That moment when you pull up to the house…waiting for your family’s reaction?? This house nailed it! Amazing!The house overall was easy and spacious. We made our evening meals at home so we could enjoy the stars from the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication and check in was great, too! No regrets and not complaints. And…seeing the wildlife at our door? So fun and exciting!

Cliffside was perfect in every way. The view was really to die for. The grill, hot tub, ac, game room were all totally functional. The kitchen had so many beautiful touches that made this place a perfect stay. We felt so comfortable staying here and have great memories of family fun that will last through the eternities. My kids (10, 9, 5) loved all the games they had. They would wake up early before our trek into the canyon and play shuffleboard, fooseball, and ping pong with each other. The view was amazing and communication was great! Kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were very comfy. If you are looking for a family friendly space with games to entertain your kids..THIS IS IT!

Our stay was too short. We flew in Friday night and left before dawn on Sunday. The house is perfect. The hot tub dissolved the 12 hours of travel quickly. The view from the picture window actually took my breath away. One small issue was quickly dealt with. Would highly recommend this house for anyone.

The house has been wonderfully updated with huge windows that give you an amazing view of the canyon. Also there is a nice toasty hot tub on the patio and again, with canyon views. Wonderful property. Also, for anyone staying here, I heartily recommend the local mercantile - the Sad Monkey - for coffee, craft beer, and essential hiking and camping items.

The view into Palo Dura Canyon was outstanding! You have the view from the dining room, kitchen, living room, deck, and hot tub. Watching the sunrise was magical. It is a spacious property with lots of fun activities. It is very close to the State Park enterance.

We had a great time in the state park enjoying various hiking trails. This was a great home with a splendid view of the canyon, the perfect place for us to unwind in the evenings. Kitchen was well equipped and all beds were comfortable. Ping pong and shuffleboard were also a bonus.

My spouse and I met our adult children to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house is just as described. Breathtaking views of the canyon and a facility that is top notch from top to bottom. Roomy, clean and pertinent instructions that are readily displayed to help the tenants. The hot tub was in perfect condition as well. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Our Amarillo family of 5 people and Oklahoma family of 4 people met at this rental for a celebration weekend. We have a niece moving to Florida to take a new job and wanted a family party to celebrate. Once we checked into this Cliff side home we didn’t leave. It has everything you need. We grilled on the patio. Make pancakes and dinner in the kitchen and enjoyed the lovely home and each other the whole weekend. The view is magnificent from either the large windows lined with comfy rocking chairs or the east facing deck chairs (beautiful sunrises). There are lots of games, ping pong, shuffleboard, cornhole, beanbag tic tacos toe, foosball, cards and table games. All the bedrooms are upstairs and it is really spacious but the set up was slightly confusing. The whole house was really clean and air conditioning worked great during this Texas July weekend.

We had the best stay at Cliffside. It was my family of 5 plus grandparents- there was plenty of room for everyone. We opted to stay in and cook our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The view is stunning and there are so many fun games for the kiddos and adults. The home was very clean and had all the essentials. Beds are comfy. This truly felt like a home away from home!

We stayed at this house the weekend our sons graduated from WT. it was a busy weekend and I wished we had more time to spend at this house. The view was just beautiful. The house was perfect and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own food. We will be planning another visit to Canyon just to stay at this house.

We arrived and instantly was taken away by the breath taking views. The pictures in VRBO do not do it justice. The house is spotless, well maintained, has everything you need. Unfortunately we had to leave after 1 night bc hurricane Beryl hit our home and a 100' tree fell on our house back in Houston. We had to leave immediately the morning after arriving. We were heart broken not to get to hike and explore the area and enjoy such a wonderful property. We are already planning a return visit in the fall.

Beautiful views, great location overlooking Palo Duro Canyon and about a mile to the park entrance. Theres a small mercantile that is about a mile away that makes it close to some food, beer, and basics. House is very quiet and comfortable with everything you need, clean and the view is incredible.

We loved our weekend stay! The view of the canyon was spectacular. We enjoyed it from inside and outside. This was a very clean and comfortable home. We loved the spacious kitchen. The host was friendly and helpful. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Our stay was wonderful! Everything in the house was super clean. The views were amazing!! David called us before we checked in to just check on us. One day we had an issue where we couldn’t get into the gated community and David quickly fixed it for us. He was extremely attentive to any questions we had. We loved being able to watch the sun rise and set over the canyon. Such a calm and relaxing vacation. Would love to stay here again!

Views like crazy! This home has it all. Views, space, peace & quiet - lots of seating and comfy beds. The kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. Loved the ping pong table in the garage. :-) Very convenient to Palo Duro Canyon State Park and the town of Canyon for shopping on the square and getting groceries. We loved it and just stared out the window most of the time. Incredible.Thank you for allowing us to book this wonderful home.

We were very conveniently located to the Palo Duro Canyon State Park entrance. The house is right on the canyon rim and offers spectacular views, especially at sunrise. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Loved the rocking chairs overlooking the canyon..

Description of "stunning canyon views" is an understatement!! We loved everything about the house and it was very comfortable for our family of eight people. The guest contact was very responsive and incredibly thoughtful. We appreciated all of his helpful info and restaurant recommendations, especially Green Chile Willy's chicken fried steak! If we return to the area we will definitely be hoping this house is available.

