We were met by Angela our host at the bottom of the steps. She is the sweetest thing ever. Her flat was a converted farmhouse. It has 16 foot high ceilings and decorated as it was 40 years ago. The decorations added a very unique charm. If you want boutique chec’ this is not your place. The bed was large and average firmness. The kitchen was well appointed. The view was to infinity! Angela helped arrange two evening meals with transportation to and from our villa. She also gave us an option of having breakfast next door at her cousin Angela’s house. It was more than enough to eat as we had one sweet and one savory breakfasts to share. Still too much to eat but it was all so fresh and close. We had two breakfasts with Angela because we loved the first one so much. Angela cleans the flat herself and it is spotless! It was a 23 minute walk to Positano center and it helped work off all our pasta and gelato. If you are looking for great value and an amazing view then step back in time with the two Angelas.

We'd like to echo the excellent reviews that Angela has received from all of the other travellers. Angela is an excellent host (communicative, helpful, connected with local services and offers plenty of suggestions and recommendations). Special thanks Angela for organising our transfer (private driver) from Naples airport - It was great to be connected with a trusted service. The accomodation itself; matches the description and photos exactly. 'Rustic' but very clean accomodation. Floor plan is very functional and there is plenty of space (for our party of 2). The view is amazing! We enjoyed the view so much that we chose to make our own dinner onsite for 3 nights of our stay (kitchen is functional), and all breakfasts - also a good break from continual restaurant dinners over our extended holiday. Location. Before our stay we were trading off Arienzo vs Positano. Arienzo is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Positano itself and quiet at night. However there is a 20 min walk into Positano (which we whilst hilly, we found very easy. We got stronger and fitter during the stay!). If you are looking for some beach time we found Arienzo (public) beach to be a great option - very close to the accomodation and one of the less populated beaches in the area (compared to Positano, Fornillo and Marina di Praia, which we tried). We highly highly recommend (exceptional value if you are after views). We will return, and also recommend to our friends.

My fiance and I had the loveliest time staying in Angela’s place. It had everything we could’ve needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony view is beyond beautiful and at night the lights are simply gorgeous. We could not recommend this place enough.

Angela was so helpful and very welcoming from start to finish! The apt was very clean and comfortable the private deck with amazing views was simply a bonus, the best. Was about a 15min walk into town. Would highly recommend this property. Surpassed our expectations.

This property was great for our base to explore the amalfi coast. Lovely terrace. There is no AC if you are coming in a warmer month but we had fans going and it was fine at night. It's about a 15 minute walk into town which we walked many times. There's also a bus stop right by the apartment if you time it right (it was consistently a bit late in our experience). About a 3 min bus ride into Positano. Angela is a great host! We would stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!! Ciao ciao!

Angela’s place is as described and perfect place to stay away from the busy centre of Positano . Beautiful terrace with amazing view to wake up to in morning and enjoy aperitif in evening . Angela’s Farmhouse is absolutely beautiful! The terrace and views are breathtaking, truly the perfect Positano experience. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well cared for. Angela herself is such an amazing host, so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved every moment here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Positano!

The views were breathtaking. My wife and I stayed for four nights and had an incredible time. About 15min walk to the heart of Positano. Get your legs ready! Lots of stairs and inclines once you’re in Positano. Having breakfast on the porch was amazing with what you see, it feels like a dream. Angela was very hospitable and happy to help or answer questions whenever you needed her. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the area.

Great view. Good position, being 20 minutes walk from centre of town or local bus takes 5 minutes, bus stop almost outside front steps. Steps up to apartment need to be taken into account, for us both over retiring age no problem. Angela is very helpful and came twice to our aid when needed. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped and functional.

This home was a dream and the view was magnificent. It was a traditional simple Italian space, with a well appointed kitchen, a large bedroom and bathroom, and windows to let the fresh air in. The doors from the main area open onto the deck so the view from the couch and kitchen table is as pleasing as the gorgeous deck. Pictures do not do it justice. The walk into town is beautiful and the cars and pedestrians seem to somehow share the space. Walking into town and back at night would be less advisable, but there are free shuttles to fabulous restaurants. Angela is a delightful host ready to advise and assist with anything. She is warm and welcoming which of course makes a massive difference in the experience. Her cousin Angela makes the best breakfasts I have ever had at a reasonable price. Try both the sweet and savory. The price for this accommodation was very reasonable, I would suspect the best value around.

Everything was as expected - bright, clean, spacious for the two of us. Easy to find. Stairs to enter. The unexpected part was how quiet, comfortable and with amazing views that we won’t forget. Angela was an excellent host and gave us many good hints and recommendations of things to see and do.

