Gateway - 1.5 mi to DT and UofA

This unit is everything the description says and more. The location is great for being on/off U of A campus and downtown Fayettville. The details- snack, drink, personal care items, etc... were among the best I've ever experienced! You will love this place!

This condo was the perfect place for our weekend in Fayetteville moving in our college son! Close to his apartment and close to several great restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast there.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The townhome was impeccably clean and the beds were comfortable. The downstairs bedroom could really use a mirror since there is no bathroom downstairs. Other than that tiny detail, the house itself was perfect. Communication was not quite what I’m used to with VRBO, likely because this is managed by a property management and not an individual owner. It wasn’t “bad,” it just wasn’t as quick and personal as typical. Our code didn’t work so we could not get in the house when we arrived. That was resolved with a couple phone calls but it still didn’t work that night. (We were able to get in with the garage code and by leaving the door in the garage unlocked.) after I sent another message that night, we finally got a new code around 10am the next morning. Also, I asked two days before checkin if we could extend our checkout time by one hour. I was told to check the day before checkout, which I did. At that time, I was told to check the next morning. With a 10:00 checkout time the next morning, not knowing if 11:00 is possible until that morning made planning impossible so we just rearranged our schedule to be out by 10:00. These are minor complaints, for sure! The house is in a great location, is beautifully decorated, and fit our needs well!

Great place with lots of room. Close to everything. 3 king beds really helped with father and sons.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, and great location close to downtown and campus. Would certainly stay here again!