Our stay was too short. We flew in Friday night and left before dawn on Sunday. The house is perfect. The hot tub dissolved the 12 hours of travel quickly. The view from the picture window actually took my breath away. One small issue was quickly dealt with. Would highly recommend this house for anyone.

We loved our weekend stay! The view of the canyon was spectacular. We enjoyed it from inside and outside. This was a very clean and comfortable home. We loved the spacious kitchen. The host was friendly and helpful. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Our stay was wonderful! Everything in the house was super clean. The views were amazing!! David called us before we checked in to just check on us. One day we had an issue where we couldn’t get into the gated community and David quickly fixed it for us. He was extremely attentive to any questions we had. We loved being able to watch the sun rise and set over the canyon. Such a calm and relaxing vacation. Would love to stay here again!

Views like crazy! This home has it all. Views, space, peace & quiet - lots of seating and comfy beds. The kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. Loved the ping pong table in the garage. :-) Very convenient to Palo Duro Canyon State Park and the town of Canyon for shopping on the square and getting groceries. We loved it and just stared out the window most of the time. Incredible.Thank you for allowing us to book this wonderful home.

We were very conveniently located to the Palo Duro Canyon State Park entrance. The house is right on the canyon rim and offers spectacular views, especially at sunrise. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Loved the rocking chairs overlooking the canyon..

The view into Palo Dura Canyon was outstanding! You have the view from the dining room, kitchen, living room, deck, and hot tub. Watching the sunrise was magical. It is a spacious property with lots of fun activities. It is very close to the State Park enterance.

Beautiful views, great location overlooking Palo Duro Canyon and about a mile to the park entrance. Theres a small mercantile that is about a mile away that makes it close to some food, beer, and basics. House is very quiet and comfortable with everything you need, clean and the view is incredible.

That moment when you pull up to the house…waiting for your family’s reaction?? This house nailed it! Amazing!The house overall was easy and spacious. We made our evening meals at home so we could enjoy the stars from the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication and check in was great, too! No regrets and not complaints. And…seeing the wildlife at our door? So fun and exciting!

We had the best stay at Cliffside. It was my family of 5 plus grandparents- there was plenty of room for everyone. We opted to stay in and cook our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The view is stunning and there are so many fun games for the kiddos and adults. The home was very clean and had all the essentials. Beds are comfy. This truly felt like a home away from home!

We stayed at this house the weekend our sons graduated from WT. it was a busy weekend and I wished we had more time to spend at this house. The view was just beautiful. The house was perfect and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own food. We will be planning another visit to Canyon just to stay at this house.

Description of "stunning canyon views" is an understatement!! We loved everything about the house and it was very comfortable for our family of eight people. The guest contact was very responsive and incredibly thoughtful. We appreciated all of his helpful info and restaurant recommendations, especially Green Chile Willy's chicken fried steak! If we return to the area we will definitely be hoping this house is available.

The house has been wonderfully updated with huge windows that give you an amazing view of the canyon. Also there is a nice toasty hot tub on the patio and again, with canyon views. Wonderful property. Also, for anyone staying here, I heartily recommend the local mercantile - the Sad Monkey - for coffee, craft beer, and essential hiking and camping items.

We had a great time in the state park enjoying various hiking trails. This was a great home with a splendid view of the canyon, the perfect place for us to unwind in the evenings. Kitchen was well equipped and all beds were comfortable. Ping pong and shuffleboard were also a bonus.

Our Amarillo family of 5 people and Oklahoma family of 4 people met at this rental for a celebration weekend. We have a niece moving to Florida to take a new job and wanted a family party to celebrate. Once we checked into this Cliff side home we didn’t leave. It has everything you need. We grilled on the patio. Make pancakes and dinner in the kitchen and enjoyed the lovely home and each other the whole weekend. The view is magnificent from either the large windows lined with comfy rocking chairs or the east facing deck chairs (beautiful sunrises). There are lots of games, ping pong, shuffleboard, cornhole, beanbag tic tacos toe, foosball, cards and table games. All the bedrooms are upstairs and it is really spacious but the set up was slightly confusing. The whole house was really clean and air conditioning worked great during this Texas July weekend.

This house was amazing! The view was incredible, the rooms are spacious and well set up. There’s plenty of games to play or books to read. The house was clean and exceptionally maintained. The host was super supportive and even ensured we got in ok. If we come back out to the area we will definitely be coming back here.

The host contacted me before our arrival and was very friendly and personable. The house is cozy and very clean. But what you are really paying for is the incredible location & view! Sitting with coffee or a glass of wine out on the porch or indoors in the rocking chairs in the viewing room was so relaxing and just amazing! We only stayed 2 nights and decided not to do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed great as well. The price was a bit higher than what we normally pay for rentals, but we splurged a little to make sure it was a wonderful trip for my elderly father-in-law who had been wanting to mark the Palo Duro Canyon off his bucket list. We had a wonderful stay and staying right at the edge of the Canyon was just amazing!!

Great views, spacious, clean, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture inside and outside—perfect for our 6 lady friends’ group! Convenient to activities in Canyon and Amarillo and super-convenient to Palo Duro Canyon drive and the Texas Outdoor Musical (which was excellent). Highly recommend!

I can't recommend this property highly enough. The house was immaculate and well appointed, the beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for our group of seven to spread out.Beyond that, the location offers absolutely breathtaking views of the canyon. It honestly rivals a lot of the scenic overviews from directly in the park.I should also add that our host was lightning-quick responsive to our questions.Would absolutely stay again.
