This unit was perfection! Steps from the beach and had everything we needed! Short miles away from great eateries and the Bay on red flag days at St. Andrew’s State Park! Couldn’t ask for better hosts. They’re on property but not bothersome. So so sweet! We WILL BE BACK!

Me and my husband enjoy our stay and will definitely be back! The hostess is really sweet and welcoming.The view is perfect, tucked away in a peaceful area. Most of everything is with in walking distance. So you can save on gas. If you're looking for a great brunch spot for bottomless Mimosas. Check out C-level their food, service and drinks are awesome!The place is perfect, well kept, extremely clean, the air conditioning does work, there's beach towels available, dishes, and cookware available. If you get cold easily or you like fluffier bedding. Bring your own blankets. They don't have extra available. :)

This was our second time staying at Big Eddie's. We had a great time and hope to come back in the Fall! Eddie and Chris do a great job keeping the property in tip top shape and tidy. They're very attentive, helpful, and friendly. For example, I texted Chris that I couldn't find a can opener, and she texted back in seconds to let me know she was on her way up with one. I highly recommend staying at one of their properties.

We had a great stay at Eddie's place. We saw Eddie briefly the day after we arrived and he was very nice and helpful. The unit was very clean and well appointed, and there was plenty of space for our family of three. The private patio with a view of the beach was a great place to listen to music and drink coffee. We especially loved all of the personal and historical touches in the unit that tell the history of old Panama City. We hope to come back to Eddie's place next year!

Eddie is the best host ever!! This place is perfect in the perfect location! Beautiful decor and always so very clean and tidy!! Views of the ocean from the deck and only a few steps to the beach! Everything you need is in this rental. We have stayed here several times and will be back again soon!!
