Property was as advertised. Great amenities and the location is fabulous! Very spacious, our party of 6 (3 adults and 3 tweens/teens) had plenty of room. This unit has a very nice private screened patio as well with a side gulf view, which we didn't expect (lucky us!). A nice selection of games, puzzles, books, and beach gear was provided. Communication from the owner was great, too.

Great stay for our family! Clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the location was super convenient. Everything we needed for a relaxing, easy getaway. Highly recommend!

We came from St. Louis…3 adult siblings, this unit was perfect! Very clean, and easy door entry with code. It had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Beach towel cooler to take to beach beach chairs. The screened porch was great and full kitchen made it easy to stay in if you wanted. Washer and dryer are very handy, all seating was comfortable.Beach location was ideal, most days we had it to ourselves and the shelling is fabulous. We choose to bike to breakfast everyday which was easy as everything is close. The complex felt safe and in general was well taken care of, also there is a pool. We would definitely stay again!

This was our first trip to Sanibel and the property was a perfect fit. It is located in a quiet Mediterranean looking condominium complex, that is on the smaller side and a short walk to the beach. The grounds are well manicured and the unit is nicely decorated, spacious and clean. We enjoyed the screened in balcony which looks out in the pool area. There is everything you need to have a great vacation, including beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as washer and dryer, beach towels, etc. Definitely would recommend staying here, great value for the prime location and beautiful beach.

It has been so fun to return to SANIBEL and see the restoration from Ian. The manager of B4, Dennis, was tops ! He communicated with us promptly and attempted to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We enjoyed unit B4 at Breakers West. There are beach chairs and towels and beach / pool items to use. That was a plus. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. They were extra bath towels and linens for our use. We also appreciated the extra chairs for the dining room table - as we hosted a few meals with extended family who were also trying nearby and some who are local to this area. Beach access is easy. The pool area was newly renovated and the water was perfect temperature. We would love to return to B4. Laura

We had a fantastic time on Sanibel Island. The condo is now beach front with a short walk down the boardwalk. Pool is small but heated nicely. Plenty of beach gear, coolers, floats, chairs. Kitchen well equipped for basic needs. Would recommend and stay again!

Great time on our Sanibel Vacation. Condo was clean , check in process was easy , beds were comfortable! Pool was great for my little one . Also a great perk was the bike rack where our bikes were easily delivered and picked up !!! Dennis was so helpful with restaurants and things to do ! Would love to stay again . 😊

The condo at Breakers West is great in every respect! The large interior was immaculate with comfortable attractive furnishings. We were impressed with the variety of beach gear provided; chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a sun umbrella and shell-collecting tools. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location Is right on a beautiful uncrowned beach. Sanibel is back! Visit soon!

This was our 5th visit to Sanibel, and this property is our new favorite. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and full of all the extras you need for the beach, pool, and condo. Beautiful pool, 30 seconds from the beach, and a short drive to all our favorite restaurants and shops. Communication from the property owner was next level… they bent over backwards to make sure we had the best stay. Can’t wait to book our next visit!

The accommodations were exactly as promised. Clean and fresh. Just steps to the beach. Great communication with our host. We had everything we needed. So glad to see these places are recovering from hurricane Ian. Very pleasant stay.

Everything was great! The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we might have needed. The host had great communication too!We were looking for a relaxing beach vacation with great shell hunting; we lucked out and found the perfect place. The beach was great for shells - we went to several other beaches during our stay, but the beach right here was by far the best. Added bonus was watching dolphins swim right by! The unit is on the second floor but there is an elevator so lugging suitcases up wasn't an issue. I really can't think of anything that could be improved on!

Thoroughly enjoyed my quick Sanibel escape at this lovely, quiet condo. Short walk to the Gulf beach which was covered in beautiful shells. Great to see Sanibel coming back from Hurricane Ian.

This was our 5th vacation on Sanibel Island, and second time at Breakers West. All the other places we stayed at were wonderful, but Breakers West became our favorite. The units are spacious, well equipped, spotless, and most of all, really quiet. The pool is lovely, and the beach is just steps away. There are two grocery stores just few minutes away (by car), and the Ding Darling Nature Preserve is very near as well. I highly recommend this beautiful condo. Dennis did fantastic job of making the check-in and check-out process seamless, and the only thing we were sorry about, was how quickly the week flew by. We will be back next year ! Thank you for everything, Dennis !

The condo was just perfect for our needs! So close to the beach, light, bright and spacious. Highly recommend for couples and families. Dennis was so communicative and we felt very comfortable the entire time.

Unser Aufenthalt wurde von den Ausläufern des Hurricane Debby etwas überschattet, woran der Vermieter, Dennis, selbstverständlich nichts ändern konnte. Die Unterkunft hatte direkten Strandzugang, Meerblick, und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar Strandhandtücher und weiteres Strandequipment waren vorhanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Waschmaschine war kaputt, was unsere Reiseplanung etwas durcheinandergebracht hat. Wir wurden aber darüber informiert und es wurde versucht, sie zu reparieren. Das Wetter besserte sich am Tag unserer Abreise, woraufhin wir als Goody den Tag dort noch vollständig verbringen durften. Das war wohl nicht ganz so einfach zu organisieren und wir fanden es sehr nett von Dennis. Trotz dieser Widrigkeiten ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert, vielleicht lieber ohne Hurricane

This was our 5th vacation on Sanibel Island, and second time at Breakers West. All the other places we stayed at were wonderful, but Breakers West became our favorite. The units are spacious, well equipped, spotless, and most of all, really quiet. The pool is lovely, and the beach is just steps away. There are two grocery stores just few minutes away (by car), and the Ding Darling Nature Preserve is very near as well. I highly recommend this beautiful condo. Dennis did fantastic job of making the check-in and check-out process seamless, and the only thing we were sorry about, was how quickly the week flew by. We will be back next year ! Thank you for everything, Dennis !

