Renovated Condo At The Base of Tunnel Mountain!

We were there for concert at Banff Center, which was amazing. But wish we had time to go to the pool

Excellent experience. Nice condo. Ski bus to Lake Louise left from this location. Shuttle into town for dinner. Would stay here again.

We liked the location being just outside of downtown Banff. It's far enough away from downtown to avoid the crowds but close enough to get there in a few minutes. The have two hot tubs, an indoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, onsite laundry facilities and hiking trails. The rooms are small but comfortable. The condo has an oven, microwave and full sized fridge. They have plenty of plates and utensils as well. Overall it was a great stay.

Good place to stay. We did notice there were not any pans for making pizza or other foods that needed such. The bathtub was clogged so we had a few inches of water in the bottom of tub after our showers that took some time to drain. Otherwise it was centrally located and quiet. Beds were good, which is hard for us to find when on vacation. Pool was used daily and enjoyed by the kids.

This property was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. The resort has a lot of family-friendly amenities and laundry facilities. Our condo worked well for our family of four and it was clean and quiet. Bring your bicycle if you want to take the path into downtown without driving!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location for families with plenty to do on site and easy access to banff proper. The property is jot in central banff but in an expansion of the town. zFor our group this was preferred because downtown Banff gets so busy. The resort has free shuttles to downtown and bike rentals. Full kitchen made things easy too

We enjoyed the staff and pools with a view of one of the famous Banff mountains. We were disappointed with the room not being ready by 4pm, with a baby we waited 30 mins for them to finish our room. So after a cold long day we couldn’t access our room until 4:30.. it doesn’t matter to them though.

Not too much to say because we were only there one evening. But overall it was acceptable. Pool was an awesome temperature, at approximately 83 degrees celsius. The outdoor hot tub jets didn't work but sgain the temperature was nice. The inside hot tub jets worked and it was excellent.

Good location off North Banff exit. Nice jacuzzi, pool, restaurant and bar areas. Updated property.

The place is located right outside of town. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. They allowed me do laundry well past normal hours one night as my group had got back from our hiking much later than expected on the day. Overall, great place with the location and amenities provided.

Was expecting more for the price we paid. Dishes weee dirty, dishwasher full of calcium build up and wet, Floors in bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned and some dirt in tub.

We enjoyed our stay everything was clean and convenient

Overall the condo was good for what we needed. The condo is bigger than it appears. My only complaints are below: 1. The cookware is severely limited. Don’t plan on cooking a full meal for a family. 2. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. They were hard and the bedding was very cheap. 3. The condo appeared clean but after looking closely there was dirt, hair and dust in every room.

Good value for money. Not a new structure anymore, they should work a bit on details and cleaning.

A few more kitchen staples would be great 2 pots aren’t enough, foil or Saran wrap would be appreciated. Dishwasher was disgusting, it had mold all over the bottom as well as the both racks. Told front desk, they sent house keepers to clean it, but it was still mouldy so we had to was everything by hand. If more attention was given to cleaning the place would be fantastic.

Dishes in condo not very clean. Lipstick on cup. Creaky wood buildings. Renovations helped appearance.

When booking a place I was looking for something cozy and functional for my family. Upon arrival the staff at the front deck was friendly. Once we found our condo, the outside light was so dim we could barely see and we could not get the door to open, it would flash green but the handle would not go down enough to open. After trying for several attempts we finally made it in. After getting settling we slowly started noticing things that were very dirty. I highly doubt it was cleaned prior to our arrival. The 2 coffee tables were out of place, the carpet did not look vacuumed, there were cups rings on multiple surfaces including the bedside tables. The dishwasher looked like it was about to fall out. The few dishes there actually were, had food stuck on them. The fridge was GROSS. Upstairs in the bathroom there was an earing and garbage on the floor. In the middle of the night I could not get the heat to kick back on so I grabbed the spare blanket, once we woke up I noticed clumps of hair on it, in the night the sheets had shifted I also noticed there was a nasty brown mark on the duvet. We would have said something in the beginning but unfortunately it was things that kept being noticed throughout our stay. It was not at all a clean environment. Drawers in the bedside tables in the master would not close and they were SO unstable one fell on my daughter!!! Upon our check out I decided to write the booking agency and they did nothing!!! Not worth the price!!!!

I didnt like the fact there were only 2 beds. If your going to promote a place sleeps six people a couch shouldnt count for two people

This was described as if it was a condo with a "full kitchen", but it is really an unit in a hotel complex, which means hotel-style maintenance. The kitchen had almost nothing in it for cooking. You could request all you want but the staff simply doesn't have anything else to help you. If you are looking for one pot to heat soup you'll be fine - but expect little more. With thin walls the noise between units was substantial. One broken fireplace tool and a non-functional coffee pot. The staff was friendly and did their best to help but overall this is what you expect from a hotel, not a VRBO.

