Three Oaks Creek House - Perfekt

Wasn't ready for us when we arrived. Property manager said she didn't even know we were coming. Hot tub wasn't slimy and mildew filled when we arrived. Hot tub was never able to be used the whole trip. The juke box was broken. The CD player system didn't work. Most outdoor furniture was broken, or was so dirty it wasn't able to be used. The screen room was a mess and not cleaned and therefore not useable. Bedding options are atrocious. The property manager lives in a garage building ok the property and yet never came to help us in any of these situations. A mouse will keep you up all night in the kitchen getting in to anything it can. We were in constant contact with the property manager and nothing was solved over the 7 days there. This was our worst experience with VRBO to date. This property could be nice but the lack of up keep is showing and shouldn't be allowed to rent at all.

Very nice place for a quick (or long) get away. Our host was very attentive and responded to our questions very quickly! Check in and out was seamless in this cozy, aesthetically pleasing home with all of the amenities you need! The live nature show in the back yard during most of the day was great too! Highly recommended!

Peaceful, quiet, private unique stay! Wonderful place to relax and unwind! Close to casinos, beaches, parks, South Bend, Michigan City!! Loved the area and the property manager Anne was wonderful!

Wonderful home and area. Very, very great time and I couldn't recommend this place more. Super clean, excellent variety of things to do. 10/10, no complaints.

We had such a lovely weekend - the music selection and the surrounding nature were definitely a standout but overall, the home was so cozy and relaxing!