Property was as advertised. Great amenities and the location is fabulous! Very spacious, our party of 6 (3 adults and 3 tweens/teens) had plenty of room. This unit has a very nice private screened patio as well with a side gulf view, which we didn't expect (lucky us!). A nice selection of games, puzzles, books, and beach gear was provided. Communication from the owner was great, too.

Everything was great! The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we might have needed. The host had great communication too!We were looking for a relaxing beach vacation with great shell hunting; we lucked out and found the perfect place. The beach was great for shells - we went to several other beaches during our stay, but the beach right here was by far the best. Added bonus was watching dolphins swim right by! The unit is on the second floor but there is an elevator so lugging suitcases up wasn't an issue. I really can't think of anything that could be improved on!

The condo was just perfect for our needs! So close to the beach, light, bright and spacious. Highly recommend for couples and families. Dennis was so communicative and we felt very comfortable the entire time.

It has been so fun to return to SANIBEL and see the restoration from Ian. The manager of B4, Dennis, was tops ! He communicated with us promptly and attempted to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We enjoyed unit B4 at Breakers West. There are beach chairs and towels and beach / pool items to use. That was a plus. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. They were extra bath towels and linens for our use. We also appreciated the extra chairs for the dining room table - as we hosted a few meals with extended family who were also trying nearby and some who are local to this area. Beach access is easy. The pool area was newly renovated and the water was perfect temperature. We would love to return to B4. Laura

The property was all that it was advertised to be. Very comfortable and easy access to the beach. The VRBO host was exceptional and very responsive. We appreciated his attention to us before and during our stay. Great place to stay.

This was our 5th visit to Sanibel, and this property is our new favorite. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and full of all the extras you need for the beach, pool, and condo. Beautiful pool, 30 seconds from the beach, and a short drive to all our favorite restaurants and shops. Communication from the property owner was next level… they bent over backwards to make sure we had the best stay. Can’t wait to book our next visit!

Thoroughly enjoyed my quick Sanibel escape at this lovely, quiet condo. Short walk to the Gulf beach which was covered in beautiful shells. Great to see Sanibel coming back from Hurricane Ian.

The accommodations were exactly as promised. Clean and fresh. Just steps to the beach. Great communication with our host. We had everything we needed. So glad to see these places are recovering from hurricane Ian. Very pleasant stay.

We came from St. Louis…3 adult siblings, this unit was perfect! Very clean, and easy door entry with code. It had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Beach towel cooler to take to beach beach chairs. The screened porch was great and full kitchen made it easy to stay in if you wanted. Washer and dryer are very handy, all seating was comfortable.Beach location was ideal, most days we had it to ourselves and the shelling is fabulous. We choose to bike to breakfast everyday which was easy as everything is close. The complex felt safe and in general was well taken care of, also there is a pool. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time on Sanibel Island. The condo is now beach front with a short walk down the boardwalk. Pool is small but heated nicely. Plenty of beach gear, coolers, floats, chairs. Kitchen well equipped for basic needs. Would recommend and stay again!

The condo at Breakers West is great in every respect! The large interior was immaculate with comfortable attractive furnishings. We were impressed with the variety of beach gear provided; chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a sun umbrella and shell-collecting tools. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location Is right on a beautiful uncrowned beach. Sanibel is back! Visit soon!

Appreciated the comfy furniture, the nice beach chairs, the beach towels, the well-appointed kitchen and the door lock/unlock fixture.Condo needs a little attention, specifics: 1. The entry door hardware is coming out of the door frame, 2. shower doors in 2nd bedroom don't glide on their rails, water leaks onto floor 3. burnt out bulb above stove 4. mold spots on the inside of the lampshade in second bedroom. The swimming pool wasn't warm enough to swim in until the 3rd day of our stay. Then it was great!We love the location and the short walk to the beach. Sunrises were gorgeous.Thank you, we enjoyed being your guests. Sue Samuelson

The condo had everything we could ask for and some!! Beautiful place with a beautiful beach. Pretty much right in the middle of the island so it’s easy to get to the south end or north end. We ended up renting bikes and biked the entire island. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge is a must on bikes or foot but definitely put on bug repellent. Dennis, owner, was quick with replying to emails for questions and gave us some great recommendations. Beach wasn’t crowded and the shells are fun to collect. I highly recommend this place as I will be staying here again in the future.

The condo could use an interior refresh, especially the bathroom by twin beds. The walk to the beach was very convenient and beach chairs and umbrella was very nice. The lanai was great. The pool was refreshing. Communication with Dennis was very timely and appreciative.
