The house was spotless extremely clean The owner was so nice and showed us all around and gave a lot of great recommendations. We will definitely be back again 😃

Property neat and clean, toiletries were provided, towels and full kitchen with microwave. Coffee maker did both k cup and or drip coffee. Phil was excellent host and highly recommend him. We were snowmobiling and the clubs did an excellent job with minimal snow. Great riding over 90% of the time.

The property was great. Everything as advertised. Neat, clean and comfortable beds. Convenient on and off the ITS trail. The only problem was the weather. Already booked for next year. A little bit earlier so we hopefully have plenty of snow. Phillip was an excellent host. He even gave us credit for the next booking. Thank you
