We were in Boston to celebrate our daughter's graduation and decided to stay by the sea as we would be in town for 4 nights. The house was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. It was great not to have to rush out for tea or coffee or any of the basics the first day. The location was excellent with beach access down the street. Sean couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I"d recommend this house to anyone wanting to be close to the city but also enjoy the ocean. We may be back in the summer to enjoy the beach.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our trip to Boston! Beautiful house with amazing hosts that were very accommodating and great communicators. The parking on the street was perfect and the short walk to the beach was an added bonus. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great place to stay when in Boston. Close enough to the train, easy parking right in front of the house. Sean is very responsive to inquiries and offered helpful tips when asked.House has a lot of nice features including a nicely stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Fenced in yard was great for the dog we brought.

We stayed here while visiting our son in Boston. It was the perfect location for all the plans we had for the week. The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need. We arrived later than expected in the evening, and was extremely happy to find coffee in the cabinet the next morning. Our dogs really settled in and having a fenced in yard for them was convenient. Sean was amazing and promptly addressed an issue I had with the automated lock ( I am not very tech savvy). I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the Boston area.

This place is fantastic. A fenced in yard and plenty of amenities (I.e., coffee maker, pots, pans, stove, shampoo/conditioner provided, etc.) make for a great stay. It’s a block from the beach which is perfect. And very close to Boston, Salem, and other attractions. I loved that they used Google Chromecast for their TVs. I’ve never used it before but made it so easy to access streaming networks using my own account and not having to worry about logging out from the TV. The hosts are great too. Very nicely remodeled 1900ish home in quaint neighborhood a 12 min walk from the T. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The best part was that the host was exceptionally helpful whenever we had questions. We had a bit of trouble understanding how to get the TVs to work, but he walked us through it. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My family & I were on vac to visit Salem and Boston. This rental was perfect for us. It was close to both areas we were planning to visit. The accomodations were wonderful. Beds were very comfortable, we all slept well, which was wonderful with our very busy schedule. The house is updated very nicely, I absolutely love the beachy theme. We walked down to Revere beach and did some rock and shell hunting. It's a very quiet neighborhood which was also relaxing. We would absolutely recommend this rental!! Very nice interior newly renovated property and very clean. From the outside it doesn’t show very well but the important part was how clean and comfortable the inside was !! Would stay here again.

Comfy beds and living room furniture.One thing I have to mention is the stairs, very steep basement stairs in order to go down to use washer & dryer. The same for the stairs going up to bedrooms and bathroom. If you can't do stairs, don't bother.Location, comfy beds, furniture, clean, and great fast to respond host.Thanks!

My husband and I , with 2 dogs in tow, stayed here in this charming, tastefully renovated older home in Revere. Everything was as advertised. Clean , comfortable and met our needs perfectly. Not recommended for those with mobility issues, must do steps for bathrooms/bedrooms. The beds are wonderful. Would definitely rent again. Thanks for sharing your home with us

Perfect home for our short stay in Boston! About a 6 minute walk to the T to get everywhere we wanted to go! The home was immaculate and very well stocked with the basics. Very quiet even with the T near by. It is a beautiful and comfortable home!

We drove up from Cape Cod, picked up my brother at the airport, and then had a super easy drive to this delightful Revere getaway! It is so close to Boston, yet so peaceful and easy to travel to/from. The home was well-equipped, comfortably furnished and bright and sunny during the day. It was set up in a very attractive and functional way. We called with a question and Sean immediately responded and was truly helpful. The neighborhood provides views of the water to the South, East and North, and skyline views to the Southwest. Within a half mile walk was the subway station, a fantastic bakery, and some international food stores. Belle Isle Marsh Nature trail was only a quarter mile walk, and of course the ocean was there at the bottom of the street!! We had a wonderful weekend and hope to visit again!

This is a very cozy house. It was just what we needed to relax, after moving our daughter out of her college apartment. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs and the stairs are steep. It may be tough on the elderly or someone with knee problems.

Very nicely remodeled 1900ish home in quaint neighborhood a 12 min walk from the T. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The best part was that the host was exceptionally helpful whenever we had questions. We had a bit of trouble understanding how to get the TVs to work, but he walked us through it. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We highly recommend a stay here when in Boston! The house is very comfortable, well-kept and in a nice location. The T station is just a few blocks away, making trips into the city very easy. Revere Beach is within walking distance, and was a daily highlight of our trip. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We had an unexpected issue come up and needed to extend our stay. Sean promptly and graciously helped us work with Evolve to secure the extra nights needed.We look forward to staying here again!!

