We very much enjoyed staying here. Everything was neat and clean with beautiful design thought out. Property was full of everything you needed. We have never stayed in a place that had so many little extras! The hosts truly thought of everything. Great location with a beautiful view of the park across the street. Our host was gracious enough to give us all the information we needed early on. This helps so much with travel stress. Check in and out was simple. Not a ton of hoops to jump through. There was a slight bit of road noise, which really wasn’t an issue. We would love to come back again and stay longer.

Very comfortable, well appointed. Danielle takes care of lots of details, such as providing coffee and snacks, laundry supplies, and bathroom toiletries. Location was excellent, very close to downtown. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Fairbanks.

Well maintained and supplied. Plenty of coffee, towels, dishes and cooking things. Very clean, neat and tidy. Plug in car heater on switch in the apartment very easy to use. Great location for seeing Fairbanks and getting picked up by our aurora tour bus. Responsive owner appreciated.

The apartment is large and spacious. It was nicely decorated and had all the amenities washer dryer Roku TV microwave full size refrigerator and the kitchen was well stocked with all the stuff needed to cook. There is a park right out the front door a good place to take a walk. The location for me was Fantastic so close to everything.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation in Alaska. At the end of our trip, we stayed at this wonderful VRBO! We felt completely at home, and it was probably one of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed at thus far. It is evident that they took the time to consider everything that a guest may need and make it readily available for them. It was so nice to be able to do some laundry at the end of a long trip to Alaska.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and it was perfect for us! The location was convenient for what we had planned. Parking was easy and clearly marked. Inside was very nice! Lovely decor, oversized towels, soft rugs and sheets, comfy beds, and a nice shower. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for basic cooking, including seasonings. It was also nice that they had cotton swabs, body wash, and new toothbrushes included. We didn’t use them, but it just showed the care that the owners took to make it a home away from home. They also created a binder with lots of information and ideas for things to do, places to eat, etc. We took some of those recommendations and were very pleased with our experiences. Recommended 100% if you are staying in the Fairbanks area.

Wow…this was the cleanest…and nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. This should be a model for all rentals. The decor was comfortable and modern. The bed heavenly! It’s the attention to detail that really impressed me. The towels and bedding were first class. The bathroom and kitchen were fully stocked with just about everything you need…all high quality. And the owner left a wonderful book of ideas for things to do…restaurants and bars. We took advantage of several selections…and we were not disappointed! This is a first class accommodation. Enjoy!

I loved this place! It was clean and comfortable and well decorated too. The beds were comfortable. The host left snacks and coffee and bottles of water for us. Nicely stocked kitchen and bathroom too! Washing machine and dryer with lots of laundry supplies. The host had a very informative binder for us and it was full of suggestions on places to eat and things to do. Everything was easy. I would recommend this place to everyone! Books and games and puzzles were in the home too!

We stayed 4 nights here. This place is so clean - as clean as I like my own home! The host is one of the best, you can tell she put much thought and effort into making the stay easier and more comfortable. There are so many little "extras" that I have not found in most VRBO\'s - too many to name them all here. No need for bottled water - if you let the cold water run a little it gets really cold and tastes great. Within walking distance to "downtown" Fairbanks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Danielle’s apartment was perfect. It was spotless inside, nicely decorated, with so much attention to detail. She really thought of everything from extra toothbrushes in case you forgot yours to games and puzzles. The apartment is walking distance to many great places to eat. We had a great stay.

Danielle‘s second floor apartment was everything and more as advertised. It was immaculate, well stocked, and furnished, and provided plenty of room for the two of us. It is in a great location near downtown Fairbanks and the University of Alaska. We highly recommend choosing this place if you’re staying in Fairbanks for a visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were impressed with the little comforts provided by our hosts. The condo was incredibly clean and comfortable, and provided the perfect spaces for us to spread out and relax after a day of busy visiting in Fairbanks. We really appreciated the responsiveness and helpfulness of our hosts. Would love to return some day, and actually wished we had stayed another night!

We were in town to visit a friend after a few days down in Denali. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and warm with everything we needed. Easy access to everything in town. The welcome book was very helpful, but even more so was Danielle who was quick to communicate and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - just one example of the incredibly friendly people of Fairbanks! In addition to visiting LARS, Running Reindeer Ranch, and Museum of the North, we were lucky enough to go sledding at university hill and get TWO good nights of aurora viewing from the park across the street.

We had a great stay with Danielle. The weather provided a rough start, but communincation with Danielle was easy. The apartment was beautiful and welcoming. We just stayed for an overnight work trip and the place was ready and very clean when we go there. It was easy to let ourselves in with the check-in instructions. There was plenty of coffee! It was overall a very comfortable place to stay, centrally located, and there was no noise disturbance of any kind. We will definitely stay here again the next time we stop over in Fairbanks.

Our flight got in after midnight ..13 hours of flying. Walking into Danielle 's place was so welcoming. Immaculate and had everything and more that we needed. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. Location was great for the start of our road trip. Danielle had great communication and very timely. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We stayed 4 nights here. This place is so clean - as clean as I like my own home! The host is one of the best, you can tell she put much thought and effort into making the stay easier and more comfortable. There are so many little "extras" that I have not found in most VRBO\'s - too many to name them all here. No need for bottled water - if you let the cold water run a little it gets really cold and tastes great. Within walking distance to "downtown" Fairbanks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We very much enjoyed staying here. Everything was neat and clean with beautiful design thought out. Property was full of everything you needed. We have never stayed in a place that had so many little extras! The hosts truly thought of everything. Great location with a beautiful view of the park across the street. Our host was gracious enough to give us all the information we needed early on. This helps so much with travel stress. Check in and out was simple. Not a ton of hoops to jump through. There was a slight bit of road noise, which really wasn’t an issue. We would love to come back again and stay longer.

Danielle’s apartment was perfect. It was spotless inside, nicely decorated, with so much attention to detail. She really thought of everything from extra toothbrushes in case you forgot yours to games and puzzles. The apartment is walking distance to many great places to eat. We had a great stay.

This was one our favorite places to stay! The host goes above and beyond to make sure you feel like you are home. Great location! Just a 10 min walk to downtown to some great restaurants and small business shops. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this listing!!

Danielle‘s second floor apartment was everything and more as advertised. It was immaculate, well stocked, and furnished, and provided plenty of room for the two of us. It is in a great location near downtown Fairbanks and the University of Alaska. We highly recommend choosing this place if you’re staying in Fairbanks for a visit.

The place was excellent. We were in town for a wedding which was a 10 minute walk. One of the things that are important to me when I book a place are the beds and they were. Wonderful. The location was excellent and there was plenty of room to hang out which I love. Thanks

Exceptionally clean and comfortably furnished upstairs apartment. Lovely view of a park from the balcony. Really comfortable beds. Quiet and peaceful though situated in a prime downtown location. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable place. Anything you would need for your stay. “Downtown”description wasn’t quite what we expected but that’s just Fairbanks. This place was so nice. Blackout curtains were a must and they had them. Slept great!

What a fantastic place to stay in Fairbanks! We were in town for UAF graduation, and the Downtown Deneege offered a comfortable, welcoming, and central spot to stay for our visit. The North Pole coffee was a lovely touch--and handy, too--and we spent several mornings sipping the coffee while going through the lonnnng list of recommendations shared for guests. Danielle was incredibly warm and helpful, checking in with us daily, and thr downstairs neighbors were an absolute delight to meet. We had a fantastic time and definitely recommend staying here!!
