❤️ Unbeatable group travel retreat ❤️

The house was great, my whole team loved it.

This house was perfect for our stay of 5 friends. The house was bigger than we anticipated and we each got our own bedroom. We loved the proximity to Univ of Nebraska Omaha and all the restaurants on Maple St.

A group a business owners booked the property to attend a conference in town. Upon arrival we entered the property and immediately were hit with a musty pet odor type smell and the place looked extremely dingy. The walls, trim, and doors were covered in scratches, scuffs and stains. The bathroom tiles were broken, the vanity looked like it had been through a meat grinder. Hey at least they had a few extra rolls of toilet paper!The worst of the matter was how dirty the place was. The bathroom had hair and stains all over. The bedding was disgusting. Multiple mystery stains of different colors and who knows what. We let the host know the first night and they offered to send cleaners back next day. The place doesn't need just cleaners; it needs remodeled AND cleaned. We made accommodations 2 hours away to not have to stay in this dump second night.Once we complained it took over 4 hours for the host to respond. We initially asked for one night refund, and they would not do it. So here are working through VRBO customer service because this host totally misrepresents the quality of this property.

My group of friends all enjoyed our weekend getaway! The back yard was great and the house was cozy and clean.

We had plenty of beds for our group of 11. The kids enjoyed using the charcoal BBQ to make smores. Getting on & off the busy road in front really wasn't too bad!