Arrived late, and zero provisions provided - water or coffee filters would have been a nice touch. No air conditioning and very hot all weekend. Most uncomfortable living room furniture we’ve all ever sat in. Very evident that Owner is attempting to squeeze every last penny out of a decaying property.

Recommended for 4 people. Confortable beds, new bathrooms and kitchen. All very clean. The only defect of the apartment is that it is a little dark, but you do not go to Banff to spend your time indoors...

The complex needed a refresh - exterior paint/stain, sidewalk levelling, window cleaning, etc. There were no signs of maintenance in progress. The check-in process is cumbersome and outdated. With programmable door locks and folders of information inside the condos, the process would be much simpler for staff and guests. The kitchen was stocked more like a hotel room than a regularly used rental that would be expected to have some spices, foil, cooking oil, etc left behind by other guests. There were numerous showers taken in tepid water over the course of our 3-night stay. Does the unit share a water heater with other units??? The wifi was sketchy, the TV remote barely functioned, there was no channel guide, the channels available were undesirable - unless you are an avid hockey fan. The unit we were in would technically be suitable for 6 people, but I wouldn't want to be one of the 6. The complex is north of Banff, so you're out of the hustle - but you're also not within reasonable walking distance to take advantage of all the great walking to be done in town - and town has very limited parking. They do offer a shuttle, but we didn't use it. Banff was beautiful, but we'll be looking for someplace else to stay next time.

While the beds and bathrooms were fine, the major drawbacks were the very uncomfortable furniture on the first floor and lack of closet space. This resort is in need of refurbishing. It had a shuttle to Banff which was helpful. I also didn't realize this was just a resort room and not someone's condo for rent.

The picture showing hardwood floors with the title "renovated condo" is misleading. The condo is not renovated the carpet is old and in need of being replaced. The carpet has burn marks and is stained. The bedrooms are tight and we had to use the pull out couch. When we pulled it out old food crumbs dropped on the floor and there was big stain on the bedding. Overall a decent place but certainly not renovated.

Property was like the pictures on Expedia. Was clean. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Mattress on pull out couch had popcorn kernels. Could do with a vacuum. Could use a new nonstick frying pan. Wall sconce lights in master bedroom very hard to turn on and off. Front desk staff very efficient.

Comfortable and clean. Decor not updated but not shabby, so perfectly fine in our opinion. Dishwasher worked fine but is on its last legs. Front desk helpful. They will give you filters for coffeemaker if you ask. You do need a car as the resort shuttle to town runs infrequently (every 2 hours) and the town bus service (ROAM) does not come out to the resort.

Great place, located on the outskirts of Banff.20min Drive to SunShine, and 45min drive to Lake Louise.Personel was very friendly and ready to help on our requests.Kitchen equipment is basic and would deserve a small upgrade. Plan accordingly if you plan to cook.

Very accommodating to our need for an accessible condo. Lovely facility and grounds. Helpful and congenial staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was close enough to Banff that we could get into town within minutes. Our only thought was that the living area and dining area was really tight for four adults and would be cramped for six people. The host was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Convenient to downtown Banff with a free shuttle

This was a wonderful place to stay. Far more reasonable than any hotel located in downtown Banff. It’s about a two mile walk but there is a sidewalk leading right to downtown. The condo is small but perfect for two couples. We enjoyed our stay a great deal.

Just a hair outside of banff town, we went into town everyday for groceries, restaurants and fine dining.

Great location, 5 minutes outside of downtown Banff, which is great, as you avoid the downtown traffic. Newly remodeled condo was perfect.

We had a great stay! Perfect location for our ski trip and small group. Beds were super comfortable and the condo was great. Nice amenities in the area and easy parking and access. Would definitely return!

This property is the perfect distance from the Banff downtown area, as well as being convenient for all sightseeing. We loved this location. The property was clean and quiet. Overall, a great place to stay to explore Banff!

Staff very friendly and responsive. Fun activities available for all ages. Shuttle to Banff appreciated, but could run more often. We enjoyed the bistro. The condo is in need of a deep clean and refurbishment, and staff need to make sure that enough sheets and towels are in the condo upon arrival. The basic cleaning was ok, but there were unidentified splashes on walls, dirt on carpet, the coffee maker and shower curtain were plain disgusting. That renovation advertised is not recent! Overall we enjoyed our stay, but more attention to cleanliness needs to happen for us to consider going there again.

Location was great for skiing. Restaurant and hot tub were excellent.

The property was exactly as pictured. Room service was quick to respond to inquiries. You'll want to spend most of your time out sightseeing so this simple, cozy condo really is the best low budget but comfortable option.
