Location fidèle au descriptif, propre fonctionnelle et idéalement située pour visiter Barcelone. Quartier calme avec commerces de proximité, restaurants et bien desservi en transport en commun. Nous remercions Chelo (propriétaire) pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité (elle nous a accompagnés jusqu'au parking), sa prévenance et ses bons conseils. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé ( proche de la Sagrada Familia) et nous avons pu visiter tout le centre de Barcelone à pieds (mais si besoin le metro est tout proche)Quartier très sympathique avec commerces et restaurants . Appartement fonctionnel et très propre. Propriétaire très agréable, parlant Français. Nous recommandons cette location !

Great location. near to Metro L2 and L4 stations.plenty of places to eat and shop for food nearby.Owner was a wonder person. She showed up to give us the keys and to show us around the rental and give us some advice on where to eat.Place was clean and the heating/cooling worked fine.It was well supplied for cooking/eating and detergent for the washer and dishwasher. Soap and hair dryer in bathroom.Would definitely recommend this place.

This cozy 2-bedroom apartment is located in a great location that is about 15-20 minutes walk to the major tourist attractions in Barcelona, such as Sagrada Familia, Passeig de Gracia (where Casa Batllo and Casa Mila are), Plaza Catalunya, etc. There are also many eateries and supermarkets close by. This apartment is located on the 1st level that can be accessed by stairs and elevator. The owner is very friendly and personally waited for us when we arrived from the airport to welcome us. She also oriented us to the apartment and how to use the various appliances. Overall we had a great first-time visit to Barcelona!
