HIGH TIDE: Spacious Comfort Next to Tides Inn

We recently stayed at High Tide for a wedding and had a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, and the layout was spacious and comfortable for our group. Check-in and checkout were both super easy. The location couldn't be better- just a short walk to the charming town of Irvington, The Tides Inn Resort, and nearby restaurants. Could use outlets in bathrooms for getting ready more easily. Overall it was a great stay and hope to comeback soon.

The location was great and the bedrooms and living room were attractive and clean, the house fit all of us nicely.The bathrooms were not described online and no photos of them so we were surprised to see how out dated and in such bad shape they are. Two toilets were so loose they weren’t safe to use.The kitchen was not clean and there was coffee still in the coffee pot and grounds in the filter, crumbs on the table, used condiments and crumbs in the refrigerator. We had to wipe everything down including inside the fridge so it was a bit disappointing.

We hosted our wedding guests in this lovely home and they were delighted with every aspect - gorgeous view, elegant decor, and thoughtful amenities. Communication with the home owners and managers was prompt, thorough, and very helpful. Knowing that our guests experienced a peaceful and relaxing getaway added to our wedding enjoyment. We recommend this property and will repeat in the future. Thank you!

Wonderful centrally located property within walking distance of restaurants.

I am sorry to say that we were disappointed with the house. We felt that the house was not clean for example we had to clean the kitchen counters and touch up the bathrooms and one toilet smelled awful. We felt that all the windows and screens were dirty as well as we couldn’t sit out front because of the mold.
