Great location, quiet area and yet central. Very good japanese style breakfast, evenings had free selected alcoholic drinks. Also there are great amenities that you can select every evening (5 per room) like masks, cream, serum, hair products etc. Only complaint are the pillows which were made of small plastics balls. In the lobby there are some other types of pillows available but its first come first serve and they seem to run out by the end of the night.

Hotel staff were (super) helpful. They speak English well and helped me forward my luggage. They were also able to keep my luggage before check in. There’s also free breakfast and drinks at certain times of the day. I believe I read that their breakfast is made from organic ingredients and make efforts for sustainability.

Ovreall this was a good place to stay. Convenient to dining options and transport and other locations. Good staff, facilities and breakast options. I liked that you could come and get a drink from the dispenser right up till 9 oclock.

スタッフの方が何から何まで丁寧でとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。朝食サービスがある所やウェルカムドリンクの充実、アメニティの豊富さ、ベッドのスプリング等安価でこんなにもサービスを受けられて本当に満足です。友人と利用や、観光にお金をかけたい方にとてもおすすめのホテルです。またご利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Överlag ett bra hotell, sängen var lite hård, men de hade många olika modeller kuddar att välja på i lobbyn. Varje dag fick man ny handduk, vattenflaska och tandborste. Städning sker bara om man själv sätter en skylt på dörren innan kl.10 och städningen var okej, inte mer än så. Gratis dryck i lobbyn under eftermiddagen/kvällen. Frukosten åt jag inte av. Kodsystem för att öppna dörren.

Amazing hotel, a short walk from some stations, breakfast is really good, with many amenities and coin laundry though I didnt get to use it. Staff was the best, a young gentleman went out of the way to help us solve an unrelated issue and we are forever grateful. This hotel wont disappoint.

The room itself is very basic and small compared to big chain hotels, however the price reflects it with its affordability. On top of this, the hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well as different cosmetics, lotions, shampoos, and other goodies for you to take free of charge. They also offer a sleeping gown and different pillows for you to choose from for hardness and height of the pillow. The washroom is also typical Japanese style with the toilet, tub,sink, and shower crammed into a small room but it is to be expected. Overall a great hotel and stay!

This is a very small Super Hotel and we felt it was below average for a business hotel. The room design is strange with a square utility table taking up most of the space which makes it seem smaller than it is. Breakfast is very limited. The worst thing was the service - even asking for a towel in the morning we were told the front desk doesnt keep towels and they couldnt provide one to us. The whole impression was of a hotel trying to do the minimum and there should be better places in this price range. On the flip side it was generally clean except for some stray hairs on the bed on the first night, the lady on the first night we were there was friendly and it was quiet.

大学のオープンキャンパスで利用しました。接客もよく、部屋は狭いですが、清潔感があって気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食もちょうどよい品数かつ、パンがとてもおいしいですよ。コンビニも近くにあるし、タバコを吸われる方にも喫煙所がありましたよ。何かの折にまた利用したいと思います。

This hotel is excellent in service, amenities, breakfast, location, cleanliness but the room size and room comfort can be better. If you are fine with a small room with a capsule bathroom then this is hotel is great. However, it was difficult for us( 2 people, my wife & me) to move around in the room especially getting in & out of bed if you are sleeping on the inside of the bed because one side of the bed is pushed right up against the wall. Thus, you have to climb over your partner to get in & out of the bed. In the bathroom, if one is showering, the second person cannot use the sink faucet because there is only one faucet for the sink & shower. If this arrangement is ok for you, then this hotel is fantastic. Despite these inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay here. Thus, we would still recommend it to our friends & family.

東京駅から歩いて15分くらいで着くのでいつも歩いています。日本橋へも人形町にも近いので食べに行くのも便利です。朝食も無料で付いており、美味しいです。部屋も大きめのデスクとソファのような椅子があり効率良いレイアウトです。大変お世話になりました。また利用したいです。

Great location near metro stations,konbinis,restaurants and stores,great amenities,and excellent breakfast….but the greatest was the man at the reception desk,very nice,kind and helpful

Amazing hotel, a short walk from some stations, breakfast is really good, with many amenities and coin laundry though I didnt get to use it. Staff was the best, a young gentleman went out of the way to help us solve an unrelated issue and we are forever grateful. This hotel wont disappoint.