Great place to stay when in Boston. Close enough to the train, easy parking right in front of the house. Sean is very responsive to inquiries and offered helpful tips when asked.House has a lot of nice features including a nicely stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Fenced in yard was great for the dog we brought.

This place is fantastic. A fenced in yard and plenty of amenities (I.e., coffee maker, pots, pans, stove, shampoo/conditioner provided, etc.) make for a great stay. It’s a block from the beach which is perfect. And very close to Boston, Salem, and other attractions. I loved that they used Google Chromecast for their TVs. I’ve never used it before but made it so easy to access streaming networks using my own account and not having to worry about logging out from the TV. The hosts are great too. I ended up having to cut my trip short due to an unruly toddler and they refunded my last night. I wasn’t even expecting that or asked that of them. I definitely recommend this place and will stay here in the future.

Beautiful home with a short walk to the beach. This home is warm and welcoming. All the amenties you need. The owners are very responsive and have made the check-in process seemless. We were in Boston to celebrate our daughter's graduation and decided to stay by the sea as we would be in town for 4 nights. The house was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. It was great not to have to rush out for tea or coffee or any of the basics the first day. The location was excellent with beach access down the street. Sean couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I"d recommend this house to anyone wanting to be close to the city but also enjoy the ocean. We may be back in the summer to enjoy the beach.

Perfect home for our short stay in Boston! About a 6 minute walk to the T to get everywhere we wanted to go! The home was immaculate and very well stocked with the basics. Very quiet even with the T near by. It is a beautiful and comfortable home!

We drove up from Cape Cod, picked up my brother at the airport, and then had a super easy drive to this delightful Revere getaway! It is so close to Boston, yet so peaceful and easy to travel to/from. The home was well-equipped, comfortably furnished and bright and sunny during the day. It was set up in a very attractive and functional way. We called with a question and Sean immediately responded and was truly helpful. The neighborhood provides views of the water to the South, East and North, and skyline views to the Southwest. Within a half mile walk was the subway station, a fantastic bakery, and some international food stores. Belle Isle Marsh Nature trail was only a quarter mile walk, and of course the ocean was there at the bottom of the street!! We had a wonderful weekend and hope to visit again!

We started our vacation to Boston arriving a day late and no luggage due to flight cancelation. But when we arrived I was so relieved to find the comforts and convenience of home with essentials like dishwasher and dryer so that we could wash our clothes, fully stocked kitchen (really nice appliances) and even extra toothbrushes so that we could shower, reset and make it to the Red Socks game! Host was super responsive and helpful. Location is great, out of the hustle and bustle of the city but a short walk to the subway so that we could get to city in less than 30 min. Really comfortable beds which was needed after being in the airport for 18 hours. Walking distance to Revere Beach, the oldest public beach in America and highly recommend Cut 21 for an amazing dinner.

We stayed here while visiting our son in Boston. It was the perfect location for all the plans we had for the week. The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need. We arrived later than expected in the evening, and was extremely happy to find coffee in the cabinet the next morning. Our dogs really settled in and having a fenced in yard for them was convenient. Sean was amazing and promptly addressed an issue I had with the automated lock ( I am not very tech savvy). I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the Boston area.

The owners went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. The kitchen and linens are fully stocked with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and the house is clean and maintained well. The beach and the T terminal, are in walking distance. The Only drawback was, the bathrooms are either upstairs or downstairs. We adapted fine, but if you have a bad knee or hip it could be difficult to access. We appreciate how attentive the hosts were our entire weeks vacation. We would highly recommend this home.

Nearly perfect! The older house has some slopes due to settling which you want to be aware of, particularly the upstairs hallway and the kitchen. Otherwise, it was a fantastic little place to stay in Revere/Beachmont. Plenty of local shops to keep yourself fed and supplied without having to brave the city traffic. Relatively close to the Beachmont station on the Blue Line, although it is a little bit of a hike when it's cold or if you have trouble walking mild hills. The house is well updated despite its age. Airport noise, while apparent, is not excessively loud and we had no trouble sleeping. We would definitely stay again if we felt the need to stay that close to downtown Boston again. Hosts stayed in communication if we had any difficulties, which thankfully we didn't! Just be aware of the concrete stairs and the stoop, as this might be difficult for those with physical difficulties. The only other advice: learn the location of the light switches - most of the lighting has two switches so it is easy to accidentally turn one on without realizing it (we left the living room light on for a few hours one night when trying to turn on the upstairs hallway, that was our fault). Thank you for allowing us to stay so close to Boston for our first time at an affordable rate!
