Very nice, clean, and comfortable cabin. We enjoyed the quiet and solitude. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed to be well supplied. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Overall a good experience. WiFi wasn’t working most of our trip and there’s little to no reception. The woods in the back was absolutely gorgeous. House had minimal cooking tools but other than that they set up well. Pull out is very thin and uncomfortable so bring an air mattress/plan to sleep on the couch if you need more than 1 bed! Appreciated the games they had available! Made good use of UNO that weekend!

The cozy cottage was wonderful and as described. Spotlessly clean and everything we needed was there. We had a glitch with the code box to get in to the cabin, but our host was very responsive and we resolved it. A towel bar in the bathroom would be a nice addition. Great experience.

My husband, adult and teen sons, and I decided on a quick getaway to Door County at the end of July 2025. We saw this property was available for the days we needed, and we were happy with its location between Carlsville and Egg Harbor (plus private and quiet) but has easy access to everything. The property is quiet, extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. While it does share a lot and driveway with another property, windows don't face them and you only see woods. The owners are very responsive. We had not been left enough towels, and our request for one more set was immediately addressed! Questions were always answered practically instantly! The booking, check in, check out, access and directions were all easy to follow. The TV does require you to access accounts through your own account credentials for apps, but we were so busy it was not a big issue for us. The county park about a mile away was a bonus too. This property has a queen size pull out couch and one bedroom. Bring extra pillows if using the the couch. I would absolutely stay here again! If was very spacious and comfortable for the four of us.

Great little spot to enjoy a week away! First impression, this place is astoundingly clean. From the kitchen appliances to the bathroom to the building itself, everything feels new, when I walked in I half thought I must have been the first person to stay there. There is lots of comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring the peninsula, with lots of light from the windows and skylights with great views of the surrounding woods. I particularly enjoyed looking out the back while eating breakfast in the mornings. Only complaints: there is a window with no shade in the bedroom and the morning light made it hard to sleep in. Also the internet service was hit-and-miss, frustratingly it seemed to cut out during the rain, when staying in and streaming would have been most welcome. But overall very satisfied with my stay, would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and ready for us. The communication with the owner was good. Here are the Pros and Cons. Pros - Extremely clean. Beautiful setting in the woods. Most serving and cooking cooking utensils included. Ample closets and cabinets for food storage. Living room and dining room furniture were good. Nice bathroom and shower. Nice towels. Great skylights and windows. Internet worked but was spotty at times. Kitchen appliances were modest but ok. Adequate parking. Cons - TV worked but we couldn't figure out how to use it. There were no directions so we didn't use it. Lack of hooks or towel racks in bathroom. One hook on the bathroom door was broken. An additional night light would be nice. Only one tiny night stand in the bedroom. Two would be better. The walls need decoration. There were hooks on the walls, but nothing on the hooks. No dishwasher. Needs new dish drying rack. Lack of address to find the place. The host gave good directions, but the address would have been helpful so we could use GPS to find it. This little cabin was very nice for our two night stay in Door County. Just south of Egg Harbor it was a quick drive to any of the State Parks and other small towns. Check in and check out was straight forward. Cabin was clean, had dishes, pots and pans. Only thing missing which could have been included in the description but I missed it was shampoo and soap in the shower. This little cabin sits right behind a larger cabin so a little less private than I was expecting but it wasn’t a problem.

Very clean, neat, and tidy property. Cozy cabin in the woods describes it perfectly: beautiful woods, very private and quiet, neighbors close enough but not too close. Cabin is well equipped, the exit brings out you to beautiful Bayshore Drive.I highly recommend this location.

Just as advertised - cozy and in the woods! The space is updated, clean, comfy, and in a great location. Minutes from the beach and Egg Harbor. We would definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful, convenient spot for a Door County getaway. Needed to replace a few lightbulbs. Could have used more bath and kitchen towels. A few more hooks in the bathroom for towels would have been great. Also sketchy wifi. HOWEVER… loved staying here! Beautiful surroundings and centrally located for a door county tour! Thanks!!!

Nice clean place, host was super quick to respond to issues. Beautiful location. If you need internet for anything it’s hit and miss- and make sure you realize the bed is only a full size bed- not at all comfortable for two average sized adults. The pullout sofa bed is awfully uncomfortable. Husband and I alternated nights of who got to sleep in the bed. Also note, for those that enjoy watching tv in bed- there is NO tv in the bedroom. So for a very basic place- it’s nice, just not comfortable sleeping arrangements and sketchy internet. Hosts were amazing and accommodating as could be- thank you

Nice cabin. Clean, bright, spacious and blissfully quiet! Tucked back in amongst the aspens, oaks & maple trees. Hubby & I are somewhat "long in the tooth" so we aren't smart enough to figure out the smart TV! We were perfectly fine with that though. Our intent was to photograph the color and milky way! Mission accomplished.

Very clean cabin in the woods! Although bed is pretty small for two adults and reclining sofa in the living room, that’s supposed to be a queen size, is not very comfortable! So I would say this is a little bit overpriced because family of four cannot stay there! Even for two it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep! Everything else is very good!