銀座線、日比谷線、JR東京駅、神田駅などどこかでもアクセスは良い。三越本店、千疋屋本店、多くのレストランが入ったコレド室町、ホテルオークラの桃花林他、高級なものを食べてみたいならYUITOがあります。環境は、横に公園、あとはマンションだらけで夜の8時過ぎになると近くで食べられる店は一軒もなくなります。ホテルは言うことなしですから、三越やレストランで買ったものをたべるか、銀座も近いので地下鉄やタクシーで食べに行ってください。コンビニはホテル前に一軒ありますので助かるかも。ホテルはアメニティやドリンクサービスもよく、枕も好きな硬さを選べます。また、フロントスタッフの方が最高に感じ良いです。部屋は簡素ですが十分ですね。良いホテルだと思います。

The weather was cold during the stay, a long walking distance from the major MRT. The hotel is OK for a short stay, good breakfast. And provided many self-serve amenities for the guests. Which were great! In the City center and quiet area.

東京駅から歩いて15分くらいで着くのでいつも歩いています。日本橋へも人形町にも近いので食べに行くのも便利です。朝食も無料で付いており、美味しいです。部屋も大きめのデスクとソファのような椅子があり効率良いレイアウトです。大変お世話になりました。また利用したいです。

Ovreall this was a good place to stay. Convenient to dining options and transport and other locations. Good staff, facilities and breakast options. I liked that you could come and get a drink from the dispenser right up till 9 oclock.

We chose Super because we had a very good experience when we stayed at Super Hotel Beppu. Mainly for it’s good price considering we get a good breakfast buffet and cocktails in the evening. Of course we enjoyed the cosmetic freebies and the choice for the pillows. Rooms were rightly sized, clean and as always, a very functional toilet and bath facility. Definitely will continue to patronise Super Hotels next time we visit Japan.

Great location, quiet area and yet central. Very good japanese style breakfast, evenings had free selected alcoholic drinks. Also there are great amenities that you can select every evening (5 per room) like masks, cream, serum, hair products etc. Only complaint are the pillows which were made of small plastics balls. In the lobby there are some other types of pillows available but its first come first serve and they seem to run out by the end of the night.

Hotel staff were (super) helpful. They speak English well and helped me forward my luggage. They were also able to keep my luggage before check in. There’s also free breakfast and drinks at certain times of the day. I believe I read that their breakfast is made from organic ingredients and make efforts for sustainability.

Good location, very pleasant staff who always did their best to help despite the language barrier. Lovely to have a choice of pillows and a selection of moisturisers as well as general bathroom supplies. Breakfast - excellent choice of foods for breakfast, but if you are looking for cereals and toast you'll be disappointed

初めて泊まりました。徹底した無駄の削減に潔さを感じました。部屋は十分広く清潔です。朝食ビュッフェは品数に物足りなさを感じますが、無料であることを考えれば、味も量も申し分のないものです。フロント他のスタッフの皆様はテキパキとした仕事ぶりに感心しました。

Short ride on underground to several tourist locations. Not too far from Tokyo main station. Breakfast is simple but good, with some vegetarian options in the buffet. Nothing fancy but perfect to visit Tokyo all around using public transport.

Fantastic stay! Great location, 8-10 min walk to local train stations + 20-25 min walk to Tokyo station! Paved roads along the way. Hotel itself was amazing. The amenities offered were probably the best thing I've seen. Breakfast was included (delicious Japanese dishes that highlights the importance of organic foods that are healthy) along with coffee/mocktail machines in the morning. From 3-9pm, complimentary refreshers/alcoholic drinks&flavoured syrups were available to make drinks with. This was a super nice touch. They also had plenty of sample amenities to try like their serums/face makes/oils/bath salts. They had a wall of various pillows to choose ranging in softness + free pajamas (one size). They provide everything needed for a stay! Since this hotel focuses on eco friendliness, they don't clean the rooms everyday(1x4 days I believe? But you will have to leave the room from 10-3pm). They do provide fresh towels once a day. Although the rooms were a bit small, I did not mind as the bed was comfortable and we were out most of the day. They also had AC in the room that can be remote controlled which was a must since it gets hot. The bathroom was also on the smaller side, but there was a tub to soak in which was nice. Check out is also quite early at 10am which an option of paying ¥1000 per hour up to 12pm for late check out option. Hotel staff were also very nice & friendly. 100% would stay again!

It is conveniently located. We walked to most places including Ueno Park, Hamarikyu Garden, Tokyo Station, JR Shin-nihonbashi Station from which you can go to Narita Airport, Tokyo Station, Yokohama, Kamakura, Yokosuka...Free breakfast service and free cocktail hours are unique. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our room is a bit too small for two people to relax but most of hotels in Tokyo are like that. Otherwise it is an excellent hotel.
