Soleil Studio On 30A between Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach

The room was not very clean. The closet off the kitchen was a huge mess, which made grabbing items difficult. There wasn’t any hand soap in the entire condo and we waited all day before a delivery of soap was made. At that point, we already purchased hand soap for the bathrooms. There were 3 hangers throughout the entire condo. The patio screen door has tears all over it and dead flowers were left on the coffee table. The picture of the living room on the listing is not updated to show different furniture and arrangement of the living area. The floors felt dirty and the condo in general just was not well kept. We’ve stayed in this building before, which is why we picked the locations, but we will not be choosing this unit in the future.

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was perfect, and it was very nice to have beach access, considering everything is private in Rosemary Beach. Couple things to note (but not enough to adjust stars): they provide very little toilet paper and paper towels so make sure to bring or purchase extra on your own, and the patio doors do not seal well, so the master bedroom is warmer than the others. All things considered, great place for the price!

The location and pools were great. The condo itself could use a good deep clean and updating.

We enjoyed this studio condo; it was perfect for our short stay; it had a sofa/TV in living; bed; kitchenette with microwave, dishes / silverware, toaster, single cup Keurig (you need to bring K Cups) ; it’s a small room but very modern and tastefully updated. Best of all is the location - central to all; tram or walk to beach across the street - sorta across and over - but short walk; Tram was quick and convenient; leaving beach it was busy though so we ended up walking back due to the Tram line. Area is also upscale vs some other beach locations that have shown there are but not here - beautiful condo and area. Many dining options in walking distance.
