Just got together for a couple of days and wanted a home in downtown area. Nice home in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to downtown and smaller neighborhoods. The house was very pleasant. Clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. Outside area with a grill was nice for a dinner at home.

The spot is a hidden gem within San Marco. We lived in jacksonville for many years and returned to visit family along with our pups. This spot is near all the great local shops and restaurants, but is placed in a spot that feels peaceful! There is a small fenced in patio/yard perfect for letting the pups out. We didnt hear any noise from the neighborhood and were able to truly relax while we were here. We will definitely be returning soon.

Place is disgusting and infested with German cockroaches. Checked in Sunday night and saw the first of many. Contacted the property manager and stated I needed pest control out there the next day. They said they would then said Tuesday. I was in town for business and moved all of my morning meetings to the afternoon to meet pest control between 8 and 12. Never showed, the last communication from manager was at 3:30pm asking me if pest control showed up. Dismissive of customer concerns which are legitimate concerns. Place did not have any smoke detectors, shares a water heater with the apartment upstairs so your shower is out of hot water in 5 mins. Will NEVER stay anywhere Silver Street Management is associated.

I am pretty torn on this review. The location and apartment were great and we had a great time. The owner was responsive and cared about our stay. However, there were fees that I had to pay after booking and a deposit that I didn’t realize I was going to have pay pre-booking. The apartment itself was pretty hard to find because there is a house in the main road with same address numbers and ordering delivery is basically impossible (no big deal tho). The most inconvenient thing was that the house had not been stocked in a while. We ran out of toilet paper on the second day and had to go buy our own. The batteries were dead in one of the remotes when we got there (property manager brought us new ones). Several of the lights needed new bulbs. There was only one dish detergent pod which they wanted to use upon leaving. Overall, the place was nice but there were several small inconveniences that I haven’t had at other properties.

I’ve stayed here twice and will book it again! Property is very clean, modern and easy to check in/out. I’m a clean freak and this place met my high expectations. It’s a beautifully updated home in a nice neighborhood and well taken care of.

This property was amazing! I truly enjoyed my week stay with my family. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was a truly chef’s kitchen so gorgeous. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were exceptional and gorgeous. I loved that all 3 bedrooms had televisions as well as a television in living room area. The neighborhood was so and quiet. There are local shops close by as well. The house is very close to a local park and also an area where you can see the water and the city. I will definitely be booking here again. The communication was 5 stars ! Always willing to answer any questions I had.

My wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is large with outstanding bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and yet very close to restaurants and coffee shops. The home is also centrally located making day trips to Amelia Island, Savannah, St. Augustine and Daytona easy. Eric was excellent to work with and responsive with check-in/check-out instructions and questions. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Perfect location for the few days I was in Jax. The unit in the San Marco area is close to a lot of good restaurants, I highly recommend Taverna. The unit is basic and was adequate for my needs. Will look to get this unit again the next time I am in town.

This was our first time using VRBO for a family trip. Our experience with this porperty and host guarantees we will use VRBO again. We really have no complaints whatosever and were very happy with our stay. Any time we had a question or concern, our host was quick to respond and help.

My wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is large with outstanding bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and yet very close to restaurants and coffee shops. Updated House with plenty of natural light yet felt private. Squeaky hard flood floor but fits the charming historic house. Perfect location; Close to food, stadiums…. One bedroom is quite far from bathroom. Easy communication with host. Would stay again.

Perfect location for the few days I was in Jax. The unit in the San Marco area is close to a lot of good restaurants, I highly recommend Taverna. The unit is basic and was adequate for my needs. Will look to get this unit again the next time I am in town.

I am pretty torn on this review. The location and apartment were great and we had a great time. The owner was responsive and cared about our stay. However, there were fees that I had to pay after booking and a deposit that I didn’t realize I was going to have pay pre-booking. The apartment itself was pretty hard to find because there is a house in the main road with same address numbers and ordering delivery is basically impossible (no big deal tho). The most inconvenient thing was that the house had not been stocked in a while. We ran out of toilet paper on the second day and had to go buy our own. The batteries were dead in one of the remotes when we got there (property manager brought us new ones). Several of the lights needed new bulbs. There was only one dish detergent pod which they wanted to use upon leaving. Overall, the place was nice but there were several small inconveniences that I haven’t had at other properties.

Clean, clean, clean. nicely furnished, plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped. Lovely remodel -very up-to-date. Close to restaurants, and adorable San Marco. We enjoyed out stay.

The spot is a hidden gem within San Marco. We lived in jacksonville for many years and returned to visit family along with our pups. This spot is near all the great local shops and restaurants, but is placed in a spot that feels peaceful! There is a small fenced in patio/yard perfect for letting the pups out. We didnt hear any noise from the neighborhood and were able to truly relax while we were here. We will definitely be returning soon.

Just got together for a couple of days and wanted a home in downtown area. Nice home in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to downtown and smaller neighborhoods. The house was very pleasant. Clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. Outside area with a grill was nice for a dinner at home.