It was a wonderful location in the beautiful woods just outside of Egg Harbor. Even though our children were frustrated by the lack of dependable wifi we found it relaxing to be disconnected with the outside world with all its worries and concerns. We are already talking about renting the cabin either this fall or next summer.

The cabin is very cute and the setting is quiet and beautiful. We didn’t understand that we had to provide our own bedding for the sofa bed, our own washcloths and kitchen towels so we weren’t prepared. The cabin was very damp/humid so the bath towels didn’t dry even when they were hung up overnight. Also, one of the bedroom windows doesn’t have blinds or a curtain so we were up with the sun at 4:45am. Overall it was a lovely cabin but would be even better if a few of those details were addressed.

I particularly enjoyed looking out the back while eating breakfast in the mornings. Only complaints: there is a window with no shade in the bedroom and the morning light made it hard to sleep in. Also the internet service was hit-and-miss, frustratingly it seemed to cut out during the rain, when staying in and streaming would have been most welcome. But overall very satisfied with my stay, would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and ready for us. The communication with the owner was good. Here are the Pros and Cons. Pros - Extremely clean. Beautiful setting in the woods. Most serving and cooking cooking utensils included. Ample closets and cabinets for food storage. Living room and dining room furniture were good. Nice bathroom and shower. Nice towels. Great skylights and windows. Internet worked but was spotty at times. Kitchen appliances were modest but ok. Adequate parking. Cons - TV worked but we couldn't figure out how to use it. There were no directions so we didn't use it. Lack of hooks or towel racks in bathroom. One hook on the bathroom door was broken. An additional night light would be nice. Only one tiny night stand in the bedroom. Two would be better. The walls need decoration. There were hooks on the walls, but nothing on the hooks. No dishwasher. Needs new dish drying rack. Lack of address to find the place. The host gave good directions, but the address would have been helpful so we could use GPS to find it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place to other couples. It's small, but adequate for 2 people and maybe a child or 2 that could sleep on the couches. Rating is A-

Nice clean place, host was super quick to respond to issues. Beautiful location. If you need internet for anything it’s hit and miss- and make sure you realize the bed is only a full size bed- not at all comfortable for two average sized adults. The pullout sofa bed is awfully uncomfortable. Husband and I alternated nights of who got to sleep in the bed. Also note, for those that enjoy watching tv in bed- there is NO tv in the bedroom. So for a very basic place- it’s nice, just not comfortable sleeping arrangements and sketchy internet. Hosts were amazing and accommodating as could be- thank you

Had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Loren was very easy to communicate with. The home is nestled in the woods and very peaceful. Would recommend it for a great place to stay when visiting Door County.

Cabin was very cute and right in the middle of the woods. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our hosts were very responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely stay ,again! Great ,trip!

The cozy cottage was wonderful and as described. Spotlessly clean and everything we needed was there. We had a glitch with the code box to get in to the cabin, but our host was very responsive and we resolved it. A towel bar in the bathroom would be a nice addition. Great experience.

My husband, adult and teen sons, and I decided on a quick getaway to Door County at the end of July 2025. We saw this property was available for the days we needed, and we were happy with its location between Carlsville and Egg Harbor (plus private and quiet) but has easy access to everything. The property is quiet, extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. While it does share a lot and driveway with another property, windows don't face them and you only see woods. The owners are very responsive. We had not been left enough towels, and our request for one more set was immediately addressed! Questions were always answered practically instantly! The booking, check in, check out, access and directions were all easy to follow. The TV does require you to access accounts through your own account credentials for apps, but we were so busy it was not a big issue for us. The county park about a mile away was a bonus too. This property has a queen size pull out couch and one bedroom. Bring extra pillows if using the the couch. I would absolutely stay here again! If was very spacious and comfortable for the four of us.

This little cabin was very nice for our two night stay in Door County. Just south of Egg Harbor it was a quick drive to any of the State Parks and other small towns. Check in and check out was straight forward. Cabin was clean, had dishes, pots and pans. Only thing missing which could have been included in the description but I missed it was shampoo and soap in the shower. This little cabin sits right behind a larger cabin so a little less private than I was expecting but it wasn’t a problem.

Nice cabin. Clean, bright, spacious and blissfully quiet! Tucked back in amongst the aspens, oaks & maple trees. Hubby & I are somewhat "long in the tooth" so we aren't smart enough to figure out the smart TV! We were perfectly fine with that though. Our intent was to photograph the color and milky way! Mission accomplished.

The cabin is super clean and quiet! We enjoyed the close proximity to everything Door County has to offer, while being able to retreat to our own place in the woods. It was the best of both worlds. The cabin is extremely comfortable.

It was a wonderful location in the beautiful woods just outside of Egg Harbor. Even though our children were frustrated by the lack of dependable wifi we found it relaxing to be disconnected with the outside world with all its worries and concerns. We are already talking about renting the cabin either this fall or next summer.

Very clean, neat, and tidy property. Cozy cabin in the woods describes it perfectly: beautiful woods, very private and quiet, neighbors close enough but not too close. Cabin is well equipped, the exit brings out you to beautiful Bayshore Drive.I highly recommend this location.

Just as advertised - cozy and in the woods! The space is updated, clean, comfy, and in a great location. Minutes from the beach and Egg Harbor. We would definitely consider staying again.