We loved our stay and loved our host! Angela was so sweet and accommodating. Set up a porter to carry our luggage up 70 steps, helped us with where to go and catch the bus, where to order food and how to get our groceries delivered! It was such a treat to have her. Nice large kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom is very large as well and everything was super clean. Outside patio looks over the ocean and Postitano which we loved. Be prepared for the damp ocean air! We had to run the heater at night to keep the damp away but other than that, it was perfect!

This was a wonderful place to stay, well equipped, spotless, and close to the centre of Positano. The terrace was fabulous with an amazing view, perfect for watching the sunset. Angela could not have been any more helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our lovely stay in Angela’s comfy & spacious apartment just outside Positano! She was the most wonderful hostess, and we enjoyed getting to know her during our stay! The apartment is well appointed & clean, with lovely touches such as the milk & juice in the fridge. We walked back & forth into Positano everyday, and felt nice & energized……. It may not be for everyone, as there are virtually no sidewalks & the traffic & curvy roads are CLOSE, but we maneuvered great! It may not be for everyone…… but bus stops are close by & handy. We are already planning our return……. The view is spectacular & our continental breakfast every morning was just PERFECT, as well!! Grazie!!!!!

The view is breathtaking, so is the the steps going up and down. If you are not in shape when you arrive, you will be when you leave! Steps everywhere in Positano! Where good walking shoes, not a place to wear cute shoes. Angela was the best Hostess! Place is very clean and comfortable. Angela will assist you with any questions you may have. Absolutely stunning ! Would stay here again.

Angela‘s Villa in Positano was perfect in every way much better than this VRBO description. The only thing more beautiful.than the villa is her family.. the view from the patio is worth more than the cost of the week rental. Breakfast every morning was even more amazing and the cost of breakfast was a true bargain.

The apartment was great and we were provided everything we needed! Angela was very sweet and was available to answer any questions. There is no AC so it did get hot at times but we were able to manage with the fans provided. There is a bus stop conveniently outside the property although the buses are typically packed full with people. It was a very nice area away from the tourists in Positano but definitely a bit of a hike to and from the city center (30 minute walk each way). Overall, we had a great experience!

My fiance and I had the loveliest time staying in Angela’s place. It had everything we could’ve needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony view is beyond beautiful and at night the lights are simply gorgeous. We could not recommend this place enough.

Angela was so helpful and very welcoming from start to finish! The apt was very clean and comfortable the private deck with amazing views was simply a bonus, the best. Was about a 15min walk into town. Would highly recommend this property. Surpassed our expectations.

Truly had the most magical experience staying at Angela’s apartment. She is such a spectacular host and person. She made us feel like family. So many amazing recommendations. The location is stellar. We walked into town numerous times a day everyday. You’re right above Arienzo Beach club and can hop on a bus easily to other towns. The view is life changing. And the optional breakfast at her cousin’s home below the apartment is so convenient and I am still craving the homemade chocolate croissant I had there. I could not be more pleased with our experience here and wish I could thank Angela a million times over. I will be booking here again and again!!

This property was great for our base to explore the amalfi coast. Lovely terrace. There is no AC if you are coming in a warmer month but we had fans going and it was fine at night. It's about a 15 minute walk into town which we walked many times. There's also a bus stop right by the apartment if you time it right (it was consistently a bit late in our experience). My partner and I had a wonderful time at Angela's place. This is located just outside of Positano but you can easily access the city by walking which takes 15-20 minutes. Arienzo Beach is so close to her property and it's definitely out of the busyness and tourist crowds of Positano which was relieving. This home was a dream and the view was magnificent. It was a traditional simple Italian space, with a well appointed kitchen, a large bedroom and bathroom, and windows to let the fresh air in. The doors from the main area open onto the deck so the view from the couch and kitchen table is as pleasing as the gorgeous deck. Pictures do not do it justice. The walk into town is beautiful and the cars and pedestrians seem to somehow share the space. Walking into town and back at night would be less advisable, but there are free shuttles to fabulous restaurants. Angela is a delightful host ready to advise and assist with anything. She is warm and welcoming which of course makes a massive difference in the experience. Her cousin Angela makes the best breakfasts I have ever had at a reasonable price. Try both the sweet and savory. The price for this accommodation was very reasonable, I would suspect the best value around.

