Manager/owner is very nice and professional, he will answer all your questions promptly. It’s very centrally located to anything you might need. Kitchen is fully equipped, and you can watch your Netflix, just like home. Great place.

This was a lovely stay for 3 adults and a pup. We did a bit of cooking, and the kitchen was more well stocked than other houses we’ve booked. Check in process was super easy, and the dog LOVED the backyard. If you’re not a soft mattress person, be warned though! All 3 beds were quite squishy.

We were traveling for a graduation and this was perfect! Location is close to the university, grocery stores etc. if you like front porch sitting, this is your spot. Loved having coffee on the porch and hanging out in the huge back yard. Thanks for a great stay!

This house and property are amazing. Back yard is huge and house was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. While we didnt sleep in the room with 2 beds, the bed in the master was very comfortable, plus the room has blackout curtains.Highly recommend if youre needing a place near Greensboro and dont want to be in the city.

Very cute, relaxing home. Has a homey vibe, great backyard with a fire pit and covered patio area. A basket of goodies for your dogs and all the things you need to make your stay relaxing and restful. Our kids loved spending the morning on the front porch swing. Check in and out was easy.

We really enjoyed the house, it had everything we needed and was well thought out. The yard is awesome, great space, and the gas fire pit was great with the weather. Already planning to rent it again in the summer.

House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was supplied with lots of dishware and utensils. We love having the fenced yard for the dogs. We will definitely rent this house again for our next golf trip. Owners are friendly and very helpful with finding great places to dine.

Ashley reached out the day of check in and made herself available for any needs. The house was very clean and accommodating. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. We'll definitely come back to this house next time we have an event in the area.

Our stay was perfect! Cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. I know this probably seems random but the shower pressure was GREAT! Hate it when you stay somewhere and the water coming out of the shower head feels like a trickle...not the case with this property! Shower felt great after a long day!! Would stay again.

This was our second time staying at this house. First time since having our little one. Neither time has disappointed. 40 mins from the zoo, a few minutes from the science center. The house is nice and cozy and perfect for a small family. It’s a plus we are able to take our fur babies with us as well. This is our go to spot for vacationing in Greensboro and we can’t wait to stay again.

I have zero complaints or suggestions for this home. Everything was just as described and better. Comfy beds, comfy couch, nice location, cool hangout spots in the back. Never needed to contact the host, because everything was smooth and cool.

Tow of my daughters, my father in law, and I all met up from different parts of the country to watch a swim meet at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The house was just as describes. The back yard was great for the granddog. Owners got back to quick with any questions and even let us check in early when our travel was quicker than expected. We had a wonderful stay.

We had the right amount of space and enjoyed our stay. They allowed us an early checkin, which was helpful for our schedule. They had coffee and spices in the kitchen which we enjoyed having. A very friendly visit, we will definitely be back.

This house was PERFECT! We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t stay with family and this was the best choice we could have made. The owner was wonderful and responded quickly when we check in. The house had everything we needed. We loved the combination of updated amenities and the original antique charm of an old house. If anyone needs a rental in the Greensboro area they should definitely check this home out!

We had a great stay. We were able to celebrate our youngest sons birthday while we were there. Also our dogs got out of the fence in the backyard. The owner immediately contacted us to let us know that the neighbors were able to get them back in the yard and repair the fence where they got out. Very appreciative that they helped keep our dogs safe.

This place is perfect for anyone visiting Greensboro, NC to participate in a soccer tournament at Bryant Park. Only 7-8 minutes from fields, but close to good food and drink. The VRBO description references the Food Lion as a good grocery option. We preferred the Harris Teeter which was just as close and much nicer than the Food Lion. There is also an ABC liquor store in the same shopping center as the Harris Teeter. The backyard was nice, but the weather was too hot for us to enjoy it. Highly recommend this place for a family or 4-5 people.

Tow of my daughters, my father in law, and I all met up from different parts of the country to watch a swim meet at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The house was just as describes. The back yard was great for the granddog. Owners got back to quick with any questions and even let us check in early when our travel was quicker than expected. We had a wonderful stay.

This was our second time staying at this house. First time since having our little one. Neither time has disappointed. 40 mins from the zoo, a few minutes from the science center. The house is nice and cozy and perfect for a small family. It’s a plus we are able to take our fur babies with us as well. This is our go to spot for vacationing in Greensboro and we can’t wait to stay again.

We were traveling for a graduation and this was perfect! Location is close to the university, grocery stores etc. if you like front porch sitting, this is your spot. Loved having coffee on the porch and hanging out in the huge back yard. Thanks for a great stay!

I was in town for a dog workshop and this was the perfect home to stay in. Huge yard for my pet to run and close to downtown. Very clean and quiet home.

This house and property are amazing. Back yard is huge and house was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. While we didnt sleep in the room with 2 beds, the bed in the master was very comfortable, plus the room has blackout curtains.Highly recommend if youre needing a place near Greensboro and dont want to be in the city.

Ashley reached out the day of check in and made herself available for any needs. The house was very clean and accommodating. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. We'll definitely come back to this house next time we have an event in the area.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for my husband and I to get away from life for a week. We were also able to find a lot of things to do around within an hour or so of the house including the NC Zoo. The owners have done a great job with the house. Our pups loved the back yard the most and being able to run around and play as much as they wanted. We will definitely be booking again soon!

Excellent home away from home. Very clean and cozy house. Big fenced in back yard for kids to play, and pets. Nice quiet and friendly neighborhood. Manager/owner is very nice and professional, he will answer all your questions promptly. It’s very centrally located to anything you might need. Kitchen is fully equipped, and you can watch your Netflix, just like home. Great place.

We had the right amount of space and enjoyed our stay. They allowed us an early checkin, which was helpful for our schedule. They had coffee and spices in the kitchen which we enjoyed having. A very friendly visit, we will definitely be back.

House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was supplied with lots of dishware and utensils. We love having the fenced yard for the dogs. We will definitely rent this house again for our next golf trip. Owners are friendly and very helpful with finding great places to dine.

This was a lovely stay for 3 adults and a pup. We did a bit of cooking, and the kitchen was more well stocked than other houses we’ve booked. Check in process was super easy, and the dog LOVED the backyard. If you’re not a soft mattress person, be warned though! All 3 beds were quite squishy.

We really enjoyed the house, it had everything we needed and was well thought out. The yard is awesome, great space, and the gas fire pit was great with the weather. Already planning to rent it again in the summer.

This is a PERFECT little spot and the fenced in yard took the pressure of having a pet off. The place did not look like there had ever been pets there, and they were accommodating in every way. AWESOME is the first word that comes to mind!!!

The house was dirty when we arrived. There was a half chewed giant rawhide toy laying in the floor. There was a bath towel thrown over the shower rod and a hand towel balled up on the back of the toilet. It looked like someone had showered and just thrown the towels around afterwards. The trash was not taken out of the bathroom (it was full of trash and a random band aid sitting on top) The beds were made but it looked like someone had slept in them and then the covers were just pulled up and over. We were so grossed out we immediately stripped all the beds and started washing all the linens, blankets and towels in the house. There was grease all over the stove top so we did no cooking. There was old food in the sink drains in the kitchen as if someone had done dishes and just left the leftover food in the drains. I understand the owners may have someone cleaning for them but whoever cleaned this unit should be fired. It we hadn’t needed to stay close by for a family event we would have stayed somewhere else.

This place was perfect for our stay! We certainly enjoyed the fenced in yard. Parking was easy. Loading to and from the truck was simple. We will return if the need arises!
