Met our needs! Simple but practical house. Pool is lots of fun.

We could not communicate and were not able to get a good understanding of the lay out. The outside of the house was not safe to let our dog out. The pictures are misleading and the common areas are much smaller than they appear. The mattress pad in the master bedroom is made of plastic and krinkles when you move around. There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen, just a hood that goes to nowhere, so the fire alarm kept going off when we were cooking. There was a cleaning fee so we did not clean up much, just our garbage. The owner accused us of scratching the stainless steel viking stove which we certainly did not do. Their are cameras so the owner should have known that did not scratch the stove. I took forever to get hot water. Clearly this is an investment property with an inexperienced owner. We have done may VRBO rentals have only written good reviews in the past.

This was our first time renting a VRBO as a family. We could not have been happier. Laura is a fabulous host. The house looks exactly as it does in the picture. There was no amenity that was missed. the main floor. Master suite was huge and private. The backyard had multiple seating areas with a beautiful, clean, huge pool We are hoping to make this an annual event

My group and I truly enjoyed our stay! Laura was super responsive and overall extremely helpful host. The house and pool are beautiful and can comfortably accommodate large groups. Very close drive to the beach and Westhampton downtown area. Would definitely stay again!

The house was very nice. Kids enjoyed the pool and it was clean and heated. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet.
