Everything was as expected. Pictures were accurate and everything worked as it should. Communication with the property managers was easy. The only negatives at all were, there were some maintenance guys that came through the property in the middle of the day as we were relaxing and had their leaf blowers wide open blowing debris and dust all over the place. We had to go inside as they went thru every nook and cranny of the property. Really interrupted our peaceful afternoon and caused me to have to net the hot tub after they left, even though the top was well secured. I guess they have a set day they normally come do these things, but feel as soon as they saw the property was occupied, they could have skipped the visit until we were gone. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We traveled to Bryson City for a Gospel Music event over the July 4 weekend. It was our first time here and we searched quite a bit to find a property we liked. This little house is a gem. The owners have really done a remarkable job utilizing a small space beside the river and railroad track. The property was as described in the listing. Everything was very clean and provided a comfortable stay. There was an electrical problem with the hot tub while we were there and the owners communicated well with us. One little quirk of this property is how you get to it. We got lost the first time. You've basically got to drive up a ditch bank and cross a railroad track without a crossing. It's o.k. after you get used to it, but is a little sketchy at first!

The size of the home was perfect for the two of us. Great proximity to town and Deep Creek trails and waterfalls. Used the fit pit three nights. A bit too warm for the hot tub. Covered front porch really nice for evening cocktails.Wish the river view less obstructed. Suggest an upgrade to fire pit chairs.

Cabin was great and very clean. It had everything that we needed. Great location to town. The hot tub was clean and we enjoyed it one evening. A little disappointed about the folage overgrowth as it blocked much of the river view.We would not deter that from staying again.

The house was beautifully decorated and the perfect size for a family of three. We actually enjoyed the train going right by (many smiles and waves exchanged!); it did not run at night. Extra perk was the hot tub and ease of accessing a delightful town and restaurants. Would stay again!

We enjoyed the long weekend in Bryson City! There’s so much to do and see especially if you love the outdoors as much as we do! This home was exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen, and in a perfect location! We enjoyed using the hot tub and the fire pit which were both very well taken care of! The location of the home is just outside of the downtown area so that was wonderful! Although this is a shared lot, we felt as if we had our own space and plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back!

We loved this cabin, its amenities, and the view of the river! Everything was just as pictured or better. It was perfect for the two of us. We look forward to returning soon, perhaps in the Spring.

We really enjoyed our stay at Time Flies on the River. Our visit to Bryson City was brief, but the home fit our needs. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The entire process from check in to check out was very easy. The home's location is ideally located very close to the downtown area. Would definitely stay at the home again when visiting the area.

Great location, out of the way but close to town. Loved the view of the river and hills from the property. House was very clean and comfortable, a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends.

This was our second stay at this cabin. Perfect for a couple, nice and quiet….well except for the occasional train whistle, but that is only during the day and not a problem. The place was clean, emails from host timely and clear making checkin/out easy. Distance to town is walkable, but unfortunately there is no clear, safe walking path. I’m sure we will be back!

This is a lovely, clean, cozy little cabin. My husband and I rented it for the weekend. We met up with family to ride the Polar Express. it was very close to town and easy to get to. I would recommend this cabin and plan to return soon.

We just wanted to get away for an evening and this place was everything we wanted! House was immaculate and just as advertised. Beautiful views of the river/sunset. Crossing the rail road tracks was a fun way to get onto the site. The only slight complaint we had was the bed wasn’t the comfiest. Kept hitting our shins on the frame itself because it sticks out a bit. Otherwise, was fantastic. Will only be staying here when we come to Bryson City!

Overall a beautiful view. The driveway was a bit too hidden but the location was amazing. We walked to downtown and enjoyed the whole experience.

Even as adults, when we hear the SMRR train horn blow into the evening air, one cannot help but smile with delight and try to catch a glimpse! Communication was prompt with our hosts and any questions or concerns were answered thoughtfully. Our space was clean and stocked with the necessary kitchen items. All in all a great value for proximity, yet rustic and rural atmosphere in Bryson City.

You feel like you’re in a secluded spot, but it’s just a short walk into town to nearby restaurants, shops and train depot. The house was well stocked, cozy and the perfect size!

