This stay was very enjoyable. The whole process from booking to check out went smoothly and there were no problems. The directions were perfect with the pin drop provided by the host. The house was clean and comfortable, and well stocked with everything one would need for the stay. There is plenty of room to spread out, with a spacious living room and a backyard with both a canopy on a deck and a fire pit. Every bedroom has a television, with a large screen tv in the living room. The next time we plan on coming to Abilene, we will definitely consider staying here again.

The host was very communicative and helpful during our stay. The house was much larger than we could have even imagined! Each bedroom was roomy. Common areas were also perfectly comfortable for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook for my family while staying in Abilene for an entire week (pots, pans, Pyrex baking dishes, mixing bowl, measuring cups, pot holders and oven mits, crock pot, plenty of utensils and dishes, etc. etc.). If we ever have a reason to be back in Abilene, I would stay here again. And if you have never been to Abilene (it was our first time), we found the town to be friendly, charming and fun! We may have to go back just to experience the things that we didn't have time for during this trip (we were there for 11 days)!

We had a great stay at this home while visiting the ACU campus and attending the men's tennis matches. Perfect location with everything you need. Comfortable couches and beds and plenty of room for everyone. We loved the dining room table and kitchen and the whole place felt like home! Will definitely be back.

My family and I were able to stretch out and relax at this beautiful home on our way home from vacation. Super comfortable beds and clean. We appreciated the modern farmhouse style and amenities provided. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to a Schlotskys, grocery store, subway, and a Dominos. Thanks for the great stay!👍👍

Our family loved everything about this house! The four bedrooms are perfect for a big family. The grandkids loved the "kids" bedroom and the big backyard. It was so clean and comfortable and in a quiet location!

What a cute, cool house. Totally recommend to anyone traveling to Abilene for events at ACU. Our group of 6 (3 adults with 3 teens on a college visit) loved this house. Lots of space, great design, bunk room was perfect for teens and plenty of space for moms. Great outdoor space to relax and so convenient to ACU campus. Property manager was so nice, prompt, and made the rental process a pleasure. Will definitely be reserving this property again

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, very comfortable, and had everything we needed, which made it perfect for our group. The large backyard was a great bonus, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. Our host, Kauai, was attentive and always available, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning to spend the holiday season here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home!

This was a great house and experience. Very close to ACU and also only a 7 minute drive to HSU. Check in was a breeze and house was very clean and updated. We only needed it for 2 people, but it would easily accommodate a large group. We felt very safe during our stay- felt right at home. The host was very quick to reply when needed. I plan to stay again as we travel back and forth to Abilene to visit our daughter in college.

Definitely not up to the cleanliness I expected from previous reviews. The washer and dryer were full of towels from previous guests some wet and dirty. The floors had not been cleaned at all since the previous renters. There was not a stock of toilet paper in the house. I would not stay there again.

A very nice place to stay. We visited our HSU granddaughter due to a special event. Three generations of our family stayed here. It provided a homey comfortable environment for us to spend time together. The ladies loved the décor and used the word “cute.” We will definitely look for this place if we come back in the future.

My family and I were in town for graduation and this house was perfect for us! It was so cute inside and the few issues we had were resolved very quickly. The Christmas decorations were an added touch to make the house feel more festive. Overall excellent stay and location. We will certainly be looking into this house if we ever find ourselves back in Abilene.

This home was close to everything! The description posted was accurate and the photos are exactly what you see when you arrive. Every thought was considered. We were there for a horse show so coming in close to midnight and leaving often before sunrise, I appreciated the ease of check in and even better the thoughtful check out instructions. Sometimes check out instructions can be laborious. This was easy and took literally seconds. The host was in constant contact and checked to ensure all was well before, during and after our stay. I appreciate the attentiveness. I knew if something went awry, a simple message would be all that was needed. This home was close to everything! The description posted was accurate and the photos are exactly what you see when you arrive. Every thought was considered. We were there for a horse show so coming in close to midnight and leaving often before sunrise, I appreciated the ease of check in and even better the thoughtful check out instructions. Sometimes check out instructions can be laborious. This was easy and took literally seconds. The host was in constant contact and checked to ensure all was well before, during and after our stay. I appreciate the attentiveness. I knew if something went awry, a simple message would be all that was needed. We stayed here while my daughter was in the rodeo finals which was at Taylor arena, super close to the house. The house was so nice, cozy and clean!! We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

This was a great house and experience. Very close to ACU and also only a 7 minute drive to HSU. Check in was a breeze and house was very clean and updated. We only needed it for 2 people, but it would easily accommodate a large group. We felt very safe during our stay- felt right at home. The host was very quick to reply when needed. I plan to stay again as we travel back and forth to Abilene to visit our daughter in college.

We had a great stay at this home while visiting the ACU campus and attending the men's tennis matches. Perfect location with everything you need. Comfortable couches and beds and plenty of room for everyone. We loved the dining room table and kitchen and the whole place felt like home! Will definitely be back.

My family and I were able to stretch out and relax at this beautiful home on our way home from vacation. Super comfortable beds and clean. We appreciated the modern farmhouse style and amenities provided. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to a Schlotskys, grocery store, subway, and a Dominos. Thanks for the great stay!👍👍

What a cute, cool house. Totally recommend to anyone traveling to Abilene for events at ACU. Our group of 6 (3 adults with 3 teens on a college visit) loved this house. Lots of space, great design, bunk room was perfect for teens and plenty of space for moms. Great outdoor space to relax and so convenient to ACU campus. Property manager was so nice, prompt, and made the rental process a pleasure. Will definitely be reserving this property again

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, very comfortable, and had everything we needed, which made it perfect for our group. The large backyard was a great bonus, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. Our host, Kauai, was attentive and always available, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning to spend the holiday season here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home!

Home was nice, and enjoyed our stay, but I would have to say the it felt like false advertising. But then again, I'm sure majority of the homes are the same.Basically the home is very old, even though it's a nice house, it's kind of falling apart.

Wonderful place for us to celebrate our ACU graduates! We would definitely recommend staying here; close to ACU campus.Kauai paid close attention to decorating and making us feel at home-even had a Christmas tree and decorations to make our stay even more festive

A very nice place to stay. We visited our HSU granddaughter due to a special event. Three generations of our family stayed here. It provided a homey comfortable environment for us to spend time together. The ladies loved the décor and used the word “cute.” We will definitely look for this place if we come back in the future.

The host was very communicative and helpful during our stay. The house was much larger than we could have even imagined! Each bedroom was roomy. Common areas were also perfectly comfortable for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook for my family while staying in Abilene for an entire week (pots, pans, Pyrex baking dishes, mixing bowl, measuring cups, pot holders and oven mits, crock pot, plenty of utensils and dishes, etc. etc.). If we ever have a reason to be back in Abilene, I would stay here again. And if you have never been to Abilene (it was our first time), we found the town to be friendly, charming and fun! We may have to go back just to experience the things that we didn't have time for during this trip (we were there for 11 days)!
