Villa Bellevue Corsanico, private pool and parking, easily accessible, sea view

We spent a wonderful week in this spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable holiday residence with splendid views to the sea. It offers a good base for touring northern Tuscany with its gorgeous landscapes and famous old cities as Firenze, Lucca and Pisa, the latter only half an hour‘s drive away.Thanks to Beatrice, the housekeeper, for a warm and culinary welcome and taking care via Email, which we appreciated.

We are for the 4th consecutive year in Tuscany in the Viarregio region.. The current location is phenomenal.. The view is wonderful, the house is very beautiful, very clean, equipped with everything you need.. Easy to reach other wonderful locations like Lucca,\xa0 Pisa Viarregio with its wonderful beaches.\xa0 The hosts are equally welcoming and nice.. The place is a little small for bigger cars, but a good driver can handle it.. You can park in the yard or an extra garage.. Beatrice is a wonderful woman....In a word, everything is superlative,,.\xa0 .I recommend with confidence..We will surely come back with love.

We had a delightfull vacation at the villa along with our two small dogs. Beatrice, a lovely lady gave us a warm welcome. Although she doesn't speak English, she managed communication quite well using a translation app. The villa is well-equipped with all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. The ground floor has a somewhat outdated style and could use some renovation, but the first floor is modern and updated. After reading some reviews we were concerned about the drive up the mountain. However, if you stick to the main road it is wide and easy to navigate without any issues with oncoming traffic. The stunning view from the villa's balcony alone makes the drive more than worthwile. The only downside was the frequent barking of neigboring dogs throughout the day and evening. We are dog people so we have a high toleration but it was alot of barking all day and evening. Fortunately, the brought the dogs inside at night so it wasn't an issue during our sleep. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the magnificant views and will definitely be comong back.

Een heel mooi vakantiehuis op een heel erg rustige plek. Zeer compleet, van alle bedden opgemaakt tot meerdere ovens beschikbaar in de keuken. Zeer schoon, met dank aan de fantastische host, Beatrice. De taal laat zij geen barrière zijn en ze zorgt voor het huis alsof het haar eigen is. Locatie van het huis is wat afgelegen met wel een klein supermarktje om de hoek voor vers brood. Je moet 15 min de berg afrijden voordat je bij de supermarkt bent. Daarnaast is de oprit/garage niet makkelijk toegankelijk als je een lange, lage auto hebt. Onze BMW touring kwam met pijn en moeite de berg op en de garage in. Voor minder ervaren chauffeurs is dit geen aanrader.
