This house was everything and more!!! Don’t look any further if you want to stay in a new, clean, fully stocked house with GREAT dock space. We’ve stayed in Marathon many times and this house by far is my favorite. Plenty of space for my husband and kids (18+). Check in was great and communication was excellent! The canal was a deep water canal with plenty of space for our two boats. The first day we were lucky enough to be greeted by a family of manatees which made my day! Thank you for the great vacation!! We will be back again next year!

We had a wonderful trip. We wanted to find a great place to spend Thanksgiving with our adult kids and this did not disappoint! The house is beautiful! There is a ton of space and it is all so well furnished and decorated! Our kids loved it so much that we spent most of our time there - watching football outside, swimming, fishing and playing games! A quote from my kids- “you hit it out of the park with this one!” The kitchen(s) are well stocked - we really didn’t need anything additional. There are plenty of towels including beach towels and we did pay the extra to have the pool heated ( good choice in November). Just a few things about the location - you can walk to get coffee and probably a Walgreens but you will need to drive to the beach, grocery stores and dinner spots! Overall - I highly recommend this rental! It’s an amazing house and the hosts made it very easy to manage! Great spot to build lasting memories!

This property has it all!!! Dock your boat and park the vehicle. You will never have to leave other than enjoying the beautiful waters of the Keys! Kim, the property manager, was great and responsive. She had all the answers immediately. We would stay again and again!!!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this fantastic property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-equipped the home was. It was the perfect size for our group, with plenty of room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together, which was a huge plus for our family. The beds were super comfortable, and the living areas were cozy and inviting—perfect for our movie nights. The outdoor space including pool, outdoor kitchen & bar was a highlight! Everyone enjoyed fishing, pool, pool table, and ping pong! The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole process seamless, from booking to check-out. Overall it was a great week stay. It could use a few more kitchen items for cooking and grilling. The floor of the pool is pretty rough. Plenty of fun space and room for our extended family of 9 that stayed. 6 adults and 3 kids.

8 of us converged here for my 50th birthday. This house had everything. We enjoyed the pool daily, used the outdoor kitchen several times, played pool and used our boat multiple times per day. Our 36' long Grady White had plenty of room to spin around and dock. Very nice fish cleaning table and outdoor bait freezer. The outdoor space is nicely decorated and comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor firepit. The inside of the house was spotless, updated and well decorated and extremely comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

This place really is amazing. Great location for marathon and really accommodating. Outdoor kitchen and pool area are really convenient and kid friendly. Plenty of room for the boat. Nice canal. We had an awesome time and would return for sure!

Everything was great! Instructions were very clear. We had boat getting in and out of canal was very easy. Entrance to canal was beautiful to go swimming. Was shallow and was crystal clear. House was exactly as described and listed. Was very cimfortable and pool was awesome!

We loved our stay in this house. It’s located just a block from a great little beach park. We saw rays chasing minnows from the fishing dock there. The kids caught several fish off the back of the house, and they loved the heated pool! It was easy to get to various fun places including Key West, Aquarium Encounters, and the Dolphin Research Station, as well as restaurants and marinas to catch snorkeling and fishing charters. The house itself was comfortable, clean, and well designed for large party. It was a super vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, modern and comfortable property for 2 families of 4 with kids between 7-9 years old. Plenty of room inside and out. The pool was perfect for the kids and enough dock space for 4 tandem kayaks and a 22' boat. Kim, the property manager, was extremely attentive. 5 stars.

We had an amazing time at this home. Two families with 4 children and 4 adults. The home was a perfect fit with plenty of space to flex out. There is 5 full bathrooms which are very tastefully designed and perfectly located on each floor. The pool level was the showstopper. We spent 90% of our trip enjoying this outdoor space. We only went in the house to sleep and shower. 10/10. Best house

We stayed with my sisters family, cousins ranged 11-18yo, everyone agrees it was an awesome trip and the house was the highlight. Lots of treasured family time and memories made. Perfect location. Dock and patio area and fish cleaning station are a boater’s/fisherman's dream. House is nicely appointed, a great layout, lots of room to spread out and great gathering spaces. Beds are very comfortable, linens are nice, plenty of beach/pool towels were provided for a group. We’re already planning a trip back!

Overall a nice home. Plenty of room for family of 8. Pool was lovely. Beware of iguanas around pool and their poop. Property is adjacent to public works and they start work at 7am daily- little noisy.

We had a wonderful stay, however it was unfortunate that there were no TVs in two of the bedrooms. It’s important when you travel with other couples to be able to have your own “space“ and not having TV available in two of the bedrooms was disappointing.

Everything was great! Instructions were very clear. We had boat getting in and out of canal was very easy. Entrance to canal was beautiful to go swimming. Was shallow and was crystal clear. House was exactly as described and listed. Was very cimfortable and pool was awesome!

Everything was great with the house. AC actually worked well(very rare for Florida homes) and we LOVED the outdoor kitchen so we could cook and swim. Also very nice to have 3 fridges. Very prompt answering questions. My daughter said this was her ALLTIME favorite house and we have been coming for many years. Trash not being picked up so we had to go to dump ourselves & Comcast Internet outage were the only complaints that we had and that had nothing to do with the rental company.

This house was everything and more!!! Don’t look any further if you want to stay in a new, clean, fully stocked house with GREAT dock space. We’ve stayed in Marathon many times and this house by far is my favorite. Plenty of space for my husband and kids (18+). Check in was great and communication was excellent! The canal was a deep water canal with plenty of space for our two boats. The first day we were lucky enough to be greeted by a family of manatees which made my day! Thank you for the great vacation!! We will be back again next year!

