Das River House – Hütte am Flussufer mit Whirlpool, Feuerstelle und Pavillon

Beautiful location on the river! Peaceful setting. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! We did not need the bunk room because our group was smaller than planned, but we did go check it out. It was quaint and clean. We will stay again!

Great place to relax. Hot tub and fire pit areas were easy to access. There’s a small beach area in the creek where the water pools which was perfect for our small kids. Flexible bedding situation was great for our multi-generational group. Between having very young children and medical issues, we all chose to stay in the main house (there’s a fold away bed in the main room), but the bunk beds in the smaller building were a nice option if we wanted to spread out. Kitchen and laundry were very well labeled and clean.Closet full of books and games in case you forgot anything. Big plus was the pull down shades on the windows and sliding glass doors which helped keep the living areas dark. Hosts were very communicative, even when we had a late night question that we did not expect a response back from so quickly. It was appreciated!

Lovely spot. Very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Close enough to town that it was still convenient.

The River House is located on a stunning piece of property. The view out to the river is gorgeous. Well equipped, comfortable house.