We were met by Angela our host at the bottom of the steps. She is the sweetest thing ever. Her flat was a converted farmhouse. It has 16 foot high ceilings and decorated as it was 40 years ago. The decorations added a very unique charm. If you want boutique chec’ this is not your place. The bed was large and average firmness. The kitchen was well appointed. The view was to infinity! Angela helped arrange two evening meals with transportation to and from our villa. She also gave us an option of having breakfast next door at her cousin Angela’s house. We'd like to echo the excellent reviews that Angela has received from all of the other travellers. Angela is an excellent host (communicative, helpful, connected with local services and offers plenty of suggestions and recommendations). Special thanks Angela for organising our transfer (private driver) from Naples airport - It was great to be connected with a trusted service. The accomodation itself; matches the description and photos exactly. 'Rustic' but very clean accomodation. Floor plan is very functional and there is plenty of space (for our party of 2). The view is amazing! We enjoyed the view so much that we chose to make our own dinner onsite for 3 nights of our stay (kitchen is functional), and all breakfasts - also a good break from continual restaurant dinners over our extended holiday. Location. Before our stay we were trading off Arienzo vs Positano. Arienzo is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Positano itself and quiet at night. However there is a 20 min walk into Positano (which we whilst hilly, we found very easy. We got stronger and fitter during the stay!). If you are looking for some beach time we found Arienzo (public) beach to be a great option - very close to the accomodation and one of the less populated beaches in the area (compared to Positano, Fornillo and Marina di Praia, which we tried). We highly highly recommend (exceptional value if you are after views). We will return, and also recommend to our friends.

Many steps up to home, however our host Angela was very kind and helpful for us to hire a porter to carry our luggage up the many steps. Positano center is a 20 minute walk into town along curvy and very busy traffic roads and there are many steps to climb up and down in town as well. Angela is a great communicator and speaks English very well. She helped us hire a taxi driver to get back to Salerno when the ferry service closed unexpectedly due to bad weather. We had a relaxing stay here! We loved the property and the views. The property it within walking distance to Positano. We walked to and from most days. You can also take the local bus at the bottom of the stairs. Angela was very helpful with everything! She arranged for us to go to dinner a couple times in remote locations. This is the perfect spot for anyone wanting to stay near Positano but away from the crowds. The pictures cannot capture just how incredibly beautiful this property is. Our host, Angela, was incredibly sweet and was in constant communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Angela was the best host we have ever had! Our trip started out bumpy with lost luggage and she was amazing in keeping contact with the luggage service so we got it back. She booked us amazing restaurants for dinner with round trip transportation, some of the best food we had in Italy. Take her up on this offer!! She truly made our experience in Positano and we can’t recommend her place enough. The place was as described and cozy. Welcome breakfast was provided which was a really nice touch. It got a little cold at night but there is a space heater provided which was great. Only downside was it was a bit more of a hike in and out of town then I expected. At 18 weeks pregnant we ended up taking a lot of cabs back (walk into town was easy 20ish mins) which will cost you 30 euro one way. But the view was amazing and worth it and we would absolutely come back again. Thank you Angela for being so amazing and for the wonderful place to stay!

I was nervous to book this listing based on location, but all of the reviews said you could walk so I trusted it. We walked into Positano center every day Without a problem. You are walking along the side of the road for about 15 minutes, probably not something I would want to do with young children, but for us, it was perfect! There are some stairs to get into the home, but it’s not bad. We went to Angela‘s cousins for breakfast two mornings on the property and it was absolutely delicious! The apartment was great and we were provided everything we needed! Angela was very sweet and was available to answer any questions. There is no AC so it did get hot at times but we were able to manage with the fans provided. There is a bus stop conveniently outside the property although the buses are typically packed full with people. The view was amazing! The property was as advertised. Some things to note… if you’re driving be sure to communicate with Angela. Best to arrive late afternoon if driving. Location was good but you must be fit enough to walk to town (25 minute challenging walk) and you must be willing to take chances on the road. Be mindful that there are several apartments in this complex and conversation can easily be heard. Overall very good experience and would recommend.

This property was great for our base to explore the amalfi coast. Lovely terrace. There is no AC if you are coming in a warmer month but we had fans going and it was fine at night. It's about a 15 minute walk into town which we walked many times. There's also a bus stop right by the apartment if you time it right (it was consistently a bit late in our experience). About a 3 min bus ride into Positano. Angela is a great host! We would stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!! Ciao ciao!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Angela's place. This is located just outside of Positano but you can easily access the city by walking which takes 15-20 minutes. Arienzo Beach is so close to her property and it's definitely out of the busyness and tourist crowds of Positano which was relieving. Would have loved AC in the August heat but Angela was able to provide fans! Listen to Angela's food recommendations! She was really helpful with any extra things we needed and very communicative during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great view. Good position, being 20 minutes walk from centre of town or local bus takes 5 minutes, bus stop almost outside front steps. Steps up to apartment need to be taken into account, for us both over retiring age no problem. Angela is very helpful and came twice to our aid when needed. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped and functional.

Angela is a wonderful host! She made a few dinner reservations for us, including one we were not able to get on our own! I was nervous to book this listing based on location, but all of the reviews said you could walk so I trusted it. We walked into Positano center every day Without a problem. You are walking along the side of the road for about 15 minutes, probably not something I would want to do with young children, but for us, it was perfect! There are some stairs to get into the home, but it’s not bad. We went to Angela‘s cousins for breakfast two mornings on the property and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely do this if you stay with Angela. The view from the patio is beautiful!

