Cheerful 4 Bedrooms house with Pool and Game Room

The place was far from what the listing states and shows. The place was filthy. Stained and dirty sheets. Mold/mildew in several areas. Floors were horribly filthy! Holes in the wall with obvious water damage. Several electrical outlet plugs loose and covers loose. Pool was really dirty. Some of the games were not in functioning condition in the “game shack.” Roaches present In the house! Was not able to access place at scheduled time, “cleaning lady” was still present. Air conditioning worked well in main area but rooms were hot. Very disappointed, would not recommend staying here.

We were expecting what was pictured in the advertisement here on verbo. We walked into a dirty house. I literally could go on and on about all the disappointments of this property so I'm just going to leave a list. 1. Bathtub had hair in it. 2. No toilet paper holder in bathroom with shower 3. No towel rack in bathroom with shower 4. Handle fell off of bathroom with shower and could not use entire vacation we had six people staying in this location imagine that with one working bathroom. 5. Cobwebs literally everywhere inside and out. 6. Dishes had food crusted to them and cups had dirt inside. 7. Food crusted to the outside of the dishwasher. 8. Refrigerator was not clean inside or outside 9. Beds were not put together correctly sheets hanging outside of comforter. As pictured you will see a pretty peach blanket at the end of each bed. Upon arrival there was table runners. 10. Upon arrival pool had vacuum in it attached to skimmer. Was not ever skimmed stuff floating on top of pool. A day before we were checking out a man came and put chemicals in the pool right when the kids were about to get in it and said they couldn't swim for an hour. 11. Game room is not a room it is outside in a shed. 12. Bathroom with bathtub has metal shelves to put your shampoo and conditioner on. It is rusted out and pretty disgusting. 13. Coffee pot had mold and one side of toaster oven was not working. There is quite a bit more if I could put pictures I'd prove all of this. Do not rent!!!!!!!!!

We had such a great stay here at this rental home. They provided everything you may need to cook, pans, grill, coffee machine etc. They house was clean and cozy. There was no outside noise from neighbors allowing us to rest peacefully at night. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the house is perfect to get to grocery stores, Walmart, and clothing stores. The neighborhood is clean with people walking there dogs and babies. The host response time was under 5 minutes. We ended up extending our stay and he adjusted the payment with no hassle. I would recommend this property for a stay in Miami.

Great location! Property was clean and well stocked. Owner was quick to respond to any questions I had! I would definitely stay here again.
