We had a group traveling on business, so this property was great for our team, lots of space and kept up well. Very clean and well prepared. Communication with the host was very good.

This is a beautiful and relaxing home. We stay in a lot of VRBOs, and this one was very comfortable stay.

Everything wrong with corporate ownership of short term rentals. The check in is super late (4:00 PM) and the check out is super early (10:00 AM) just so they can try to nickel and dime you for an early check in or late check out. There is no local host to give you recommendations. The house itself is decent although we did find dead mice in the pool. Overall decent property, but not so great host…

Be prepared to share intimate details about your plans and who may visit the property - and be sure the host approves. Most of the communication was to dig for details that may result in additional charges. And, each morning and evening, someone parked on the street and appeared to "monitor" the property. This was not the place for me.