We had an absolute perfect time at time flies… It’s such a perfect little cabin with everything that we needed and close to everything. I even had a great short visit with the lady who cleans the house and told her that we would leave the place in such a perfect condition that she probably wouldn’t even need to clean it. We would absolutely return!

This was our second stay at this cabin. Perfect for a couple, nice and quiet….well except for the occasional train whistle, but that is only during the day and not a problem. The place was clean, emails from host timely and clear making checkin/out easy. Distance to town is walkable, but unfortunately there is no clear, safe walking path. I’m sure we will be back!

What a wonderful place to stay! It was possible the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed. I’m going blind so my guide dog was with me and my husband. We also brought our other pup and this was just perfect with plenty of room. We really appreciated all the labels throughout the home. It was very easy checking in and checking out. If you get a chance to ride the train do so. The meals are wonderful, the people working with the train are some of the friendliest you’ll ever meet. The entire town is friendly. Did I mention the view from inside and outside of this rental? If I could see it image how beautiful it really it is! Anyone who is visually impaired I would recommend this rental. It was just perfect! We hope to return again!

We traveled to Bryson City for a Gospel Music event over the July 4 weekend. It was our first time here and we searched quite a bit to find a property we liked. This little house is a gem. The owners have really done a remarkable job utilizing a small space beside the river and railroad track. The property was as described in the listing. Everything was very clean and provided a comfortable stay. There was an electrical problem with the hot tub while we were there and the owners communicated well with us. One little quirk of this property is how you get to it. We got lost the first time. You've basically got to drive up a ditch bank and cross a railroad track without a crossing. It's o.k. after you get used to it, but is a little sketchy at first!

We really enjoyed our stay at Time Flies on the River. Our visit to Bryson City was brief, but the home fit our needs. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The entire process from check in to check out was very easy. The home's location is ideally located very close to the downtown area. Would definitely stay at the home again when visiting the area.

Overall a beautiful view. The driveway was a bit too hidden but the location was amazing. We walked to downtown and enjoyed the whole experience.

Great location, out of the way but close to town. Loved the view of the river and hills from the property. House was very clean and comfortable, a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Cabin was great and very clean. It had everything that we needed. Great location to town. The hot tub was clean and we enjoyed it one evening. A little disappointed about the folage overgrowth as it blocked much of the river view.We would not deter that from staying again.

We just wanted to get away for an evening and this place was everything we wanted! House was immaculate and just as advertised. Beautiful views of the river/sunset. Crossing the rail road tracks was a fun way to get onto the site. The only slight complaint we had was the bed wasn’t the comfiest. Kept hitting our shins on the frame itself because it sticks out a bit. Otherwise, was fantastic. Will only be staying here when we come to Bryson City!

We enjoyed the long weekend in Bryson City! There’s so much to do and see especially if you love the outdoors as much as we do! This home was exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen, and in a perfect location! We enjoyed using the hot tub and the fire pit which were both very well taken care of! The location of the home is just outside of the downtown area so that was wonderful! Although this is a shared lot, we felt as if we had our own space and plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back!

You feel like you’re in a secluded spot, but it’s just a short walk into town to nearby restaurants, shops and train depot. The house was well stocked, cozy and the perfect size!

The property was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed to a quick getaway to Bryson City. Tip: while the property is close enough to town that you COULD walk, the road wouldn’t be safe, especially with kids.

Very nice. Easy to find, close to town and great view of the river. Quite place with plenty room. Bed was comfortable. Nice landscape with plenty hummingbird flowers and hummingbirds were present and feeding. All amenities were functional and clean. The cleaning crew do a good job keeping the property. I can't wait to return again soon!! I have found my new favorite place for a getaway. This was my third trip to Bryson City.

Time flies is a beautiful vacation spot, with a view of the river right from the porch and nightlife right down the street it was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. The hot tub was relaxing and to be so close to the downtown area, night time was quiet and tranquil. I will definitely be booking this property again

Enjoyed the location. Just a short walk or drive into town. The Smoky Mtn Railroad wasn't running so was a lil disappointed I didn't get to see it go by. The bed wasn't as firm as I like but I made do. The hot tub was nice. I liked that you come right into the bathroom from the hot tub. The area was quiet and enjoyed sitting on the porch watching kayakers & people fishing. I would visit some of their properties again
