Our son graduated from boot camp in SC and was going to Fort Gordon, GA. We needed a place where we could enjoy family time, cook meals, but still spread out. The owners were amazing in communicating from the beginning of the booking process throughout our stay. The lights were on, music was playing and water was in the fridge upon our arrival. The movie room was lovely as all the streaming services were available! Thanks for a lovely and clean house. Our family appreciated it.

Our family stayed in this home and it was perfect for accommodating our needs. We had to extend our stay and the host was very understanding of our situation.The home was cute, very nice and clean and it comes fully furnished with cookware and dishes. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed grilling on the grill outside. Our pets were happy in this house too. I would definitely stay here again if I needed somewhere to stay. This is definitely worth every bit. And the park is only a block from the house.

This place was exactly what we needed for our trip to Augusta. It was comfortable and clean, and the property manager did a great job at communicating. My only issue was the poorly stocked kitchen. Not at all a big deal if you don’t plan on eating in.

The yard was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. We wish it had been cleaner and the smart home features and all the restrictions on the AC and TV left a lot to be desired.

We traveled to Augusta for the Ironman 70.3 race in September. The location is pretty close to transition and packet pick up (about 10 minutes away). Close to Augusta Country Club amd Augusta National (about 10 minutes away). There is a nice little park 1 block away for pets. The yard is nice and fenced as well. The check in and out were seamless and hassle free. Having recliners to watch TV is really nice. There are plenty of dishes and towels as well as a start up of Keurig Coffee pods. It is charming and cozy. We slept in the bedroom closest to the kitchen and the mattress was also comfortable. The only drawback is the bathroom. It is small but the sink is very small and short. Otherwise this is a cozy stay.

Host supplied house with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Upon arrival greeted with soft soothing music in house and cold bottled water with snacks- nice touch. Beautiful backyard with deck/furniture. House beautifully decorated.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage in Augusta. It was a perfect location for outings with our pups and to get together with family in the area. The home was nicely updated with a wonderful fenced backyard and deck. There were lots of extra touches to make this cottage comfortable for a small family with pets. Still some clean-up post storm in some parts of Augusta when we visited in late November 2024, but was not a problem getting around.

My family and I had to find a place to stay last minute , and this was the easiest process we’ve ever had ! The host replied fast and made sure we were accommodated . The house was lovely and so clean it felt like home ! I would definitely booked again :)

Beautiful home 🏡 clean and well supplied. Snacks and cold water in the fridge were an amazing touch 😋 We only stayed one night. The beds were comfortable and clean. Would be a great place to stay for a long visit.

The house was decorated for Christmas - tree and all! This is a very inviting spacious home. Very clean, love the echo music system. It’s our second stay but won’t be the last. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Very convenient location! And a very sweet little senior lady neighbor next door!

I absolutely loved this home! The modern style was right up my alley and the coziness of this home is perfection! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown medical district, it provides comfort convenience and safety. Eddie was an outstanding host that communicated quickly to answer any questions and was very friendly. Everything you could possibly think of was provided in this home. I absolutely look forward to our upcoming visits in the summer

We stayed local while having work done to our home. The property is well maintained & met all of our needs. The bathroom is a little small but as to be expected in an older home. The only thing that would have been nice to have is some warmer blankets for the bedding since its winter. I would recommend & would stay again if i needed to.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. The house was very efficiently arranged. We had everything we needed. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. We definitely will try to stay here again the next time we are in Augusta.

We rented this home the day before we needed to come and we rented it for 5 nights Our daughter was being induced on Tuesday and we did not know how long we would need it. Eddie was amazing to us the entire time. I made a mistake with our payment and he was understanding and communicated well throughout getting our pet fee paid. We ended up not needing the 5th night and he updated our rental and refunded a nights stay. We felt like this way above and beyond what he needed to do but we’re so grateful for his kindness. We have already recommended Eddie and his properties to other family members who will be coming to see the new baby.

We had to extend our stay and the host was very understanding of our situation.The home was cute, very nice and clean and it comes fully furnished with cookware and dishes. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed grilling on the grill outside. Our pets were happy in this house too. I would definitely stay here again if I needed somewhere to stay. This is definitely worth every bit. And the park is only a block from the house.

This is our 3rd stay at this lovely VRBO. It is so comfortable and cozy. Very convenient to everything and the owners are very attentive! This will always be our “go to” when in Augusta.

I absolutely loved this home! The modern style was right up my alley and the coziness of this home is perfection! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown medical district, it provides comfort convenience and safety. Eddie was an outstanding host that communicated quickly to answer any questions and was very friendly. Everything you could possibly think of was provided in this home. I absolutely look forward to our upcoming visits in the summer

We traveled to Augusta for the Ironman 70.3 race in September. The location is pretty close to transition and packet pick up (about 10 minutes away). Close to Augusta Country Club amd Augusta National (about 10 minutes away). There is a nice little park 1 block away for pets. The yard is nice and fenced as well. The check in and out were seamless and hassle free. Having recliners to watch TV is really nice. There are plenty of dishes and towels as well as a start up of Keurig Coffee pods. It is charming and cozy. We slept in the bedroom closest to the kitchen and the mattress was also comfortable. The only drawback is the bathroom. It is small but the sink is very small and short. Otherwise this is a cozy stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage in Augusta. It was a perfect location for outings with our pups and to get together with family in the area. The home was nicely updated with a wonderful fenced backyard and deck. There were lots of extra touches to make this cottage comfortable for a small family with pets. Still some clean-up post storm in some parts of Augusta when we visited in late November 2024, but was not a problem getting around.

The house was decorated for Christmas - tree and all! This is a very inviting spacious home. Very clean, love the echo music system. It’s our second stay but won’t be the last. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Very convenient location! And a very sweet little senior lady neighbor next door!
