. Had a great time overall, would rent again!

Pros: location great. Plenty of room in the Vrbo. Cons: poor communication with host/company( not prompt); heater wasn’t working and took 6 hrs to get fixed from when we tried to contact host. Place was not cleaned well, dirty utensils, hair and marks on floor, stains on pillow. Felt like they nickel and dime you. When questioned the extra 99$ fee for damages, they said we have white towels that may get damaged. The towels were black Overall for the price should work on the little things to assure customer comfortable and happy. Would not stay hear and avoid the goodnight host company

Spacious, well-equipped, and clean property.1. Directions - only apply to people driving their own car; difficult to follow when coming by Uber or Lyft.2. Our special occasion of 60th year Reunion was spoiled by this experience.Following are comments from the person staying in the 4th BR on 3rd floor:"I was lodged on the top floor in the left room. I found that the shades could not be opened. The room door would close only by forcefully pulling. We sent a text message on Friday which was not replied to by anyone. I called on Saturday and spoke to a lady who hemmed and hawed and had the gall to say she wasn’t sure if she could find anyone through the weekend . Great trip and a really beautiful building…the only problems were as follows: we requested an air mattress and the one we were issued was state of the art…but it had a very slow leak. The person in the bed had to refill it at least two or three times on the first night. The management company dropped off a brand new one the next morning.

Fantastic stay at Urban Row. It is close enough to Broadway but also "far enough away." Uber rides are only $7-8 and we even walked into Broadway and shopped en route a few times. There is so much to do in the Gulch and Edgehill that we would definitely book here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

First time in Nashville. Came to celebrate my Wife's birthday. We fully enjoyed our stay. The property is in a very safe, convenient location that is close to just about anything you want to get into (shopping, restaurants, Broadway). Although the property is close to everything, it is very quiet in the evenings and at night. Plenty of space for privacy if traveling with groups and very well equipped with just about everything you'll need while away from home.

The property was close to several restaurants so you can walk to them which makes it great for not having to find a parking spot. And while there is construction next door its not disruptive to this property.

Home is beautiful & decorated nicely. Location is good, if you can walk a bit over a mile, it’s walkable to Broadway bars. Far enough away from the noise of Broadway but close enough for a short drive or long walk to museums & bars. There is loud construction going on next to the building of these townhomes. So if you’re a light sleeper you won’t be sleeping in on weekdays. Loved having a garage to be able to park especially during the rain. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

This property was perfect for the 4 couples. Having our own bedroom/bathroom combos were amazing. The space. The rooftop. The proximity to everything. It was fantastic. The only criticism is trying to find the garage entrance was tough. Dropping a pin for us to follow versus the address would have been better. We will totally be staying there again.

Very nice property and as advertised and shown in photos. It was conveniently located and we were able to park two cars in the attached garage and appreciated the elevator. Had some trouble with not being given the door and garage door codes, but the service team responded quickly.