Angela‘s Villa in Positano was perfect in every way much better than this VRBO description. The only thing more beautiful.than the villa is her family.. the view from the patio is worth more than the cost of the week rental. Breakfast every morning was even more amazing and the cost of breakfast was a true bargain.

We were met by Angela our host at the bottom of the steps. She is the sweetest thing ever. Her flat was a converted farmhouse. It has 16 foot high ceilings and decorated as it was 40 years ago. The decorations added a very unique charm. If you want boutique chec’ this is not your place. The bed was large and average firmness. The kitchen was well appointed. The view was to infinity! Angela helped arrange two evening meals with transportation to and from our villa. She also gave us an option of having breakfast next door at her cousin Angela’s house. It was more than enough to eat as we had one sweet and one savory breakfasts to share. Still too much to eat but it was all so fresh and close. We had two breakfasts with Angela because we loved the first one so much. Angela cleans the flat herself and it is spotless! It was a 23 minute walk to Positano center and it helped work off all our pasta and gelato. If you are looking for great value and an amazing view then step back in time with the two Angelas.

We'd like to echo the excellent reviews that Angela has received from all of the other travellers. Angela is an excellent host (communicative, helpful, connected with local services and offers plenty of suggestions and recommendations). Special thanks Angela for organising our transfer (private driver) from Naples airport - It was great to be connected with a trusted service. The accomodation itself; matches the description and photos exactly. 'Rustic' but very clean accomodation. Floor plan is very functional and there is plenty of space (for our party of 2). The view is amazing! We enjoyed the view so much that we chose to make our own dinner onsite for 3 nights of our stay (kitchen is functional), and all breakfasts - also a good break from continual restaurant dinners over our extended holiday. Location. Before our stay we were trading off Arienzo vs Positano. Arienzo is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Positano itself and quiet at night. However there is a 20 min walk into Positano (which we whilst hilly, we found very easy. We got stronger and fitter during the stay!). If you are looking for some beach time we found Arienzo (public) beach to be a great option - very close to the accomodation and one of the less populated beaches in the area (compared to Positano, Fornillo and Marina di Praia, which we tried). We highly highly recommend (exceptional value if you are after views). We will return, and also recommend to our friends.

Angela is so helpful. We really appreciated the milk, juice and water in frig along with coffee and breakfast items. How thoughtful! There is a bus stop close by but we recommend walking into Positano since the local buses are not too regular.

Lendroit est fantastique et le balcon est super pour le petit dejeune et le souper. La proprete est numero 1 et lendroit est tres bien equipe. Truly had the most magical experience staying at Angela’s apartment. She is such a spectacular host and person. She made us feel like family. So many amazing recommendations. The location is stellar. We walked into town numerous times a day everyday. You’re right above Arienzo Beach club and can hop on a bus easily to other towns. The view is life changing. And the optional breakfast at her cousin’s home below the apartment is so convenient and I am still craving the homemade chocolate croissant I had there. I could not be more pleased with our experience here and wish I could thank Angela a million times over. I will be booking here again and again!!

The view was so amazing we ordered delivery twice for dinner. Angela was wonderful at answering an queries and has some fantastic restaurant options. We recommend you go to the 2 with the shuttle service. Her family make a great breakfast also. Highly recommend. 😊

This home was a dream and the view was magnificent. It was a traditional simple Italian space, with a well appointed kitchen, a large bedroom and bathroom, and windows to let the fresh air in. The doors from the main area open onto the deck so the view from the couch and kitchen table is as pleasing as the gorgeous deck. Pictures do not do it justice. The walk into town is beautiful and the cars and pedestrians seem to somehow share the space. Walking into town and back at night would be less advisable, but there are free shuttles to fabulous restaurants. Angela is a delightful host ready to advise and assist with anything. She is warm and welcoming which of course makes a massive difference in the experience. Her cousin Angela makes the best breakfasts I have ever had at a reasonable price. Try both the sweet and savory. The price for this accommodation was very reasonable, I would suspect the best value around.

I can't complement this home, host and exceptional hospitality enough. Angela is a wonderful host with deep family roots in Positano. She went above and beyond from the moment we booked with her...from checking ferry schedules, recommending restaurants, porters for luggage and even private transport. While there were several personalized moments to share, one special moment was watching the sweet cat sissy from our balcony above the apartment below (so happened to be amazing family breakfast). Having just lost our cat of 18 years, we were greeted by sissy cat in the morning and welcomed to such a beautiful breakfast with a fantastic view. While I could share Angela's best recommendations for authentic cousine and how to get there... I am going to leave those to her! I give all five stars and beyond to Angela and her slice of paradise! Don't forget to leave a note in her guest book! you will be even more touched knowing you are not the only guest who felt so at home!
