Rustic Cabin Mansion - Hot tub, Gym, Cinema, Pool

This property has a great location in an established neighborhood. The layout worked well for our large group, and the property generally matched the photos in terms of size and amenities.This is an older home that appears to be in need of maintenance and updating. We encountered a number of issues that individually might seem minor but collectively left us disappointed with the overall value.Examples included:* a dining table that wobbled enough to feel unstable* a broken dining chair* a stair nose that completely detached, creating a potential tripping hazard* multiple broken pieces of pool furniture, including the hammock featured in the listing photos* dirty windows* numerous broken window shades* a missing shade over the kitchen sink window that left the area exposed at night* a section of gutter above the garage that appeared to be pulling away from the house* an air hockey table that did not blow air* an arcade game joystick that did not function well enough to make the games enjoyable* a broken pool table rack (triangle)* only two usable pool cues* beds that were more comparable to basic camp-style accommodations than what we expected at this price pointOverall, we enjoyed spending time together as a family, but the condition of the property did not align with the expectations created by the listing description, photos, reviews, and premium price point. Based on our experience, we would not rent this property again at its current rate.

We really enjoyed our stay! A great property! Will definitely book again if we are in the area.

It was okay. All doors, don't work, except for the front door. So you cannot lock them.So there can't be any privacy, in each individual room nor the restrooms. They claimed on the last day that there was complaints about there being too much noise after hours since day one.But only called us on the last day, and on the first day that we arrived, there was only 2 adults and 3 kids there.So there is no way that there was so much noise since day one.

Overall this house was great. It was very clean and the host was very responsive. A few things that was tricky for us as a guest of 8:1. Tons of kitchen utensils except the forks and spoons. Had to be creative and ran the dish washer almost the entire stay. 2. The air hockey looked like a blast but couldn’t get it to work. 3. The hot tub was unusable the first night. Luckily the pool/hottub cleaners came while we were eating on the patio to clean it up for us the next day. I would stay here again, however, will be more prepared next time! :)

We all had a fun time in this house. We enjoyed the pool every day.
