Private Heated Pool - Lake View House - Golf Club

Lovely warm pool - gorgeous decor and loved the kitchen space and the 2 bedrooms. Nice to have the extra exterior laundry and additional bathroom. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Worst communication by a host we’ve ever encountered. We never received any direction on how to get to or into the house despite contacting the host twice by email and once by phone using the numbers provided by Vrbo. We only got into the house with the help of two security guards and the housekeeper who gave us the code for the lock box and showed us what keys worked in which locks. Not sure what we would have done if we arrived at our actual check-in time after the housekeeper had left. I contacted the host again to let him know we had figured out how to get in but he didn’t respond. My husband called and emailed for the Wi-Fi info and the host finally responded..but ONLY with the Wi-Fi name and password—nothing about our stay or issues with entry to the house. He then emailed to tell us to contact him through What’s App. That’s fine but maybe provide that information to Vrbo or give us that number BEFORE we arrive. House was reasonably well cared for and in a nice quiet location but will never deal with this host again.

I recommend it we really enjoy our time, only 15 minutes of chapala where all the restaurants are... the house it's the same as the pictures on the advertisement with a gated community..