We highly recommend this home! Our property manager was fantastic! She could not have been more responsive or helpful. The location of the home is perfect and allowed us easy day trips to Key West and Bahia Honda State Park. Other close activities were snorkeling, charter fishing and watching the most beautiful sunsets from the Old Seven Mile Bridge. The home is beautiful, very nicely decorated and has plenty of space for everyone. We loved the yard/pool/pool table/canal the most- kids enjoyed fishing and paddleboarding. We hope to return and stay at this home.

This property has it all!!! Dock your boat and park the vehicle. You will never have to leave other than enjoying the beautiful waters of the Keys! Kim, the property manager, was great and responsive. She had all the answers immediately. We would stay again and again!!!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this fantastic property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-equipped the home was. It was the perfect size for our group, with plenty of room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together, which was a huge plus for our family. The beds were super comfortable, and the living areas were cozy and inviting—perfect for our movie nights. The outdoor space including pool, outdoor kitchen & bar was a highlight! Everyone enjoyed fishing, pool, pool table, and ping pong! The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole process seamless, from booking to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our family trip. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

This place really is amazing. Great location for marathon and really accommodating. Outdoor kitchen and pool area are really convenient and kid friendly. Plenty of room for the boat. Nice canal. We had an awesome time and would return for sure!

We stayed with my sisters family, cousins ranged 11-18yo, everyone agrees it was an awesome trip and the house was the highlight. Lots of treasured family time and memories made. Perfect location. Dock and patio area and fish cleaning station are a boater’s/fisherman's dream. House is nicely appointed, a great layout, lots of room to spread out and great gathering spaces. Beds are very comfortable, linens are nice, plenty of beach/pool towels were provided for a group. We’re already planning a trip back!

We had a wonderful trip. We wanted to find a great place to spend Thanksgiving with our adult kids and this did not disappoint! The house is beautiful! There is a ton of space and it is all so well furnished and decorated! Our kids loved it so much that we spent most of our time there - watching football outside, swimming, fishing and playing games! A quote from my kids- “you hit it out of the park with this one!” The kitchen(s) are well stocked - we really didn’t need anything additional. There are plenty of towels including beach towels and we did pay the extra to have the pool heated ( good choice in November). Just a few things about the location - you can walk to get coffee and probably a Walgreens but you will need to drive to the beach, grocery stores and dinner spots! Overall - I highly recommend this rental! It’s an amazing house and the hosts made it very easy to manage! Great spot to build lasting memories!

This was our 3rd vacation to Marathon. Each time it has gotten better. In May of this year we stayed at a house on the Bay and it was beautiful. The house was amazing and the views were great. This time we stayed at a house on one of the channels at the end of 104th Street (Vista Del Mar). The property was surprisingly more beautiful than our last house and again with amazing views … and the amenities inside and out were the best we ever had. The kids and adults were in awe with nightly visits from a manatee feeding on the channel seaweed … very cool! Special thanks to our host, Kim Show for helping us out with the details of the property, restaurant suggestions, and things to do and see in the area. We have much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving!

Overall a nice home. Plenty of room for family of 8. Pool was lovely. Beware of iguanas around pool and their poop. Property is adjacent to public works and they start work at 7am daily- little noisy.

We loved our stay in this house. It’s located just a block from a great little beach park. We saw rays chasing minnows from the fishing dock there. The kids caught several fish off the back of the house, and they loved the heated pool! It was easy to get to various fun places including Key West, Aquarium Encounters, and the Dolphin Research Station, as well as restaurants and marinas to catch snorkeling and fishing charters. The house itself was comfortable, clean, and well designed for large party. It was a super vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a great week stay. It could use a few more kitchen items for cooking and grilling. The floor of the pool is pretty rough. Plenty of fun space and room for our extended family of 9 that stayed. 6 adults and 3 kids.

8 of us converged here for my 50th birthday. This house had everything. We enjoyed the pool daily, used the outdoor kitchen several times, played pool and used our boat multiple times per day. Our 36' long Grady White had plenty of room to spin around and dock. Very nice fish cleaning table and outdoor bait freezer. The outdoor space is nicely decorated and comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor firepit. The inside of the house was spotless, updated and well decorated and extremely comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

This home had nearly everything we needed (aside from beach chairs and a cooler) but Kim, our host sent us several options to rent and even offered her personal chairs (talk about above and beyond!) We saw manatees and dolphins every single day right off the dock! We spent so much time entertaining in the perfect outdoor area and making home cooked meals. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

I’ve been vacationing in the keys for about 15 years. This place was excellent and one of my favorites. It was clean, decorated well, lots of activities at the house for the kids, AC worked great, pool was great, and plenty of docking for our boat (33 ft). The house was at the end of the canal and had plenty of room for me to turn the boat around. The canal had plenty of depth at low tide to maneuver the boat, however you do have to ride the channel in, as the Atlantic gets very shallow. I had zero issues even at low tide in the channel. There was also plenty of room to park the trailer in front of the house. There is also a deep freezer for bait and ice. I would highly recommend this place for families or people with larger boats that are concerned about having enough room.

We had the perfect weeks stay celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday with lifetime friends from all over. The amenities available were above and beyond. Communication with the team was prompt and helpful! I definitely recommend for a seamless vacation retreat!
